Sam was just shy and being modest. Erik told me so. It's fine. They definitely dance like this.
Erik making Sam say he doesn’t know how to dance is so sad because we could of had things like this if he did know 😔🙏
Darlin would of ate that up too

Hi! I've a request about Jean who's dating a reader, but they broke up because of a stupid mistake. They didn't see each other for a few weeks or months and next time reader sees Jean, he is hugging Mikasa and whispering her something. So reader decides that they're dating and leaves all heartbroken & crying, but Jean follows her and explains that Mikasa got engaged (that's why he was hugging her) and they're friends. Then he confesses that still loves reader and wants to get back together.
I see that you got a lot of Jean x reader requests lately, so I wonder if it's okay to ask you about one more... I'm sorry if you don't like it or don't want to write it! Have a good day ~

jean x reader

You miss him. You don't want to, but you do. You see him on every single store you enter, in jerseys that would look so good on him, on every coffee you drink alone. You miss his heath when you wake up, your body adapted to your side of the bed as if he was still there.
You sigh while you keep walking to the center, where you accorded to meet Pieck and Reiner. You haven't got out of your apartment since you broke up with Jean after that discussion that shouldn't had happened. You two were too angry to yourselves and you didn't think about the other one. It was selfish. You look at your clock, you have to hurry up, you don't want to be late. In the next street, you turn right, and you see him. It isn't your imagination, Jean's tall body is there, talking to a girl you can't recognize because she's giving you her back. You try to walk and don't look at him, but you fail.
And he hugs her.
The way he leans to whisper something on her ear makes you feel bad. Did he find someone new that fast? She laughs as well, her head moving.
It's Mikasa Ackerman.
She's smiling while she keeps her hands around Jean's waist, his resting on her shoulders while he smiles. You're too close, and he sees you, his expression changing quickly. Oh. He doesn't want to know about you. Tears start to fall quicker and you leave the street. You can hear him calling you from behind.
"y/n, wait." you feel a sudden touch on your wrist, his hand capturing yours in a try to take your attention. He grabs you quietly to a empty zone. You look to the floor. You don't want him to see you crying, and less because of him. Why didn't you run? Or tell him to let you alone? Maybe you wanted him to chase you. "Wait, please." he asks. You keep looking to the ground. Jean doesn't like to see you that sad, and he knows it is his fault. That the tears falling from your eyes, the ones he wants to wipe and never see again. You look so broke since you two stopped to see each other. He also looks empty, even when he has a new lover, that girl he used to chat with. But he always said that she had a relationship. You don't understand anything.
"What." you say. That tone you used hurts him. As if you forgot all the months together, the happiness and the good moments. There isn't a day he doesn't regret what he did.
"How have you been?" he wanted to ask why you have been crying, but he doesn't find the strength to do it. You look away, always avoiding his eyes.
"As fine as someone who's been on a breakup." you say. For the first time, you look at his eyes. "But I see you've been okay. Making your romantic life again." he looks at you. "Faster than I thought. I'm that easy to forget?" tears are falling again. You were just one more to him, even when he meant the world to you. It hurt like hell, find him hugging another one in less than a week. "Am I that irrelevant for you?" you ask again, your voice breaking with every sob. He takes you closer to his body, a hug you miss a lot. "Why you keep hurting me?" you cry, against his chest, feeling his scent. "Why you're hugging me when your shirt still smells like her." you break in a heavy crying, his soothing caresess in your hair. You don't want them, but, oh, they feel so good. They always felt good.
"You talk about Mikasa?" he asks. His voice sounds empty as his eyes look. "You saw us hugging on the street?" he asks. You nod twice. "She's getting married. Eren proposed to her after all this years dating. I just wanted to greet a friend." he says. "I wanted to be greeted as well, I wanted to propose to you." he says. His heart is fast against your cheek. "I wanted to keep you by my side but i was a stupid."he says. “I yelled at you things I didn’t feel.” he says, you feel a couple hot tears falling between your hair. “I never wanted to hurt you, that’s why I didn’t try to take you back. I was aware from my errors.” he says.
“I also yelled horrible things at you.” you say. “You didn’t deserve it. I was angry at the world and I paid it with you. And never apologized for it. Sorry, Jean.” you find breathing almost impossible, all that tears and hiccups making it harder. He caresses your back, his body reacting to your crying one, as if he was used to it. It was all so natural, even after the breakup. “Please. I still love you, and I learned that I can only imagine a future if you’re in it.” he says, you can feel his hands shaking on your back. “I love you, and I’ll understand if you don’t want to see me again. It was my fault and I’m regretful for what I’ve done.”
“I'm not blameless either.” You remember the yells. The horrible words you said to him. It was a difficult night for you both and you payed it with each other. “But I miss you. Fuck, Jean, I missed you so much.” you bury your face on his shirt, his arms around you, pulling you closer.
