💎💎💎 for Hilde from Mino! I’m eager to see her thoughts :3
Minovae grins widely, a sense of almost fiery pride in her eyes.
"Hilde! Now that's a woman after my own heart!", she happily asserts.
"And I'm not just talking about her physical strength, but her emotional strength. Her will. Do you know how hard it is to have strength and power and give it up? She chose her own path, even after going through darkness and horrors beyond most people's comprehension, and she did it for love. Arueshalae is blessed to have her by her side, forevermore. They both make each other better. Together."
Minovae nods, an approving smirk on her face. "I see a lot of similarities between us. She's got a strength of character I don't think most could ever come close to, and fights as fiercely as she loves. She's fun to be around during the good times, and I'm honored to call her an ally--hopefully a friend!"
She sighs.
"Still, I know she doesn't think highly of Hellknights and the law. Like most, I wish she did at least care for the law and what holds our society together with at least a veneer of peace and civility. You can't just do things because you want to, or ignore the laws you don't care about. I know it comes from a good place... but... "
Her tail just rattle then, softly. She rolls her eyes, a bit cheeky. "That being said, the anger issues... well I can't fault a skald or barbarian or bloodrager for being a bit on the impulsive side, susceptible to their emotions. Hilde works hard though, and when the rage clears there's a clarity and good-conscience there. She just needs to make sure she fixes whatever she broke when lost in the haze. Arue helps with that, surely, but... well a bit more sense of responsibility would be nice."
#oc: minovae arangeir#oc: hilde#oc: hilde svalksdottir#they would be TERRIFYING together on the battlefield and I think they'd clasp hands and flex after each fight#and compliment each other's form and kills#they'd be great drinking and story buddies at the tavern a skald and bard respectively#just dont let them talk about politics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!#also they'd be amazing sparring partners#ask meme#ask game#diamond ask

I used to do martial arts a lot and would pick up little bruises and dings from sparring with classmates that just missed my protective gear. So, my thought: We all agree the Octa-Boys are territorial and their S/O being feisty or scrappy would be a huge appeal point for them if not downright necessary. So how do they react when said S/O is marked up from their participation in an athletic club? (Aka, from playfighting someone other than them)
Love you mochi!
I love you!!! Smoochies for u mwah!
I personally think that the twins are the ones who enjoy playfighting more than Azul, since they're predators. i actually have a whole different set of headcanons for octopans/cecaelias' courting methods!
But for the twins, I think it would depend on if they know you do martial arts, and I imagine they would. I think Floyd is the most fascinated by it, and you might find yourself with a new sparring partner, cause you bet he's going to learn martial arts, he already knows self-defense! Jade is more like your cheerleader, he loves watching you throw down with others, it's hot lol. He probably won't participate, but he is fascinated with the different forms of martial arts that humans came up with.
They'd also be aware that bruises come with the territory, so I don't imagine them being jealous about it. Another important aspect of being a mate in the sea is being attentive and caring for them when hurt. This shows in different ways with both of them, Floyd finds the idea of martial arts and being able to fight with people without getting in trouble great! Plus, as seen in his Beanfest vignette, when finds that someone is better at something than him, he gets a huge burst of motivation to be better. He sees that others have the ability to be stronger, more flexible, more knowledgeable and wants to be the best he can be cause he knows he can. And also, he gets to spend time with his favorite person, so that's a bonus.
Jade is going to show this by caring for you after. Helping you ice and massage sore muscles, bringing you snacks filled with carbs for after sparing, and is a happy spectator! He loves that you can kick ass, you're just so lovely and wonderful, and he's so in love and also maybe rough him up a lil bit too pwetty pweeease.
Another thing to consider is that the same type of affection can mean different things in different context! For example, kisses between lovers, family, and friends are all different and mean different things! Same for hugs, cuddling, and other forms of affection. Playfighting for them is one of those things, though like kisses are for us, it tends to be seen as a thing for lovers.

Hi. I was the one who just sent that Clorinde and Sara thirst and decided to send this separately. The mental image of Clorinde teaching Sara how to safely and properly handle a firearm is a cute one 🙂 Maybe Sara could try teaching Clorinde how to use a bow 🤔 (I know both of them already use a sword. A different kind of sword but a sword, nonetheless. But they could be Training/Sparring Buddies in that aspect!) That last part was me thinking of it less for kink reasons as I was starting to slide into the ‘cute interaction’ category.
what a cute concept!! i think they'd make great friends and sparring partners.
if sara and clorinde ever met, i can totally see them exchanging ideas about their weapon of choice.
sara knows how to wield a sword, but she isn't as familiar with these types of firearms used in fontaine, especially for a duel.
clorinde is familiar with the blade and bow, though she is not quite the master sara is.
they would teach each other, using it as an enrichment experience to further their weaponry skills. i can also see them being sparring partners, either hand-to-hand or with swords.
they'd go out for drinks after. sara can introduce clorinde to sake, and clorinde can share all of her french wine knowledge!!
i'm willing to bet they'd get along well. i'm sure there would be a lot of comfortable silence shared between them, which they both greatly appreciate with their hectic lives :]
(a little side note, i think both women would want their partner trained on how to use a firearm/sword for self-defense. they want their partner to be safe and protected since they can't be with them all the time. they'd teach their lover themselves, ensuring perfect accuracy.)

We already know how AU Tenzin reacts when he sees Lin in the acolyte robes BUT how does TLOK Tenzin will react if his Lin ended up somehow wearing the acolyte robes! (Pema will get insecure with this i feel that in my heart)
For some reason, LIn's home is destroyed and Tenzin immediately takes Lin in.
She's resisted, but Tenzin's insisted.
After all, they're lifelong friends and his family deeply respects Lin for her sacrifice when Amon chased after them.
Since Tenzin just took her in without thinking, Lin has nothing on her. No clothes, no toiletries, etc. Tenzin says they can provide her with anything she needs, until she goes back into town to buy stuff.
He's in the kitchen, getting a glass of water. It feels so different, yet nice to have Lin on the island. The children are always excited to spend time with her, even if Lin is still a bit uncomfortable with kids. Plus, all the other times Lin has been on the island, she hasn't slept there. Simply visited.
But for an indefnite period of time, Lin will be living with them.
Memories of their youth and lives together flash across his mind. All the times they'd sneak off to make out, sparring, watching sunsets and sunrises (with Lin sleepily sitting next to him). It felt like lifetimes ago, but also as if those days were yesterday.
The door slides open and he notices it's acolyte robes.
"Ah, if you're lost, then the dormitories are...."
His mouth dries and all the words are knocked out of his lungs. The cup almost drops from his hand and breaks on the wooden floor.
There stood Lin. In acolyte robes.
A different wave of memories washed over him, which left his body rapidly heated and blood spiralling in a specific direction.
The last he saw Lin in acolyte robes was decades ago. perhaps when they were in their early 20s. Spirits, the only thing he can remember was that they had passionate nonstop sex anytime she wore it.
he swallowed and walked behind the counter to hide his trousers.
It seems his body remembers very vividly also.
Lin's hair is damp, the wavy curls mostly straight. She raised a brow at his speechless expression.
"What? I look that bad?"
He shook his head. "No, not at all." Tenzin cleared his throat. "You, you look absolutely radiant."
Lin made a face. "I look like I haven't slept for two weeks. Be real, Tenzin."
"I'm serious. You look..." Stunning. Beautiful. Ravishing. Seductive. Divine. The most beautiful woman in the world. Glamorous. "Great."
"Tsk, tsk, tsk. Red is not my color."
"I always thought so. Especially Air Nation red."
In that moment, a familiar inkling rears its head in Lin. She stiffens and averts her eyes to the ground. "Look, I'm just here for a glass of water. Then I'm going to bed."
Tenzin grabs the pitcher and retrieves a glass. "Allow me."
Lin remains in her spot as the water fills halfway to the brim. Only when Tenzin is done does she approach the counter. Just as she's about to grab it, Tenzin pushes it gently toward her and their hands brush together.
A surge of electricity runs up their veins, demanding that they don't separate. Lin feels her heartbeat escalate. Tenzin feels his face turn red. Not wishing to make things awkward, Lin pulls away with the glass in hand.
Regret and disappointment spins in their heads at the loss of touch. This shouldn't be happening. He's married and they're no longer partners.
"Thanks," Lin coughs, turning on her heels to walk away. "Well, good night. I'll see you in the morning."
"Wait."
To his relief, Lin stops and turns.
Tenzin sucks in a breath. "Let me dry your hair."
"No need."
"Really. It'll be quick."
"You don't have to, Tenzin. It'll dry on its own."
"But the evenings are getting colder. I don't want you getting sick."
Lin crosses her arms and sighs. "Fine. Hurry up."
He walks over to her until he's within her personal space. The simple fragrance of herbal soap fills his senses. Noticing that her robe is partially covering her chest, if he stepped even closer and looked down, he probably would catch a glimpse of her cleavage and get lost in them. As he has many times in the past.
Tenzin waves his hand in small circular motions and gentle spirals of wind surround Lin's hair. Within a minute, straight damp hair has become soft, fluffy loose curls.
This was such a simple luxury that he had decades ago. And now he felt himself yearning to do it over and over again. Day after day. A task he would never grow tired of. How could he have forgotten how simple, yet loving this was?
He smiles at her. "There. Was that so hard?"
Lin pushes the strands of hair behind her ear. "You didn't have to stand so close," she says softly.
"I just--"
"Thanks, Tenz. Good night. Sleep well, okay?" She smiles weakly and walks away before he can say anything else.
As the door closes again, leaving the airbender alone, he finds himself with a pain in his heart.
"Good night, Lin."

𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐡𝐨𝐬 + 𝐕𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐨 — 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐀𝐮
What do you do when you're raised in a society that completely opposes your ideals?
Vittorio was a young mage born into a noble Noxian family, he never cared for the violence. The mindless assertations of dominance, the politics... Unfortunately he had to follow strength, vision, and guile to their fullest. He was one of the heirs to the family name and yet after accidentally killing a sparring partner he refused to pick up the blade again. After countless nights arguing with his parents and siblings, he was sent to live with his uncle hoping at least his mind could still be put to use. He was a skilled mage after all and his magic could still be honed even if he wasn't willing to strike. Vittorio was a star pupil under his uncle's guiding, unlike his family he saw his pacifism as something to be commended. Wars were not won with brute strength alone, what were soldiers without the medics to heal their wounds or the tacticians that guided them?
You couldn't beat your political opponent into a bloody pulp and expect everything to go your way, but the mind. The mind was a sharper weapon that could be forged and sharpened into any tool you needed it to be. Even if him and Vittorio's ideals didn't see eye to eye all the time, they were at least agreeable and nothing was ever pushed on him. Even when the mage was caught poking around books his Uncle had locked up for a reason he didn't reprimand him. They were family secrets that if they were to get out and into the wrong hands could end horribly, for once Vittorio was trusted with something important. Someone believed in him to do the right thing. Protect these secrets and not tell another soul. He did, but not without pouring over the contents of the books.
He fervently read about ancient warriors that protected the great empire before it fell to ruin, beings who were of the Gods themselves. Oxen, crocodiles, jackals, beetles, all humanity chosen for a greater purpose that was protecting the good of the world. Perhaps even guide humanity into a golden age of prosperity, a paradise where people wouldn't suffer strife or hardship. His uncle called him mad, warning him of the danger these beings actually possessed telling tales of dark magic the mage hardly believed. Vittorio scoffed, what danger was there? There was no danger in at least looking further into these myths, finding out the truth of the secrets they'd been hiding for so long. The worn text gave no specifics and several pages had been presumably torn out and lost to time, great chunks of Runeterra's history nothing, but dust somewhere. He had to get to the bottom of it. What were these beings? What wasn't the book telling him?
It didn't take long for him to start gathering his notes, writing down prime locations and rumors to hunt down. His search pushed him to corners of the city he'd never travel alone, but he had to know. That is when his Uncle died mysteriously in his sleep. Before Vittorio could process it the weight of his uncle's estate was pushed on his shoulders. He had to escape. Get lost in his search lying about how this could be great use to his studies into magic and runes. He traveled alone, huddled in a cloak, nothing like his status to try and not draw attention in the outside towns of the desert and hills. He tracked down lead after lead after lead until he felt he had exhausted everything, his time and his money gone to the wind. He'd been gone for nearly a year and had nothing to show for it, just another wild goose chase for a family name that never cared about him.
He had huddled up in a cave to outlast a storm that'd rolled through combing through his notes to what he could've missed. Anything to make this search worth it or at least give him another lead to chase. That's when he heard the voice calling. Something deep, rumbling, almost purring like a cat. Calling him further into the cave. Vittorio was skeptical, originally not wanting to follow, but he didn't want to miss another opportunity. He lit a torch carrying it deeper and deeper into the maw of the earth, until he reached a stone wall. The voice still humming in his head he could feel it getting stronger behind the stone and the closer he looked the more he seen runes so faint now they were only scratches. Crude things. Hasty. Like a prison you'd make to drop something you didn't want found, a tomb. The runes matched his notes from one of the books in his Uncle's collection. He was ecstatic! Countless tireless nights of walking and facing the harsh elements and he had actually found it! What an unbefitting resting place for a God, locked behind a stone wall unable to leave, humanity abandoning it and it's kin, but why?
The voice preened like it could hear his thoughts, it's voice echoing in his mind speaking of long forgotten history. How humanity abandoned it's protectors after the void chewed a hole into the world, with it being dead, they were gotten rid of. Forced to be prisoners in their own body by the aspects, reduced down to mere weapons to be forgotten. The God was a well of knowledge of things long forgotten... things Vittorio wasn't even sure Swain himself knew about. Tempting fate he worked more countless hours to decipher the way to open the door, conversing with the being behind it like they were old friends. Tarhos was the voice, a God of war. A protector and his new benefactor. He had already crawled his way into the void of loneliness that had grown since Vittorio was a child, they were both outcasts. Both deemed unwanted and unneeded. Vittorio was grateful to have a friend. Someone to share his thoughts with and match his wit with his own.
It took several more days of tinkering burning through the last of his food reserves and drinking from the water that dripped off the stalactites hoping it was at least cleaner than the stagnant pools. The door opened with little fanfare, more like moving the headstone off a sarcophagus. The room was old. Dusty. Things put into a space to be forgotten and never found, old books far to wet to be salvageable, artifacts from a different time that looked like they'd break if you touched them. It was small, but he had bigger things to worry about. He followed Tarhos's voice until he came across a covered blade shamefully placed into a pool of water and covered with cloth like they'd hope it'd rust away. Vittorio felt bad for the creature. It was kept in water numbing it's senses and left completely blind for Gods know how long. He carefully picked it up and that's when his mind went blank.
His body convulsing and writhing as he unknowingly struggled for control over his own mind and body, new tattoos sprouting over his skin and glowing with immeasurable power the being within the blade fighting to take purchase. He didn't know how long he was on the floor for, waking up in a panic as he forgot where he was and taking a moment to gather his senses in the dark. His nose was bleeding, his body ached and his hand was still on the sword who seemed far more annoyed than pleased to see him now. He could feel it's steady heartbeat under his fingers, hear it's own thoughts of he listened close enough. What had happened? Tarhos gave little answer that was satisfying. Great. He had made friends with a parasitic being who now wanted a host, the only good part is that he still owned his own body. The bad part was now he had to deal with the knowledge that if anyone found out he had such a weapon, there'd be a bounty on his head. Truth be told, he'd be shocked if there wasn't one already.
Out of food and conflicted if he should consider the God in his possession friend or foe, he had to gather himself and leave. Get more supplies and keep moving. As annoying as the bickering was between what the blade thought was best, he'd be hard pressed to say he despised the creature. Not yet at least. He couldn't trust it, but... it was only something acting out of necessity. It was understandable it's actions even if he didn't care for them, it was a wretched creature that would lie and deceive it's way into getting what it wanted. An animal acting out of instinct and something at the very least worth studying. The months he'd been gone on this journey ticked over into a year and he found himself regrettably in dragon territory. Far from where he wanted to be, but such is the way of hitching rides from strangers who weren't always honest about where they were going. The blade was tolerable now, he was fully in control aside from the occasional twitch of muscle when it got mad over something. Tarhos was a strange being, oddly genuine in its beliefs and feelings. Most of all, Vittorio had grown fond of it again. The long empty road trying to learn more would be a lot less pleasant without someone to talk to and relay stories between.
He learned it's favorite foods, most of which he'd never heard of and didn't even know if still existed. How what he remember of ancient Shurima was like, but most importantly, how human it was. How faulty it's memory was reminded him of elders recounting memories of their youth, idealistic versions of the past that give a glimpse more at the person than the era. He learned that Tarhos was a slave that had earned his freedom and later ascension, he was as old as at least before the fall of the empire and that he really longed for a home that no longer existed. It was sad really. Vittorio couldn't fathom why the aspects would lock them inside their own weapons, surely there could've been something better right? Why did they even do it in the first place? Tarhos was really brief with that part of it and truth be told Vittorio didn't want to pry when he didn't need to. He was chasing down a lead that should be able to tell him in an honest way, a traveling Shuriman story teller held up near the Noxian Demacian border and here he was stuck in the mountains, because people care about coin more than being honest.
He walked along the well worn path deep in his notes. Days camping and wandering when he felt Tarhos get tense, that was enough to startle him. Many times they had to flee bandits even wildlife, but... the blade was never wrong. Tarhos knew danger when he sensed it, his voice calm, but warning of a patrol. He had to stay close to the alcoves, get as much cover as possible so that they would not be spotted by the possible mage hunters. Vittorio's tattoos were a dead give away and Demacia certainly wouldn't be kind to him if he were caught with a talking blade too. He scrambled through the rocks listening for footsteps when his mind went blank just like in the cave and when he awoke he was standing over the corpse of a slain drake. It's frail body already injured from a battle with one of it's kin, a crime of opportunity carefully guided by the blades hand. Vittorio panicked looking at the blood covering his skin, terror wrenching over him as he stared at the actions the God had made his body do. He couldn't even pull the blade free, his body frozen in fear watching the parasite work.
The dragons pale body convulsed, screaming, writhing against the stone Vittorio had been guided to. It's wings shriveling away, it's bones snapping and realigning themselves into something else. Scales forming thick plates like a helmet, feathers turning blood red and the wind it used to harness now falling out of its back like a great inferno. A parasite taking over, taking advantage of an opportunity and using Vittorio's body to do so. Vittorio felt sick. Vomiting as he fell to his knees unable to watch the sight before him any longer. He had been foolish, his want for companionship, a friend to share his misery with making him blind to the beasts true intentions. It never cared about him, but whether he liked it or not, it was his responsibility now. It's insatiable hunger had to be stopped and he had to find the answer, something different this time. Tarhos was a God, but one that had been imprisoned before. He'd find a way again, give the God a peaceful rest in a trench where no one could find it.
Vittorio and Tarhos have a tenuous alliance, Tarhos absolutely knows Vittorio wants to find a way to imprison him for good, but Tarhos still has partial control over the mage's body. Part of his blood courses through his veins and he knows Vittorio is going to follow him wherever he goes. He views Vittorio as more of a back up in case his current body dies, more like a pet than a friend. Vittorio is more complicated, he certainly doesn't view Tarhos as a friend, but he's the only person he has left and he'd rather not spend all night and day bickering.
They're most commonly seen wandering the Noxian wilds, they're more myths and Vittorio is assumed dead by most Noxian nobility. Killed over family secrets and his uncle's line died with him. He hardly ever goes back to the city, he doesn't trust Tarhos to stay put for long and he certainly can't bring him anywhere close without someone taking notice.
Tarhos has to feed to maintain himself, wreaking havoc on the countryside is a good way to do it. It falls in line with everything else in the harsh wastes and killing the occasional Noxian patrol isn't going to hurt anything. (It does, Vittorio just makes greater efforts to try to hoard him closer to Demacia to avoid detection even if it doesn't work)
Tarhos views all humans as lesser, their lives are a mere blink in his eye and he will not entertain their struggles unless they amuse him. He absolutely views himself as a pampered God, preening himself with old tales of glory and the golds he used to adorn himself in. Dreaming of the old empire, before it abandoned him, to keep himself sane. He never tells Vittorio the whole truth, he doesn't think he deserves to know, but they share dreams and Vittorio gets at least some insight through his nightmares.
Ultimately until Vittorio figures out exactly what Tarhos's plan is, if he even has one, he often battles his will to keep him away from Shurima and staying on the mainland. He doesn't trust that there isn't more world ending parasitic beings there or even something worse and he desperately is chasing leads trying to untangle everything.
Truth be told, unlike most darkin, Tarhos is content with his freedom. He doesn't desire to end the world, so that they'll all be free of their torment, he knows chasing what they used to be is a fleeting dream. If anything he's content with starting his own religion dedicated to him, so at the very least he can be worshiped like he deserves and have others to talk to besides the spoiled brat who keeps yapping incessantly about history.
They absolutely still butt heads over whose fault it is. Tarhos blames Vittorio for being naive, he thinks his pacifism is idiotic for someone whose entire bloodline is built on blood even more so. He hails from a nation that preaches strength and honor, but... he couldn't even keep his own families secrets. He didn't have to chase him down, he didn't have to chase any darkin down, he could've stayed home and studied. Vittorio blames Tarhos for using him for his own personal gain, using his body to betray his own ideals. He could've been honest about what he was and yet here they are stuck with each other, because Tarhos's fears prevented him from even a chance at finding another solution. Needless to say, they will endlessly argue and thus try their best to avoid the subject.
Vittorio isn't always with Tarhos, but he's usually in the general area. Less than a days travel so he can easily find him again in case the God goes and commits more atrocities in the name of hunger. He has a piece of his broken blade as a compass that always points back to him in case he needs guidance. But sometimes he genuinely needs the space, he sees Tarhos as his responsibility of course, but... being able to get away from the stress of it all is something he needs. He hasn't had any real time to process anything from his uncle's death to being used by a abomination.
Really the only thing that keeps them together is they both have a profound sense of loneliness the other fills. They're both outcast from their own societies and Tarhos has been alone with his own suffocating thoughts for who knows how long. It's a toxic friendship that you could barely call one, more of an alliance where they both want opposite things, but are forced to interact and hang out, because of the pact they sealed.

