I see a lot of art of Oxaclock with Ching BUT i also see him with Caela, is he poly or is one of them his ex?

Ching and Caela come down as close friends, and upon meeting quickly fall in love. The infatuation wears off after a while, though, and they end up having more problems than they do things in common. One of the last straws for Caela is Ching's obsession with his newfound host, something she just cannot support.

Ching and Oxaclock are also close friends, and because of Oxaclock's support of his host (among many other things), he then becomes infatuated with Oxy in turn. A true couple? Neither of them admit it. A healthy relationship? Probably also not. But there's definitely something there. Whatever it is, it's very new and exciting for them.

So, not a poly relationship. Caela doesn't like Oxaclock very much. Mimes are not inherently monogamous, if that's something you might be wondering. It's just that honestly, a lot of the main team of mimes don't really vibe with each other very well. A lot of them stick together out of obligation/a sense of duty. They all just came out of an eternal war together, after all.
