finished junior year and i feel insane btw
#fantasy high#i had drafted a post abt the vindication i felt when cathilda was horrified at fabian being left alone all year#but i didn't have anything else to say beyond that#but Lord i loved the emotional climax of the ending#with all the bad kids asked for a moment of injustice#they were all good (adaine's relationship with her sister having been stolen for years by their parents) siblings making me crazy as usual-#fabian's did make me cry#asking bill seacaster to understand what he put on his son#and being met with that understanding?#yeah man an act of divine intervention to make your parent see your perspective is a good fucking use. also i already posted abt it but WAA#lou said in the adventuring party that brennan was really embodying bill in that moment which YEAH just tye expression on his face alone was#so so so. that smile crumbling slightly around the eyes as the understanding hits. the bittersweet but so so genuine proclamation that#fabian on his own merit is more important than anything the world could see of him#the weakness of the final statement that maybe they can have both. when bill is dead. and the world being as it is. dead is dead and fabian#is alive