Ship meme spam, sexy edition
1. What was their first kiss like?
Lots of pent-up passion here, folks; rough and needy and maybe a little bloody
2. Where were they the first time having sex?
To be determined, though it takes a little bit to even get to this point. (Who has fewer neighbors?)
3. Who's louder?
OH MY GOD BOTH OF THEM
4. Who wakes up first?
Domon is up with the sun
5. Favorite form of foreplay?
Flirty sparring
6. Who performs/receives oral more often?
...that’s a good question. It probably evens out down the line, but at first Domon probably gets blown more often
7. What kink they most often use?
Sensation play casts a pretty wide net
8. Who more often tries new things?
Chibodee’s more often the one with the ideas (though sometimes these things just happen)
9. If they had to include a third person who would it be?
Yeah okay, you think they'd slow down enough for a third?
10. Favorite toy?
You know, the nice thing about dating a trans guy, if you’re in the mood to get dicked down, you can pick the dick
11. How careful are they about using protection?
I'd say a hysterectomy is pretty thorough protection for some things, and monogamy covers the rest
12. General feelings on sex in the relationship
Very intense and a little spiritual actually (‘communicating with your fists’ extends to other physicality, not to mention the Shuffle Alliance empathy)
13. Sexuality?
Chibodee’s bi as fuck. Domon is uhhh new to this, give him time
14. Position Preferences?
Definitely not a static thing, tbh, though I guess face to face makes things more intense
15. Kinks?
Aside from the aforementioned? Edging and overstimulation are pretty up there, and it's pretty common for them to not even get fully undressed
16. Dirty little secrets?
Maybe how they handled long-distance, ahem
17. Best time ever?
Maybe the time they first discovered overstimulation (and, uh, in related news, that on good days Chibodee is capable of multiple orgasms)
18. Worst time ever?
You ever get a concussion from sex?
19. One thing they’ve never told?
Chibodee has never given anyone a straight answer about any previous experience and probably never will
20. Most exotic place they’ve done it at?
I'm sure there's better/worse, but what I can tell you is that Chibodee's dressing room has absolutely seen a few quickies
21. Number of sexual partners?
That entirely depends on how far Domon got with Rain. And as aforementioned, nobody knows whether Chibodee is a slut or a virgin or what, and he's not telling.
22. What they do after sex?
Honestly, that’s a workout, they’re fuckin starving
23. Stamina?
You’d better believe it (something something twelve rounds joke)
24. What gets them in the mood?
You know, it doesn't take much
25. What is their mood-killer?
Oh my god do you know how hard it is to get uninterrupted alone time sometimes, seriously, some days it's like people/calls/the universe time things exactly to derail the mood
26. Most sensitive spot?
Ass and spine for Domon, jaw and hips for Chibodee, and honestly lips are a very good bet for both of them. (For a different kind of sensitive, so to speak, go for hands.)
27. One thing your partner should never do?
Okay look, being competitive is one thing, but cross the line into humiliation and there will be issues
28. Threesome or an orgy?
Say what now? Look, I don't know what you've heard about Chibodee's relationship with the gals, but that is a great big not-on-your-life
29. How adventurous are they?
Define adventurous? ;)
30. If there was a safe-word, what would it be?
‘Matte’ (‘wait’, used as surrender in many martial arts) or ‘time out’; when words fail, they tap out
31. Going down or standing up?
Oh, they’ll go any which way, probably in the same session
32. Old-school or into experiments?
Experimenting sounds more hands-on
33. Masturbate or seek for a helping hand?
Why would it have to be one or the other
34. One night stands; yay or nay?
That’s a weird question to ask about an established relationship
35. Foreplay or straight to business?
Depends on whether it’s a ‘test of endurance’ type of day ;) Although I can tell you that they waste absolutely no time after a boxing match - no sex for a fucking week before a match, honestly, what the hell kind of rule
36. One thing they’re dying to try?
Domon has, ah, given a fair amount of thought to doing it outside
37. In the morning or when night falls?
Hey, you never know when the mood will strike!
38. Roleplay? If so, what exactly?
You know, I don't think that's Domon's style. No way would he be able to stay in character
39. Props they’d like to use?
Domon’s headband?