“I missed you too. It was just a couple days, but it felt like whole centuries.” he whispers. You feel comfort, love, tenderness there. You feel like home. “I promise I’ll be a better man, for you. I’ve learned from it.” he says. He leaves a little kiss on the top of your head. You’ve been sleeping with his t-shirts, missing his body next to yours, making two coffees when you wake up and feeling empty without his body covered with just a towel while he dances for you in the bedroom. You missed him, you love him.
“Let’s go home, Jean. Take me home, please.” you say. Jean smiles, cleaning a couple tears from your face when you part, looking at him. He takes your hand.
“Let’s go.”
m e a n w h i l e
Pieck was silent, looking to her mojito. Reiner looked around a couple times before taking a sip from his cup. Pieck sighs.
“They’re not gonna come.” she says,
“I fucking knew it.” he says. “I knew it from the moment we saw him on the street near her house.”

Lovers In The Night 🌙
Ib: Lovers In The Night - Seori
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Summary: What happens when a boy and a girl meet for the first time, only to have this one night. All by pure coincidence.
🌙
Bullies. That's how you managed to bump into Yang Jungwon. It was funny, really. The bullies were the one that chased you but you didn't know whether to be angry or thank them because that's how you met Jungwon after all.
They were chasing you over god knows what, you had been running from them for so long that you hadn't even begun to remember anymore, when you had bumped into something hard that had caused you to fall onto the ground.
"I'm sorry." You shyly and quickly nodded towards him, hearing the bullies approaching. Their loud feet stomping on the pavement as they ran in your direction.
"Hey!" One of the bullies yelled as they came to a stop a few feet behind you. "Y/N. Where do you think you're going? You can't avoid us."
You couldn't find it in you to move or glance behind you. All you could do was bring yourself to stare at the ground, almost completely forgetting about the boy in front of you.
"She's with me." He suddenly speaks up with a clear of his throat.
Why is he sticking up for me? You thought to yourself.
"Isn't that Yang Jungwon?" You heard another one of the bullies say.
So, Jungwon was his name.
"That is okay, right?" Suddenly, he looks down at you and asks you, "they're not bothering you, are they?"
It was the kind of tone that someone uses when they already know the answer, or the kind of tone a parent uses to lecture a young child.
"N-no?" You couldn't help but stutter as you looked and saw the fear in the bullies' eyes.
What's the matter with them? You internally asked, confused but you wouldn't dare question it aloud.
"Alright, well." He flashed a smile, it seemed almost misleading. "You can leave now. Y/N's with me."
The bullies all bowed politely in acceptance and quickly ran back in the direction the had chased me from. While you still sat on the ground, watching it all.
Once they were out of the two of yours peripherals, he looked down at you with a smile. Though this one was different. This one seemed genuine.
"Jungwon." His dimples showed as he extended his hands out towards you partially for a handshake and partially to help you up.
"I'm Y/N." You returned the smile, dusting of your hands on your pants before accepting his hand.
It seemed as though he was going to say more but his own thoughts had interrupted him.
With wide eyes he asked, "Doesn't your ankle hurt?"
Confused, you had looked down only to see that your ankle was bleeding just a bit, but you had felt fine.
"No, I'm alright." You laughed, nervously. You weren't sure why you were nervous but you weren't uncomfortable.
"Come on." He sighed as he suddenly bent down, back in front of you.
"Huh??"
"Get on my back."
You weren't sure why you had agreed. I mean, your ankle had felt just fine and you had only met Jungwon approximately 5 minutes ago.
"Where are we going?" You asked, wrapping your arms tighter around him as he carefully stood up.
"The convenience store," he grunted as he started walking. "They're always open and you're ankle is going to get infected if you don't take care of it."
You didn't have any objections seeing as how you were quite a forgetful person. By the time you got home, you'd be so exhausted that you'd forget about your ankle entirely.
"It isn't far away. It's probably down the block from here."
"Do you live around here?" You asked as you rested your chin on his shoulder. "I don't think I've seen you around before."
"I used to live around here but recently I moved to Seoul because of the things happening in my life right now."
"Oh, did something bad happen?"
"Quite the opposite, actually." He grunted as he placed me on a chair in front of the convenience store. "Amazing things happened to where I could fulfill my dreams."
More was on the tip of your tongue. You wanted to ask what that dream was but as he was straightening out his flannel he asked, "do you want anything, like a drink or a snack, while I'm in there getting stuff for your ankle?"
Though you were hungry, you had already felt bad enough that he had carried you there and offered to treat your ankle. So, you just shook your head and watched him go inside.
As you waited for him to come back out, you couldn't help but notice how beautiful the moon looked.
Soon, Jungwon had come out of the convenience store with what looked like more than he could carry. He was holding a bag with the handles in his mouth (you had assumed that it was probably items for your ankle), two sodas on his sides, keeping them there with his arms, and two bowls of noodles in his hands. You had stood up to try and help him but he just shook his head and mumbled a firm 'no' at you.
