I think Marcus is only a few years old at most, for the sole fact that he's around the same age as Adam, Bree, & Chase--and why build a replacement that doesn't look like the thing it's replacing?

Plus, if the theory that Douglas has built multiple Marcus' is true (I'm talking specifically about this post), this could mean that he's built a Marcus around the same age as the rats... only to replace it with an older version a few years later when it's inevitably destroyed.

#ALSO. i think it makes more sense if marcus is only a few years old. like idk he just doesnt give off the vibe of someone whose known #douglas for nearly 2 decades. but also the first few years after douglas faked his death he was clearly distraught & in no state to build #such an advanced AI. BUT as he pulled himself together & his vague hatred toward donald turned into an actual goal & then into an obsession #he realized he needed help (& also he was craving a replacement). thus. marcus!#marcus could also be a more advanced version of another robot that douglas built.#they're so fun to think abt. wish the show had given us any details whatsoever <3 #douglas davenport #marcus davenport #lab rats #lab rats disney xd