Hello.... Another fanfics ideas, cause you also love BNHA. Your top 5 fav JJK characters will be besties with who (in your opinions) if they were in other universe, with your top fav characters from BNHA? Hope my questions are not confusing.....
Wait, I love questions like this lol 1) I feel like there are such obvious connections but still, the chemical reactions would be funny ✨ 2) it reminds me of tiktok series I've seen a few creators do which I will now spend several hours tracking down just to hyperlink them here (unless I get distracted by something else.. okay there's one more but I lost steam). If you end up writing something, please feel free to share but also, I apologize if I misinterpreted your question. I wrote everything out then reread it and realized maybe you meant to inquire whether my top faves for each would be friends with each other... which, tbh, I guess is kind of addressed based on the results of this previous ask? Thank you for asking!
Nobara Kugisaki 🤝 BakuSquad - I mean, Ashido and Kugisaki are kind of a no-brainer, no? Except that's not Kugisaki's in to the BakuSquad. No, no. No one joins that band of idiots without the eponymous leader's express invitation and, characterwise, Kugisaki is who Uraraka could be with more intentional fleshing out/personality. She snatched Bakugo's respect by being equally headstrong, aggressive and capable of backing her smack talk up.
Additional Prospects: She would, of course, be on track to intern with Mirko in any capacity for the same reasons above. She would give Todoroki and Fushiguro a hard time in equal measure.
Yuji Itadori 🤝 Eijiro Kirishima - Itadori gets along with everyone. Midoriya is a very obvious choice, as well (sunshine, cinnamon roll, green flag and sunshine, cinnamon roll, green flag), but there is a gravitational pull that keeps two himbos in orbit of one another and I'm not strong enough to deny that. Literally, look at Kirishima and Tetsutetsu. Plus, the physical prowess that follows him from universe to universe makes him an ideal sparring partner for Kiri and an interesting combatant against Bakugo.
Additional Prospects: While he'd generally be in the inner core of the BakuSquad (re: Bakugo and Kirishima), something tells me he'd spend a lot of time with the outer ring as well (supplementary classes with Kaminari and Ashido...). He'd be able to stomach convo with Mineta and, considering the generosity, Mineta would be mindful of toeing the line of decency so he wouldn't lose an ally. Only with Itadori since Kaminari is sometimes just as depraved as the little grape. Itadori would earn Bakugo's respect but Bakugo would still be wary any time Itadori and Midoriya's paths cross. Even though he sees Itadori as an ally, he's still gunning to be number 1 of whatever is at stake and both Itadori and Midoriya are capable of giving him a run for his money.
Megumi Fushiguro 🤝 Kyouka Jirou - TBH this could have gone so many ways. Kaminari would be all over invading Fushiguro's personal space as soon as he debuted, much to Fushiguro's dismay. He would be a great fit with Shinso too but... neither of them would go out of their way to socialize unless someone extroverted forced the issue, let's be for real. They would also hate that. But Jirou's mellow and shares an interest in music so she wouldn't be entirely grating to be around and I think they'd just kind of mesh well without overcrowding one another.
Additional Prospects: That's not to say Kaminari still wouldn't be a force of nature in including Fushiguro in class 1A hijinks. I just think Fughiguro would prefer the company of less volatile personalities like Ojiro, Shoji, Koda and Tokoyami. He can't help but attract extroverts like there's blood in the water. He and Todoroki would, of course, get along to an extent but I don't think Fushiguro would tolerate constant mention of Endeavor and Todoroki's subsequent family issues. Todoroki's of the talk it out camp and Fushiguro would prefer to never discuss it again. One ill timed trauma dump and Fushiguro would be fixing his hands to summon Mahoraga.
Kento Nanami 🤝 Naomasa Tsukauchi - Nanami would consort with and tolerate a number of adults: Rock Lock and Aizawa come to mind because they are rational and understand that kids are meant to be kids. Tsukauchi in particular is far enough from the fray to suit Nanami's passing desire to leave the chaos of his moral obligations (as a sorcerer or whatever he's imbued with in universe). But he's also patched in enough to be the tip as to when Nanami needs to resume his responsibilities.
Additional Prospects: Depending on where Oboro is in his origin story, I think he'd also be a necessary counter balance to Nanami's staunch, straight lacedness in the same way Haibara is. Haibara and Oboro would be a force to be reckoned with for all parties considered. Nanami only meets up with Aizawa when he knows Present Mic is on patrol or DJ'ing. Also, The Black Parade once summoned both he and Tokoyami but they never spoke of it again.
Satoru Gojo 🤝 Keigo Takami - One could make an argument for All Might (strongest and strongest in each respective universe) but... I think Hawks and Gojo's predisposition to be weapons at an early age kind of embodies the burden that Gojo otherwise carries alone. Always looking to quell that isolation, Hawks would understand. PLUS, who else has a "strong" moral code (... using figuratively as applied to both) and a bluntness to keep others in check? People overlook how silly goofy Geto has to be to keep up with Gojo. The three of them would wreak havoc, naturally.
Additional Prospects: Gojo would go out of his way to endear himself to Aizawa, as well. Because how grating to be adopted by yet another loud extrovert? Gojo would not be successful but, for the kids, Aizawa would do as needed. Aizawa probably sees Gojo as a slightly more competent teacher than All Might. He likely also recognizes what festers under Gojo's facade of frivolous indifference in the same way he sees past All Might's bravado. Student wise, Gojo would still gravitate toward the most unhinged for mentorship: his Big Three + Midoriya and Bakugo. Iida might be demented enough but the knife handed attention to rules would not work out in the long run.