After he has set the items down with a bit of hassle, he slid one of the sodas and bowl of noodles towards you as he put your ankle on top of his thighs.
"I know you said that you weren't hungry but I could totally see through you." Jungwon laughed as he began opening a bag of cotton balls and a bottle of rubbing alcohol. "It was so obvious that you were hungry. I really don't mind buying you food, plus it'll be a good distraction for you."
"A distraction?" You tilted your head, mouth full of noodles as you began to feel a stinging sensation on your ankle.
Now you had known what he meant. It was to distract you from the fact that he was going to clean your wound up and it would burn.
You tried your best to keep still and continue eating as he treated your ankle. You even tried to ignore the fact that now, he had moved on to the cotton swabs and ointment. You were most definitely trying your hardest not to flinch, scared that you might injure him and then you'll both need to be treated.
You were halfway done with your ramen when he had finsished cleaning it and wrapped a bit of gauze over your ankle.
He gently patted your ankle as if he were indicating that he were finished and that it's okay.
"See. All done." He mumbled as he took a bite of his noodles. "And you're ankle is swollen, by the way."
"Thank you." I smiled gratefully at him as I finished eating as well. "I can still walk though. So you really didn't need to carry me and you really didn't have to do all these nice things for me."
"It's fine, really." He tilted his head at me, his dimples reappearing again. "Plus, I was going to ask you for a favor."
It caught you by surprise but you answered with a, 'sure'.
"I don't know the next I'll be around here, so if it's okay with you, hang out with me. Just for this one night."
Somehow he kept managing to surprise you and always, you couldn't find it in you to say no to him.
"Alright." You said, causing Jungwon to burst with glee.
You two had finished eating and before you knew it, he was holding onto your hand and running with you far off into the darkness.
"Where are we going?" You asked a you tried to keep your feet in place with his, wincing from time to time from your ankle.
"That's the beauty of it, Y/N." He yelled over the sound of your footsteps. Though you were behind him, you could hear the excitement in his voice and feel it in the way he gently squeezed your hand. "We don't know! We'll just have to adventure!"
You kept running as far as each other's feet carried you until you two had found an arcade and a claw machine outside.
"Wait, Y/N!" He stopped and pulled you over to the claw machine. "Let's play this! I bet I can totally win you something!"
You were in happy disbelief. How could this boy get so excited over winning something for you and why would he want to do that?
You watched as he attempted and immediately failed. He looked at you in shock and pointed at the machine as if he were in utter disbelief that he had just lost.
"Wait. Did you see that?" He shook his head playfully as turned back to the machine again. "Let me try it again."
At this point, you couldn't help but be amused. You knew that it was a game designed for people to lose but you couldn't help but find it funny (and a quite cute) that he was concentrating so hard.
After a few more attempts, you started to glance at the arcade. Curious about what games you and Jungwon could play on there.
"Can I try it?" You smiled at him after he had lost another attempt.
"Sure." He smiled with an amused look on his face as he crossed his arms and leaned on the glass, putting another coin in the machine for you. "But don't expect to win though. You saw how it went for me. It's deadly difficult."
You couldn't help but shake your head with a smile as you pinpointed the plush doll that you had wanted to win. You really wanted to get the sheep plush. It reminded you a bit of Jungwon for some reason. After a few seconds of trying to center the claw, you decided to push the button that makes the claw grab it.
You jumped up and down in joy and surprise as you had managed to collect it. You hadn't even noticed that you had quickly hugged Jungwon.
His eyes had widened and he stood there in shock. Partially due to the fact that you got a plush doll in your first try and partially because you had just hugged him and he felt tingly inside.
You handed him the sheep plush with a giggle as he still stood like a statute and began walking off into the arcade.
It took him a second to come to realization but he ran after you with the plush doll in his hands and grabbed your hand to make sure that you don't wander off anywhere else.
You had no idea why but you felt all tingly inside when he had done that.
"What do you want to play?" Jungwon asked you as he swayed your intertwined hands together, holding the sheep plush in his other.
"Well, we just have tonight right?" You turned to look at him unsure of the meaning of the gleam in his eyes. "So let's enjoy everything."
You two giggled and played in the arcade for at least a good two hours. Sometimes he'd beat you and tease you a bit for losing, and other times, you'd beat him and do a little victory dance just to gloat. You were having so much fun that you hadn't even remembered about your ankle.
"Where to next, Y/N?" Jungwon smiled at you brightly, the sheep plush still in his hand while a bunny was held tightly in yours, yet he still swung your hands back and forth.
Of course you hadn't mind it, but you were getting serious butterflies everytime he held your hand and showed that smile.
"I picked the arcade, so it's your turn." You giggled at him, a bit shy suddenly.
"Let's just walk around for a while." He continued walking alongside you, holding your hand and putting it in his coat pocket due to the chilly night air.
