caeru and lark are both cats animal-motif wise but like. very different types of cats. caeru is the grumpy mangy street animal you find stuck under your porch and you patch him up with the intent to take him to the vet and then give him up for adoption but you just never get rid of him and now he lounges around judgementally staring at you and occasionally clambering up for cuddles. lark on the other hand is a pampered snowball who knocks all of your cups off the shelf and then blinks up at you with big cute innocent eyes like he's the most precious little baby in the entire world. and then he commits even more crimes on purpose