THESE APES HAVE PHDs
ORCHIS were excellent villains. Deeply threatening and scary, true to life fascist tactics and supremacist rhetoric, and they also had scientists that turned themselves into APES. Intentionally. Walking, talking, sentient varied members of the great ape family. Where else but comic books could you find such a thing? I love it!

Gorilla tactics
I confess I don't exactly follow their logic with the whole 'turn into apes' thing, though they do look a lot more threatening than they did as feeble scientists. I'm assuming none of them had partners or family. 'Mother, why is that monkey wearing daddy's clothes?' 'Shush, he's a gorilla now and will perceive eye contact as a threat. Maybe play outside.' I love how Storm's face is just like what the fuck?

Mystique snooping around an ORCHIS node. I really have to give her credit for keeping a straight face while talking to an orangutan that's working on Dyson Sphere translocation. Is that two chimps sparring in the middle there? I wonder if they actually need those glasses.

Look he's got a cute little name tag and everything. Do they have opposable thumbs now? They retained their higher brain functions and the power of speech, I wonder if they fling shit at one another and tear non apex predators to shreds. Cool that some of them kept human hairstyles.

I have to assume ORCHIS made their technology ape accessible. I'm with Edith on that one though, I'd find it super off-putting. If they weren't fascists I'd get used to it though.

It's interesting that this human supremacist organisation has apes as department heads. Did any survive the fall of ORCHIS? Seems like finding a new job would be tough, though FOX news could always use more fascist apes to screech reactionary propaganda. Appealing to children, I'd imagine. If not, they'd probably get hit with anti-mutant discrimination. What a shame that'd be. Or they could work with the Red Ghost and his super apes!
It's so funny to me that this is all played seriously too. Each of those apes could be human instead and it wouldn't change the story. But to do things with style, sometimes you need apes, baby.

Gold Rush
Ship: Timari
Rating: G
WC: ~1.0k
A/N: this was written probably two years ago (?) and kinda rushed, so it's not my best work. I did edit a bit and any mistakes or bad plot is mine and not my lovely beta-readers', @kitsun369 and @mothofhearts
Constructive criticism accepted (but please be nice) and any feedback is great!💜
Inspired partially by Taylor Swift's song, Gold Rush. If you recognize little nods to certain lyrics, congratulations! My symbolism didn't go to waste.
For @the-coffee-fandom, @velveteenshadow, @forgottenfriends, @timinette-is-best, @miraculousmelodies and all the other Timari Coven fiends.
Marinette eyed Lila over the rim of her punch glass. She was talking flirtatiously with the host of their trip to Gotham, Wayne Enterpsises' CEO Tim Drake.
Marinette had hoped that he'd use his internationally famous genius to see through Lila's facade, but it seemed like the liar had another victim of her honeyed tongue. At least this time she wouldn't be lying when she bragged about knowing the Timothy Drake (even though everything Lila said after that probably wouldn't be true).
Marinette and Tim had met at the pre-party meet-and-greet, where their hosts formally introduced themselves to their Parisian guests. Marinette had met his eyes as they shook hands and promptly fell into his sparkling ocean-blue eyes that twinkled with amusement at her flushed face. She furiously willed away the heat creeping up her neck and into her cheeks, hoping it wouldn't come back every time she looked at him.
He was quite charismatic and she knew he was one of the most sought-after dates, a handsome heir to two multi-million dollar companies....handsome? She thought beautiful fit him better, with his expressive eyes and lean yet muscled build and hair casually falling into place over his eyes when he shook his head, laughing at a guest's joke.
No, bad Marinette. She had an online boyfriend, and they were going to make it official when they met in person. She was not going to do anything more than admire her host's looks.
Between the meet-and-greet and dancing/socializing part of the party was a fancy dinner, where Marinette sat opposite Tim and they had a delightful discussion.
It kind of reminded her of her DMs with her gaming partner/online boyfriend, RRBurgers (she called him RR). They typed about anything and everything and often debated random things just for fun, to test their wits.
Tim had said something—she was sure it was purposely controversial—and she'd ached to begin a war of words, but responded more mildly than she liked. He had looked surprised, then thoughtful, when she refused to verbally spar with him.
They'd brushed fingers as they crossed paths, completely by accident, and Marinette promptly increased her speed, heading to the powder room to silently talk to herself (and Tikki).
She was in love with RR and didn't need to fall for gorgeous eyes and perfect smiles.
Now, she was seeing red—or at least a shade of rose, the colour of Lila's surprisingly unostentatious dress—as she spied on Mr. Drake and Lila's flirting.
She drained her punch in an annoyed swig, moving to the balcony, and looked at the stars until her jealousy cooled. If Mr. Drake couldn't see Lila for who she was, he deserved her, she told herself.
With a sigh, she leaned on the railing and pulled out her phone to play a round of her favourite game.
She stiffened when Mr. Drake appeared at her elbow. How had she not heard him approach? Then again, the ambient chatter and music were noisy.
“You play well."
“Thanks.” She finished her round (a win) and returned her phone to her purse.
"You play Knights of Mirreile?” Mr. Drake obviously wasn't taking her silence as a hint, or else he was outright ignoring her body language.
“Yes. You know it?”
“I joined to practice my French with native speakers. I'm on the Parisian server, actually—my handle is RRBurgers.” He looked at her curiously.
She took a step back. “RR? I'm LadybugandtheTramp!”
He held out his hand. “Hi, Lady. I'm RR; thrilled to meet you in person.”
She shook it, willing her returning blush to retreat. “Wait a minute...tell me three things only RR and Lady know. Just to be sure.”
Tim grinned at her. “You're wise; this is Gotham, after all.
"Uh, une: I contacted you first, to ask you to teach me some hacks.
"Deux: You have PTSD from Hawkmoth and often can't sleep, so you game, because you don't like sewing as much anymore.
"Trois,” he lowered his voice and stepped closer. Marinette could feel his body heat, even though the air was crisp. “We're a couple in Mireille and when we are planning to meet and date in person. You told me you were in love with me twenty-two days ago, and I replied that I was in love with you too.”
Marinette could barely breathe when she saw the intense look in his eyes. “Uh...I guess you are RR...I'm so glad to finally meet you in person, although it's sooner than I was expecting! You're even cuter than I imagined.”
She enjoyed the pink on his face instead of hers more than she should have.
"Will you go on a date with me tomorrow, Lady?”
"I'd love to!"
" But until tomorrow, would you care to spend our time together dancing?"
The red on Tim's neck spread and Marinette giggled. "Who taught you how to be so smooth? I almost fell for you all over again."
Tim winked at her, took her hand, and led her to the dancefloor. Marinette silently thanked Chloe for insisting on teaching her how to properly waltz, at least.
As they swirled around the room, he complained in her ear. “I talked with Lila. You're right—I can't believe what she made up! When I asked for clarification, the lies got more outrageous! I am so sorry for your suffering.”
Shyly, she admitted, “I was a little jealous of the attention you were paying her. I thought your smarts could see through her but it didn't look like it—you're a good actor."
“Thanks, I have to be.”
At her puzzled look, he explained, “In business meetings, you've got to keep a poker face, especially when you're a young businessperson like me.”
“Oh,” she nodded. “I understand that."
She relished in the angry look Lila sent their way as they twirled past her. Maybe Tikki's powers did rub off on her, building up to this moment. For some reason, she felt secure in the knowledge that she was safe and could be herself.
When she had first met RRBurgers online, she was prepared to keep her distance from him emotionally. It had been just after Ladybug and her team defeated Hawkmoth and she was depressed and suffering PTSD, gaming when she couldn't sleep or had nightmares. But RR had somehow wormed his way into her good graces with his nerdy jokes and similar lifestyle and whacky stories about his family, and the next thing she knew she had a big crush.
They gradually grew closer, DMing every day, and RR had really encouraged her in a way her old friends hadn't been able to do. She had changed a lot after being Ladybug, but they still saw her as Past Marinette. RR was a virtual friend, a blank slate, and knew Present Marinette.
He'd encouraged her to stop sewing if she didn't have a passion for it anymore and not be bound by people's expectations of Past Marinette, but show them Present Marinette.
She hadn't been brave enough to completely act like Present Marinette, but with Tim encouraging her from her side instead of over a screen, she thought she could try now.
Tonight was as good a place to start as any. She approached Lila, Tim's arm around her waist. "Hey, Lila, I see you've met Tim's brother, Dick. Have you told him about that time you heroically saved Jagged's kitten yet?"