You two didn't stop walking until you reached a bridge where the night sky could be seen clearly and the moon shine so brightly.
"Does your ankle feel better? I totally forgot about it." He spoke to you as he kept his eyes fixated on the moon.
You glanced back at the moon too as you squeezed his hand, "It's fine. You really shouldn't worry about it so much."
After responding, the summer air seemed to fill the silence before Jungwon spoke once again, "The moon looks beautiful tonight".
But when you glanced back at him, you noticed that he wasn't looking at the moon but at your intertwined hands.
"It does." There was honesty in your answer, but there was also affection laced into the tone of your voice.
Another silence. But at the same time, you felt like your heart was beating so loud that even Jungwon could hear it.
"Can I kiss you?" He spoke after a while, just barely being able to meet your eyes. The shock on your face was evidently clear.
"What?"
And before you knew what had happened, the boy had leaned close, releasing the hand that held yours to cup your face. And nothing had stopped you the moment your lips had intertwined instead, but your heart had urged you to return the kiss.
"I wish we didn't only have this night and I'm kind of sad that it's over so soon."
"Me too." You looked up at the moon, trying to avoid his eyes.
You held onto his hand and he walked alongside you. Not knowing where you were taking him. You two just walked in silence until had stopped in front a house.
1130 Jungwon thought to himself. I'll keep that in mind.
"Well, this is my house." You turned as you smiled at him. "I've got to go inside. My parents are totally going to be in my case in the morning for being home so late. Thanks for tonight, Jungwon. It's the most fun I've had in a long time."
You began to walk towards the door until a gentle force pulled you and Jungwon's lips had met with yours once again.
"Tonight was the most fun that I've had in a long time too, Y/N."
Those dimples reappearing once more.
"Let's trade plushies." He smiled as he switched his sheep plush for your bunny one. "That way, hopefully, you won't forget about me and I won't forget about you too."
Like you'd ever be able to forget Yang Jungwon.
It was then that you knew what that gleam in his eyes was earlier that shone even now, only in front of you.
Affection.
"Hopefully, I'll get to see you again one day. You might see me again sooner than you think."
It was a sentence that you had gotten slightly confused about but you took his weird for it.
"So then.. this isn't a goodbye," you hugged him. "This is just a really long see you later?"
He hugged you back gently, that being enough of an answer for you. After releasing you from the hug, he gently nudged you towards the front door.
"Go on." He smiled with a wave, his dimples peaking out underneath the moonlight. "I don't want you to get in more trouble because of me."
Waving to him as you gently closed the door, you had wondered if you'd really ever see him again.
You ran upstairs and laid peacefully in your bed with your sheep plush, the memories of tonight replaying in your head.
It wasn't until your friend had forced you to watch an Enhypen stage that you knew what Jungwon truly meant that you might see him sooner than you think.
This was Jungwon.
But the secret between the two of you, the one night that belonged only to you two that you had known of. Getting to be each other's Lovers In The Night.
Tumblr media
Author Side Note: This was originally supposed to be a Jake X Reader story but I couldn't find images that suited what I had in mind. I soon realized that Jungwon was perfect for this story.

The Outsiders (pt. 1)
Zed Necrodopolous x reader
Z-O-M-B-I-E-S Fanfiction
Summary: When you moved to Seabrook to get away from the drama of your past, you meet a sweet zombie who you can't get enough of.
Word Count: 1999
Tumblr media
When you moved in with your aunt and uncle, they warned you that Seabrook was different. Your two cousins had also made this seem very important to know. It was a perfect place with perfect people, who scorned the ones that didn't fit it. Not that you cared. You were used to being different.
They also told you about the zombies. When your aunt spoke about them, it was with with pity, while your uncle talked about them with disgust. She was a clothing designer, and he was a zombie patrol policeman. It was partly her job to make the zombies' special clothing, and it was his job to patrol zombietown at night.
In all honesty they just peeked your interest. They just seemed like normal people that weren't recognized, and you thought about what it might be like for them to be outsiders as well.
Your mother had taught you that life is too short to care what people think, and that being mean to people was useless. So you put a smile on and tried to be happy with your new life. Maybe something good awaited.
You put on your white t-shirt and dark red skirt, and walked to school. As you headed to school, you saw your uncle on the zombie side of the fence for the school entrance. He got reassigned to watch over them. One of the zombies were looking at their class schedule, when it flew out of his hands and slid on the floor and through the fence. You picked it up, smiling at him as you went on your tippy toes to give it to him. "Here you go."
"Thanks." He smiled, and looked very handsome in your opinion. "I–"
Your uncle banged on the fence. "No trying to grab humans. Don't make me have to take you downtown."
"No, officer I was just trying to–"
"Zip it zombie. Leave the humans alone."
"No," you said. "He wasn't doing anything wrong. I was just handing him his paper."
"I don't care, get inside." Your uncle stared daggers into you.
