Looooove when you buy something from a website the first time and they take it upon the themselves to just spam you with marketing emails, it's quite lovely
#didnt ask for you to do this to me#wish there was a way to just say as you are checking out “hey fuck off i dont want your marketing emails”#i know some places let you opt out if you create an account or something#but if you're purchasing as a guest because you want one thing and never plan on shopping there again#or even if you just don't want to create an account!#theyll spam you with their shitty marketing emails#and i swear half the time i click the unsubscribe button in emails i get it doesnt actually freaking do anything#the default shouldn't be to send marketing emails it should be something you opt into not out of#so effing annoying#i know this has probably been said a million times already but i just bought something last night and woke up to like#5 emails from that company it really frustrated me