OC Interaction tag
Double tag! Cheers @illarian-rambling @theink-stainedfolk
Illarian's OC: Avymere Kalaphon Spearsong III is a 153 year old elf and Duchon (gender neutral equivalent of Duke/Duchess) of the city of Salis. They act as a spy and political agent for their father, Archduke Eluan Spearsong, who rules Salis. They also keep watch for assassins, on top of playing the perfect, if ditzy, heir in front of the court. They tend to keep up a happy-go-lucky facade in order to disguise their true cunning and because of this, are very reluctant to let their true personality show, to the point that they've sort of lost who they are. The one thing they embrace with their full, honest heart is martial arts. Though it's seen as a lowly habit that the court indulges on account of the Duchon's 'airheadedness,' they really do love to practice Talmel Valkys and are quite the fighter. It's where they feel they can drop any acts they have up. Apart from that, they have a hard time socializing outside of situations they're not used to and get easily flustered when they don't hold all the cards, as they don't actually have much experience outside of the highest echelon of Salis society. Though well meaning, they also tend to come off as aloof and unaware of the problems of the common man, even though they truly believe that they are a servant of the people they rule.
Theink's OC: Auriel Keirs is a brilliant and enigmatic individual, known for their sharp intellect and unparalleled problem-solving abilities. With an eidetic memory and a natural talent for hacking, Auriel navigates the complexities of their dystopian world with a quiet determination. They are introspective and often reserved, preferring the company of data and puzzles over social interactions. This aloof exterior can make them appear distant, but beneath it lies a deeply empathetic and fiercely loyal person driven by a profound sense of justice. Auriel's past, marked by the mysterious disappearance of their family, fuels their relentless quest for truth and fuels their distrust of authority. Despite their guarded nature, those who earn Auriel's trust find a steadfast ally willing to go to great lengths to protect and support them.
My OC: Granddaughter of the village chief, Playa sometimes wishes she wasn’t. As a fox who values hard work and reaching her goals fair and square, she hates the favoritism and nepotism that most of the adults show her. As a result she prefers the company of younger members of the village .She has dreams of becoming a hunter and has little interest in politics. However, her strong sense of duty, caring nature, and moral compass means that she would (reluctantly) cast her own interests aside for the sake of the community.
How they'd interact:
Playa and Avymere- Being an elf would help here, as Avymere would be more inclined to accept the existence of a sentient fox. What may hinder things is Avymere. As this encounter is not ordinary, they will likely get flustered and (possibly) embarrassed. Playa would want to help, and she could help Avymere. As she has some skill in martial arts, Playa would enjoy bouts of sparring. Though the best bet would be as training partners, the two of them would get along well.
Playa and Auriel- Well, the biggest obstacle here, apart from the fact that Auriel has not experienced dealing with a sentient fox, will be Playa being related to an authority figure (her grandmother). This would raise a few red flags and make them suspicious of Playa. The saving grace would be that both of them are empathetic and have a strong sense of justice. Things may take awhile due to Auriel’s detached nature, but they would eventually come to trust one another. They would both support each other and their respective pursuits

I'm currently reading a (probably dead; it hasn't updated in five years) fic where Inko is an ex-Jedi from the Old Republic, and All Might (who she has helped heal from his injury because space age tech) just asked to spar with her.
And for some reason, this resulted in my brain taking the scene of Izumi flipping Sloth in FMAB and swapping out Sloth for All Might.
Also makes me think of two fics, one unfinished, one I never got around to actually writing. The unfinished one was Inko actually being Izumi Curtis' reincarnation, and her great aunt was Trisha Elric's reincarnation.
The one I never actually wrote was going to be a mass crossover of characters from several different series all winding up in a then-modern Japan. They'd slowly meet others from the other series and not realize at first that none of them are native.
The main sequence I remember was: Xelloss (Slayers) becomes a business partner with Sesshomaru (InuYasha). One day, Xelloss introduces Sesshomaru to his fellows, and Amelia notices that Sesshomaru's missing an arm, just like her classmate Ed, so she goes to him to ask about where he got his automail so that "Mr. Sesshomaru" could get one, too.
on one hand the idea of Izumi reincarnating and getting the child she always wanted
on the other hand Inko is too soft to be an Izumi reincarnation
on yet a third hand not the weirdest crossover reincarnation because the bar is set at Marinette being a reincarnation of Ciel Phantomhive.