"But–"
"I know you're new here, but I'll only say this once. When an adult tells you to do something, you do it. No questions asked. Maybe you weren't taught that where you're from, but things are different here." Your smiled quickly faded as you put your head down and walked inside. He didn't have to say that.
Zed watched you leave with a frown on your face. He didn't know who you were, but it still hurt him to see your smile leave like that. "Little piece of advice." The guard said. "Don't talk to the humans. Don't try to be chummy friends, because you can't. At the end of the day, she's normal and you're not." Zed didn't say anything as he went inside with Bonzo and Eliza.
As you walked with your head kept down, you accidentally bumped into a blonde girl. "Oh, I'm sorry!"
She kindly smiled at you. "It's okay. I'm Addison."
You nodded and smiled. "Y/n."
"So, are you gonna try out for the cheer squad?" She seemed very excited.
"Um, no." You tried to say kindly. "Don't get me wrong, I love dancing, but cheerleading isn't really my thing." She frowned and looked confused. "But I'd be more willing to help you out if you need a partner to practice with anytime."
Her smile perked up again. "Oh, that's so sweet. I would totally love that!" She excitedly took your hands. "Come on, you should meet Bree."
Into middle of first period, an alarm started to go off, and everyone began to panic. On the wall it said Z | ALERT and was flashing red, but you didn't really know what that meant. When you got out to a hallway, the zombie from before came running up in a panic. "Can you hide me somewhere?"
"Um." Was all that came out of you before you looked at a zombie safe room, grabbing his hand and you both going in. It was pretty much pitch black, and you led him to a wall for both of you to sit down on the floor. "So, I'm guessing the alarms are from you?"
You heard him let out a sigh. "I didn't mean to scare that girl, she just freaked out when she saw me. This wasn't really how I wanted my day to go."
"You mean you didn't want an angry mob of people after you?" You asked in a playful sarcastic tone.
"Well," he said. "Not like this."
"What?" You laughed out.
"I'm trying out for the football team today." He felt you get closer to him, and felt calmer. You didn't fear him. "I don't know if I'll make it, considering how my day's gone."
"No, I'm sure you'll make it! Everyone's really excited for the cheer tryouts, so pretty soon there'll be a whole swarm of people cheering for you when you make it."
"And what about you?" His voice became a little softer.
"Well, cheerleading isn't for me. I was hoping they'd have a dance class, but they don't. But hey, I wouldn't mind cheering for you at your games. Just in the crowds."
You turned your head to his dark figure. He chuckled, before saying, "I'm Zed."
"I'm y/n."
Just then the lights came back on and you saw his handsome smile, causing you to smile back. He was about to say something, when you both heard, "Y/n! There you are!"
You turned to see Addison with four other cheerleaders. "Gross!"
"Zombie germs!"
One of them tugged you away from Zed. "Look here Zombie, if one of my cousin's friends are caught around you again, it's going to get ugly. And as you can see, that's not in the cards for me." You looked at Addison, who said nothing. They then tugged you out of the room and away from Zed.
They dragged you to their trophy room. "Listen new girl," the main guy said. "We don't support freaks, and neither should you. You could maybe be cool if you tried out for the cheer squad. And lose that outfit. It's a little too dark for Seabrook. Speaking of outfits, you look like you could rock a cheer outfit."
You didn't want to be rude, so you responded with, "Um, that sounds pretty cool. I'll think about it."
The cheerleaders began to laugh. "Oh new girl, I like your humor. We'll see you there. C'mon cuz." They all then left.
At lunch you began to walk towards Addison, but she was bombarded by more cheerleaders, so you decided to not go over there. You looked around, and saw that someone had spilled their lunch all over the cafeteria floor. Principal Lee saw and groaned. "Can someone please go tell the janitor to clean this mess up?"
"I can!" You said eagerly. "I really don't mind."
"Well," she said, smiling as she looked you up and down. "It's nice to see such bravery for this school. He's in the basement." You smiled and nodded, heading over there. You walked down the stairs happily with your lunch tray.
Zed was excitedly telling his friends about you. "Yeah Bonzo. She even said she'd cheer me on at games. I'm really pumped right now, and I think she likes me."
"Yeah right." Eliza said. "It's just because she's new. Once she figures out that humans don't like zombies, she'll probably stay far away."
Zed gave Eliza a look before their teacher said, "Woah, there's no human students here."
Everybody turned to see you nervously standing there with your lunch tray. "Um, there was a spill in the cafeteria." You quickly set your tray down to hold the door open for the teacher. You then brought your tray over to Zed and his friends and smiled. "Hey."
"Hey." He looked surprised, but eventually smiled back.
"Is it okay with you guys if I stay here for lunch?"
Zed was about to speak, but Eliza cut him off. "You should probably stick with the cheerleaders if you really want to make the squad."
