this is such an iconic cutscene but have you ever put it into perspective that peach was so chill about everything because she knew the halberd was currently being retaken by meta knight and co? BECAUSE,

#text #fox was attacking the halberd because he didn't know there were allies on board #sheik thought fox was an enemy and attacked him back #peach stops the conflict because she can see they should be on the same side #ppl tend to interpret peach was just being ditzy here #and like HONESTLY it's fine if she was. we respect that in 2024 #but i don't think she was #i think they took a break because they knew everything was under control #she and zelda just got freed by mk/snake/lucario #they're fully aware of the plan and they're out there helping to defend the halberd too #well mostly sheik was #but peach is chilling because she has faith in sheik/zelda and the others!!#THANK YOU AND GOOD NIGHT