8, 9, 14 and 38 for *you* for the ask game! :D
8. any recurring dreams?
I think the only Actually Repeating dream of mine was when I was a very small child (about 5-6 maybe) and would have the same dream every time I got a fever. It was a very simple one - me standing in my bedroom and looking outside, where the entire scenery was now underwater. There were fish and various other sea creatures swimming in front of my window and across the yard. And then, in the distance, I'd see a gigantic apartment-building-sized purple octopus. I always immediately knew that it had caused the flooding outside, and that it had evil intentions (no matter how pretty all the fishies and the water were). Usually all I could do was stare at the octopus and worry about the flood reaching inside of my home.
It was maybe the third repetition of the dream when I finally managed to get a hold of a bunch of friends before it ended, and together we had a great battle against the evil octopus. We defeated it at that time, and the dream never came back after that.
Nowadays I only get recurring themes and motifs instead of full dreams. My faves are, while technically stress dreams, the ones where I'm late from a thing and trying to run there as fast as possible, and can't help but slip into a four-legged gallop instead of running on two feet. It's always such a struggle to try and remain upright and avoid weird stares from people, but the feeling of that animal gait is just. unparalleled in how natural and GOOD it feels, no matter how stressful the rest of the dream is. I wish I could do it in real life, too!
9. tell a story about your childhood
Let me tell you the tale of Great Pokemon Summer of 2000 (this is later than I thought it would be! I was already nine years old, but this is the earliest possible timeframe for this memory because the Pokemon anime only started airing in Finland in the late autumn of -99. Wild!)
So, my friend and I had just gotten into Pokemon, and obviously we wanted to become pokemon trainers. We did what any nine-year-olds would do in that situation, and just assigned ourselves some inaginary pokemon companions! I had a Haunter as my partner, while the friend picked Kadabra (I can't remember if they started out as already evolved or did this happen along the way, but these were their forms for the vast majority of that summer).
One thing that was clear to us from the very start was that these two weren't of the easy starter type. Our partners were Powerful and thus Challenging To Handle, and we took our responsibilities with them super seriously. We knew these guys required daily training and exercise, so we trained them, we battled wild pokemon we found in our neighbourhood, we had sparring matches with each other, we took them to fields and forests and beaches to use off some of their energy. Every. Single. Day. It was very much like taking care of high-energy dogs, these ones just had magic powers and were invisible to everyone else!
Then the summer came to an end, and suddenly we had to worry about real life stuff like homework and other hobbies and rainy weather, and we realized that we couldn't devote as much of our time to our pokemon as they needed. They might've survived the neglect for a while, but in time they'd become miserable, and they'd become bored, and no one wants to deal with the havoc a frustrated ghost or psychic type can break, especially when there's a bonded pair of two of them.
We knew we only had one option, and one autumn day took a walk to the edge of the great forest nearby, and decided to let our companions run free again. This was taken just as seriously as the summer training program, and there were tears on our faces as we released our dear pokemon friends back to the forest where we first found them. They were powerful, they could take good care of themselves even without trainers, and we would miss them horribly for a very long time. But it was the best option we had at that moment, and it was the only option that was any fair for our beloved Haunter and Kadabra.
I think we went to see them a couple of times after that, but the magic of that summer faded fast and the very real companionship turned into just regular play after the pokemon were released.
14. what’s something you’ve always wanted to do but maybe been to scared to do?
First thing that comes to mind is getting a tattoo! I've always liked to imagine what kind of tattoos I'd like to have, but for the most part it's been just pure theory and daydreaming. For the past few years I've been entertaining the thought more seriously, really dying to get some nice pictures on my skin, just haven't done anything about it yet. And now when I have a clear plan of what I'd want to get first, I find myself being nervous about it :D I'm faaaairly sure that I'd like my first tattoo to be on my inner wrist, but I fear that's a place that's going to be very painful and I'm not sure if I'm quite ready to jump straight in like that! Maybe someday!
38. fave song at the moment?
Ooh, hmm, lately I've had a lot of fun with When You Don't See Me by Sisters of Mercy, so let's go with that one for this exact moment!
#thanks these were fun ones!#this took me Seventeen Years to answer#look sometimes you reblog a fun ask meme and immediately spend the next several days away from the computer in inspiration-filled madness#but! it has earned us a beautifully reorganized craft and game room#we can finally find things in the closet! we can finally clean up things to their proper places!#i found. so many. SO MANY unpainted minis while scouring through our various random art supply boxes#gotta have a painting party sometime soon#sussitalk

@necromancyandtendrils
One for each:3
One for candy, one for lico. And 2 for Skyline to Schwartz and DC
@necromancyandtendrils
Whenever Candy needs a quiet place to rest, Dark Cacao would let her into his castle to rest and be away from the constant stress she's under. He also lets her stay when she comes to mourn her people.
Skyline * Dark Cacao is a patient teacher. While he is tough, he will stop a spar if he thinks Skyline will get hurt. However, he will tell him his flaws and what to improve to avoid making such mistakes in the future. * Dark Cacao would try to give Skyline general advice about life and help him through any hard times he may face. I feel he'd want to be a sense of wisdom and guidance to him.
i feel like Schwarz and Candy would hit up the karaoke bars together. They'd probably get drunk together, too and cause some chaos.
Skyline * Schwarz will always be there to do daredevil shenanigans with Skyline. He's going to enable any adventurous tendencies he has.
I feel when Skyline gets older, he'd offer to be his sparring partner. He'd have a different approach to fighting that Dark Cacao wouldn't be able to offer him. Licorice * Sometimes, when Licorice is sad, he'll just hold him close. There'd be times he might ask about it, but sometimes he'd hold him and say nothing and just offer silent support. Someone big and strong to hold him in his arms so he doesn't feel alone.
Burning Spice likes getting reactions out of Candy. He loves how angry she gets when they argue. To him, she's never boring. He torments her (affectionate) and it brings him great joy. Sometimes, it's the highlight of his day.
Once he's actually able to touch Candy, he'll want to hold her for a while. Probably won't even say anything. He'd just hold her in silence. Skyline * Burning Spice would be the opposite of Dark Cacao as far as people Skyline trains under. No one knows the thrill of the hunt better than him, and he's going to provide Skyline with a pretty brutal training session. In his eyes, Skyline needs to be prepared for a tough, relentless enemy, or all he loves will fall to ruin. Perhaps, in a weird sense of irony he's preparing him to battle him in the future when he comes to destroy his kingdom once more. * That being said, he'll be very blunt to Skyline about the fact that they will inevitably fight in the future. He knows Skyline will protect his kingdom against all threats - even him. He'd be somewhat honorable about facing off against Skyline and have more of a 'Well, guess the time has come to see which one of us will be the last man standing. Let's see how well you entertain me' kind of thing. Is this the father-son relationship Skyline wanted? Who even knows? lmao
#out of the oven: ooc#necromancyandtendrils#written in the scrolls#i'll add burning spice too since this ask is hella old#cries i am so sorry#boyo our ships have changed so much#muse: schwarzwälder#muse: dark cacao#muse: burning spice cookie

Hi! I love your works and I’m absolutely in love with your Underground Visitor series!!
If you don’t mind me asking, I was wondering who Dren and Morgan would react if the human that came to their world was wholly capable of protecting themselves? Like they came from a different world than the current protagonist, making them a cyborg or something. Basically a reversal of the dynamic, where the human turns out to be even bigger and scarier than the drider haha
This ask mainly comes from the want to protect Dren and his eggies!! Morgan, too, even though they’re such a red flag, I just can’t help but feel like I want to dote on them and protect them XD
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoy! <3
Well, that's certainly one way to turn things around! Reader who can and will give an efficient knuckle sandwich >:)
I think if they were a cyborg or something both of them would be hesitant to approach, unsure if they could still fulfill their role, or if their abilities would even affect them. Depends on how far cyborg..y? they are, I guess. Dren would approach them much the same as normal, casually talking to figure if they're a match or not. Putting out some feelers, so to speak. Morgan would wanna watch from a distance a bit longer to figure out if it's worth the risk.
If they get along and start a relation, Dren would probably be a lot calmer, I think? Knowing that they would be 100% capable of breaking someone's arm from looking at his eggs funny would bring him a lot of peace of mind, lmao. He'd appreciate the advantage that you can shift who's looking after them if necessary - that he doesn't necessarily always have to pick up the fight if they can hold their own just as easily. He'd be hesitant to leave them to it, though. He's still got that overly protective instinct, even if it's not needed. He'd probably be a little worried he's not holding his end of the bargain - that's he's supposed to be defending them- and will want to check in now and then so that's he's not gaining more than he's giving. Other than that, he's pretty much the same, and will want to build a strong and healthy relation with them. Also, please do a sparring session with him. He'd love it as a way of bonding, you'll both benefit from the exercise and it's been a loooooong time since he's had a fun fight.
If they figure they can still affect them, Morgan wouldn't know what to do at first. Being feared and seeming more powerful is one of their main strategies in life to get to their goals. In the beginning they'd up the ante, they're not gonna back down just because the sentry seems to know their way around a fight too. Depending in their behavior, they might actually get in a fight with them. Hell, they might even come to enjoy it. They'll use their abilities to make sure the sentry can't purposely kill them while it's going on, getting close enough to make that effect permanent. If they're stubborn, Morgan might leave them alone for a bit, remaining close but out of sight. They'll patiently wait until the pain of loneliness sets in. They'll probably try and spin the story so that they won't like other common-folk, and vice versa. It's Morgan or no one. Or, if they have those rose tinted glasses and wanna defend Morgan of their own accord, well. They'll be happy to be your partner in crime. Conjoined bloodshed can be a great bonding activity <3