"Oh, I'm not a cheerleader, and I don't really wanna be one." You said as you sat down next to Zed. "They're a little too much for me. I probably wouldn't enjoy it. You should do something because it makes you happy, right?"
Eliza stared at you, but had a small smile on. "Um, yeah."
You turned to Zed. "So, I never apologized for the security guard."
"Oh, yeah. Did you know him or something, cause he was kinda being a jerk to the both of us."
You looked down, and felt heat spread onto your face. "Um, he's my uncle. I just started living with him and his family over the weekend. He's a bit stiff with me since we don't really see eye to eye on, um..."
"Zombikas?" Bonzo asked.
"Yeah. Sorry." You quietly said.
"So what if he finds out that we've been talking?" Zed asked.
"Then we'll just make sure he doesn't." Bonzo and Eliza gave each other a look as you and Zed smiled at each other. "So, I could go to your football tryouts after school. Maybe walk home together afterwards?"
"Really?!"
You shrugged. "Yeah. I don't have much going on after school anyways."
"Yeah, that sounds awesome. You could see me do thang in person."
You giggled, and the bell rang. "Okay, I gotta go. But I'll see you at the football field after school." You waved to all of them and hurried up the stairs.
As you were about to go to class, your cousin pulled your arm. "What were you doing in the basement?" She asked.
You shrugged and grinned. "Got lost. Oops." You then walked into class.
After school you walked to the football field and found him waiting for you at the bleachers. "You came." You nodded. "Okay, now I have to be extra awesome." You giggled and sat down as he grabbed your arms, gently squeezing. "Wish me luck!"
"I will." You then watched him play, and he was actually pretty good. He was good at dodging people, and was pretty fast as well. He excelled at the drills, though he dropped to the ground and rolled in a fit of dramatics. You laughed, yelling out, "You can do this Zed!"
He was still on the ground, but gave you a thumbs up. After a bit everybody lined up to see if they made it. The coach talked, and everybody looked pretty happy. You saw him and Zed talking before Zed walked over to you. You smiled and offered him his backpack, but your smile faded as you saw the disappointed look on his face. "I didn't make the team." He said. "Principal Lee thinks I shouldn't even leave the basement for school."
"Zed, I'm really sorry to hear that."
"Don't be. It's the story of my life." He said frustratedly.
You gently hooked your arm around his as you both walked together. "I'm sure at some point you'll be on the football team. Once people see how awesome you are."
He smirked at you. "Yeah, you're right. Well, I guess for now only you'll get to see my awesomeness."
You chuckled. "I guess so." You both fell into comfortable silence until you said, "I thought you were pretty good, by the way."
"Thanks, but I kinda wanna see you in action."
You laughed. "Um, I don't think I'd do all that good in football."
He laughed too. "No, I meant dancing. You said you liked it, but I haven't seen you dance yet."
"Yet?"
"Yeah. We'll go dancing together at some point. It's just a matter of time." You looked down with a flushed face, grinning. "So, why did you move in with your aunt and uncle?"
"Um, they're the only family I have left now." He stared at you. "I'll explain another day." He nodded.
You both then made it to the border of Seabrook and Zombieland. "Well, I'll see you tomorrow. Maybe we'll even have a day where people aren't trying to pull us apart."
You chuckled. "Wouldn't that be something."
He grabbed your hand and spun you softly. "Until next time."
You smiled and began walking the other way. As you buried your hands in your face and hopped around to calm yourself, Zed was silently jumping and fist bumping the sky. You thought about what he said, and decided that you would do something for this school, and it involved dancing.

Characters: Namjoon x reader, Taeyhung x reader's friend
"Morning, Y/N," Namjoon smiles as he enters your kitchen. "Morning Joonie, what are you doing here?"
"oh...uh....your dad sent me over to make a delivery...."
"oh, okay. Come on, sit down and eat," you gesture to the seat across from you at the table and wipe your mouth with the cloth napkin before sitting it beside your plate which was piled over with cheesy grits, sausage, scrambled eggs and some leftover roasted potatoes from supper. You slide your chair out to stand and he comes over to sit as you walk to go grab him a plate. "We had some garlic roasted potatoes last night, want some? The garden out back worked nice for the garlic and the potatoes in the crops came out nice this year so dad brought some home and I made it"
"Yeah, sure. Thankyou.....so the crops are good?"
"Oh yeah, and Mary Lou just had a calf last night and dad says I can keep this one"
"oh yeah? You happy?"
"Totally, you know I try not to get too overly attached usually...."
"Yeah, I know, and I know you've wanted to keep one since you were little," he smiles over at you. You can't help but giggle and jump in place, "I know~," you clap your hands. "You do know you have two horses right?" He laughs a little and rubs the back of his neck, sitting his hat in his lap. "Yes, I love them Cortney and Karen. Shush, let me be happy," you playfully scold him as you continue making his breakfast. "Okay, how're they doing?"
"They're great and Karen has a show soon so I'm getting her mane done and some new shoes-oh! Want to come boot shopping with me? I want to get a new pair so they're shiny, I've been working in mine and they're muddy and I want some more jeans with the studded embroidered pocket designs"
"Shopping?" He makes a face that's a mix of disgust and uncertainty. "Please, it's for Karen's show and my friend is coming to visit"
"Since when do you have friends other than me and Tae?"
"Since about six months ago and haha cute, I'm feeding you," you bring the plate to him and then pour him some juice before sitting back down to eat.
"Maybe, I'm pretty busy but when do you want to go?" "Well, her show is next week and Jeff is coming then too so maybe....Sunday, after church?"
"Yeah, that works, we can go after we leave and get food....Jeff," he did not like the idea of it being a guy. You had all too recently ended a really bad relationship. "Are you sure that's a good idea?" Who was he kidding, he didn't like the idea of anyone with you that wasn't him, but, he wanted to protect you after your last boyfriend. "I know what you're thinking, and yes. Jeff needs this"
"Alright then, this is good, just orange juice?" "Yeah, I need to run to the store after work. Want to come with?" "Can't, delivery." "A long one huh, well do you need anything? I can shop for you and take it over"
"Uh no no yes, yes, I need everything, all of it, groceries," he laughs, "do you know where the spare key to the house is?" "My bra, you gave me one last year when you went to Florida, remember?" "Oh yeah, alright," he had already finished, "can I meet the new addition before I start the day?" "Sure!" You were already running out of the door. "Wait, we gotta do the dish-" "I'll do it when I get back!! Come-on!" You grab his hand a pull him.
"This is Mochi," you introduce him. "She's cute," he smiles and pets her and her mother, "alright," he stands back up and stretches. "Hi Karen, hi Courtney," he waves to your jet black Friesian horse with the gorgeous wavy mane, the ever graceful and snooty Karen and the tan Mustang with black from the hooves to the knees like long socks and dark black hair that have a red highlight at the tips in the sun, the ever goofy and stubborn Courtney in the stalls nearby in the barn. "Well, sun is getting up so I should get going. Where are they?" "Uhm, oh! These," you guide him to the cattle he was here to get and he starts loading them up while you wash the dishes from breakfast and put the leftovers away.
"Bye," you wave to each other as you're both heading out for the day. You were already excited for Sunday.
"Morning," Taeyhung scrolls up, he worked with you. "Hey Tae, oh, we decided, she's coming next week on Thursday"
"Awesome, you've been excited. Jeffree right? I have a room ready for her at my place, can't have her stay at a hotel" "Cool, great, thanks you're a sweetheart, I'll tell her"
The next few days passed as always, only now you were excited because you had Karen's show so you got to prepare for that, got her groomed and everything and you were making arrangements for your guest, Jeff, your friend online you met through a mutual liking of a band. As always, days were tiring but Taeyhung made them interesting. The three of you, you two and Namjoon and had been together for as long as you can remember since Taeyhung moved to town when he was six and you all went to the same church. He was a good guy, they both were.
"Night Lil, see you in the morning," he waves goodbye and slips his gloves off as he walks to his truck to go home for the night. The two of you felt like siblings after spending pretty much every day together, you worked most days of the week together then on Sunday there was church where ofcourse the 'golden trio' as the church elders had coined you, all chose to share a pew, and snacks and memes; and after work you would sometimes drink together. You all had other friends from church too, but they weren't as close as the three of you were. You had no idea that Namjoon didn't feel like you were a sibling, maybe he used to, but not for the longest time now. It was Saturday, which meant, going out with them for a drink and something to eat. Taeyhung had insisted he was tired and would see you at church in the morning so you go home, well to the house. You wash up and change into clean comfortable jeans and a clean t-shirt then head out to the bar. You were starving after a days work to say the least, breakfast had worn off forever ago.
"Y/N!" He waves and gestures you over and you skip, for lack of better verb, over to the stool next to him. "Hi Y/N, what will it be?" The server asks, you order your drink first and a appetizer to share with him. That usually was more than enough to fill you both up. "Okay....since the other day....I've been thinking....," He speaks, his hands fiddling with his glass beer mug. "Thinking about what?" You ask curiously and sip yours. ".....Maybe it isn't my place .....but uh....about this Jeff.....I do-"
"it will be fine, relax," you grab his shoulder. "A-Alright.....how was your week?" "It was good, Tae Tae said he was tired so he went home...."
He nods, "that's weird...."