I don’t think people ship mishanks because of their looks at all. They have crazy chemistry together. Shuggy was lucky to get some backstory before Mihawk got it, but mishanks has ✨Tension✨ whenever they around each other. There is no “layer of pretty privilege”, people just can’t multi-ship and hate their ship isn’t as popular as the other.
I mean, talking about personal experience here, I do think it's about pretty privilege (although it's obviously not the only reason why people ship them. I'm referring solely to one of the reasons why I think they're more popular) but that's not a reason to put ships against each other. I like both ships and I can acknowledge the reason why I think one is more popular than the other without hating or disliking it. It happens with tons of ships. In my opinion, for example, Law/Luffy is more popular than Zoro/Luffy because people just absolutely fucking adore the edgy/sun dynamic (again, not the only reason, but one of the reasons why it's more popular) but imo they don't have that much chemistry as Zoro/Luffy, and I still like both ships! Talking about the reasons why a ship is more popular than another in a fandom like, socially, doesn't mean you're making the ships fight.
Personal opinion here, but I think Mishanks doesn't have that much chemistry? Like- I can see where people are coming from and the whole "they're old sparring partners" thing is extremely gay. They have exes energy or, at least, fuckbuddies vibes. But I feel like it's more one-sided? And they have like, what? One or two scenes together? I don't see the tension that much? But then again, this is just an opinion. Maybe you see them differently and that's alright! And people don't even need to have arguments to ship some stuff! Just do whatever you like.
I think shipping is different for everyone and you might see tension and connection where I don't see it, and that's okay! And I am a multsihipper. Like, extreme multishipper.
And also, I don't think it's luck that Shuggy got a flashback before Mishanks. I just think that, at least from what we've seen, Buggy is way more crucial to Shanks' backstory than Mihawk is. And I'm not sure if we'll ever get to have a flashback of them. I don't really think so. It'd be great because I think Mihawk is a great character and I am curious about his story and his relationship with Shanks, but I kind of doubt it. And calling it "luck" seems like weird wording to me when it comes to writing a story because I think Oda makes all of his decisions deliberately and carefully (except ages and minor details, but the important stuff? He has that shit planned from the beginning. Genius). I don't think it's "luck", I just think Oda wants to focus on Shanks and Buggy more and that's it. But you don't even need a flashback to ship something. I ship characters that haven't even interacted (Sabosan my beloved) and I still think they'd have chemistry.
#did i sound mean please tell me i didn't bc i often get intense about stuff and analytical and i tend to sound mean and i don't want to#basically i think both ships are great and i just think they're popular for different reasons and imo i have my preferences#and you have yours. and we have different visions about it and that's fine!#one piece

An Origin Story pt. 7
Gabby Jay led the group of new and prospective fighters into the WVBA Boxing Academy Gym, the last stop on their tour. The gym was a sprawling, state-of-the-art facility, buzzing with activity. Fighters and trainees were everywhere, some practicing their craft in hopes of getting signed one day, others preparing for their next bouts.
"Mes amis, this is where the magic happens," Gabby Jay announced, his voice tinged with a thick French accent. "Here, you'll find everything you need to become the next WVBA champion."
Mika and Skye, who had become fast friends during the orientation, looked around in awe. "This place is incredible," Mika whispered to Skye.
"I know, right? It's like a boxer's dream come true," Skye replied, her eyes wide with excitement.
Gabby Jay led them through the different sections of the gym, showcasing the strength training area, the cardio machines, the boxing bags, and the eight rings designated for classes and sparring. "I look forward to seeing you all at 6 am in the cafeteria for breakfast. Make yourselves at home, and welcome to the WVBA," Gabby concluded, dismissing the group.
Mika's eyes caught sight of Niki Binary in one of the rings, shadowboxing under the watchful eye of her coach, Von Kaiser. "Come on, Skye, let's go say hi," Mika said, grabbing Skye's arm and leading her toward the ring.
Von Kaiser was intently focused on Niki, his thick German accent filling the air. "Gut, Niki, focus on your footwork. Remember, a strong foundation is key. Wenig Stahl, show me what you've got."
Niki moved gracefully around the ring, her feet gliding over the canvas as she threw a series of jabs and hooks into the air. Her concentration was palpable.
"Hey, Niki!" Mika called up to her.
Niki looked over and nodded, finishing her drill with a swift one-two combo. "Alright, let's take a quick break," Von Kaiser announced.
Niki jogged over to the ropes and sat down, her eyes meeting Mika's. "Hey, Mika! How's orientation going?"
"Great! Oh, this is Skye. We're roommates at the Campus Lodge," Mika introduced.
Niki extended her glove to fist-bump Skye. "Nice to meet you, Skye."
"Wow, you're Niki Binary, right? I saw your fight with Cutie a couple of days ago. You were amazing," Skye exclaimed.
"Thanks, it was a tough fight. So, how's orientation treating you both?" Niki asked.
Mika and Skye launched into a detailed account of their day, from the physicals to the tour of the campus. "The facilities are amazing, and the people seem really nice," Mika said.
"Yeah, and the gym is like something out of a movie. I can't wait to start training," Skye added.
Just then, Glass Joe approached, dressed in his workout gear. "Pardon, mesdemoiselles, but may I have a moment with Niki?"
"Of course, what's up, Joe?" Niki responded.
"My sparring partner couldn't make it today. Would you be able to help me out?" Glass Joe asked.
"I'd love to, but I'm training with Von Kaiser for the rest of the afternoon and sparring with Cutie later," Niki explained.
"We can spar with you!" Mika and Skye blurted out in unison, then looked at each other and laughed.
Niki chuckled. "Joe, meet Mika and Skye. They're here for orientation."
"Ah, bonjour, mesdemoiselles," Glass Joe greeted, his French accent lending charm to his words.
"Hi, Glass Joe! We're really excited to be here," Skye said.
"Yeah, we can't wait to start training," Mika added.
Glass Joe looked thoughtful. "Normally, we don't allow sparring with new boxers during orientation."
Both girls' faces fell, disappointment clouding their eyes.
"But," Glass Joe continued, "I'll go ask Hoy if we can make an exception."
Mika and Skye's faces lit up again. "That would be awesome," Mika said.
"Yeah, really awesome," Skye echoed.
Glass Joe nodded and headed off to find Hoy, leaving Mika, Skye, and Niki excitedly chatting about the possibilities that lay ahead. The WVBA was proving to be everything they'd hoped for, and they couldn't wait to dive in.