"I know right!? How was your week love?" You were too busy enjoying your drink to look up and notice him change color at the term of endearment. "Oh, I missed you...you guys, I missed you guys," he smiles, those dimples that melt your heart when he has a bashful moment appearing on his cheeks. "Aww, we missed you too. I think Tae is excited about Jeff coming, he has a room ready and everything. Oh, you remember we are going shopping tommorow after work right?" "Yeah, I remember, oh he's happy ab-Jeff is staying with Tae! That's great!" "Joonie ......honey, are you alright?" You ask, raising a brow at him. "Oh...oh yeah, it's just-hotels would be expensive," he covers and is thankful you nod in agreement. It's silent for a bit while you wait on your food, he taps his fingers on his glass and looks straight ahead mostly except for when he steals quick glances at you. His insides were shaking like the leafs on a tree and his foot was tapping like Thumper against the bar on the bottom of the stool as he hears a song come on that he knows is one of your favorite. Letting his eyes scan the room he sees a few drunken couples dancing like complete idiots. "Hey, it's your song......we should dance?"
"You're joking, right? Joonie, seriously"
"no, really," he laughs
"Alright, what the hay?" You shrug and down your drink so you won't care and could actually go through with it.
He chuckles and holds you steady, "feeling brave now?" "Mhm, oh yeah," you nod and giggle.
That Sunday is was a bit of a struggle waking up after the night you had before, Namjoon was sure that you are plenty and drank water but that wasn't enough for him so he drove you home and called Tae to come and get him so he could drive his truck home; he wanted to tuck you in. The shopping after service was fun, Tae even came, he wanted to get a new shirt and some new jeans which he got several of and wanted your opinion on all of them then he proceeded to also get new pointed toe boots. The week seemed to drag for you both as you both got closer to Thursday but it was finally here.
"Tae wake up," you smack him because he stayed over and was going to ride with you to get her. "Hmm?" He sits up slowly and wipes his eyes. "It's Thursday, she texted she's at the airport" "Oh, yeah"
You pick her up together and bring her back to Tae's place and show her around. She seems nervous at first and quiet, shy. "Relax," you laugh as you give her a tour and help her unpack while you wait on Namjoon to come. Tae had seen her pictures online because you had shown him but it was his first time meeting her as well.
"Y/N," he called out for you from the kitchen. "Just a sec, Jeff," you go out to him as he's drying his hands from washing dishes. "Can you introduce us?" "Yeah, sure? Come on," you pull him by his arm.
"Jeff," she turns to you as she is putting her things away on the floor. "Taeyhung is shy, He wants me to introduce you guys."
"Oh, hi," she smiles and you instantly notice his reaction and it all clicks in your head, making you try and hide a smirk. "This is Tae Tea and Tae this is Jeffrene, Jeff"
"H-Hi," he smiles and they shake hands, "Taeyhung," he says, she notices how deep his voice actually is and paired with the shyness has to laugh. You share a look about how adorable it is.
"Hello?" Namjoon calls from the front door. You introduce everyone.
"Jeff is a girl," Namjoon is shocked, you just wanted to see his reaction to thinking it was a guy. Funny, as you suspected.
"There's nothing to do today as far as work...," Tae speaks, directed to you. "Okay? Cool, what should we do?" You ask them. He pulls you off to the side, "c-can I take her to get some boots?" "Some boots?" You cross your arms. "Y-Yeah....," He tucks his hands in his pockets, "I want to show her around...."
You take his body language into account and conceal from him that you see he is crushing on your friend. "oh yeah, that's a good idea, you can take her to meet the girls" "Thanks," he tries to hide how overly excited he is, "h-how do I ask her?" "Okay, it's really complicated," you put a hand on his shoulder, "here is what you do"
"Yeah?"
"You go to her and you," you pause
"Yeah?" You could tell he was falling for your trick. Sweet gullible little Taeyhung, you loved him so much.
"and you say ....do you want to come with me to buy some boots? I want to show you the animals on the farm"
He gives you a squinting glare, "you're an asshole," he says while you're laughing and Namjoon is listening in and kindly restricting himself. You both watch your friend approach his first crush.
"Hi....," He smiles and greets her again, with a awkward little wave, one hand tucked into his back pocket. "Hi"
"Do you want...to come with me...to uhm....to buy you some boots and I can uh....show uh....show you the animals?" You face palm for him.
"That's sweet, sure, that sounds nice," she was happy to go along and as excited as he was, she loved animals.
----you and Namjoon at Tae's house-------
"That's cute, it's good that Tae is finally going for it with someone. I was starting to worry that he's never crushed on anyone before," Namjoon chuckles.
"For real though! I'm so proud but our little boy is growing up, now I'm sad," you stomp and come over to him, hugging his torso to lay your forehead on his chest like a melodramatic distraught wife who was experiencing empty nest syndrome. The action was nothing out of the ordinary. He laughs and pats your hair, "it's okay, we can have s'mores, how about that?" "Oo~ I feel better," the two of you grab the graham crackers and marshmallows but Tae didn't have the sticks or the chocolate so you run to the store for them and come back. Namjoon starts the bonfire then you two get cozy and start eating the s'mores without the other two in Tae's pasture.
"Naa~," Your melted chocolate and marshmallow delight cracker sandwhich is taken away from you. "Hey!"
"Hey! Bad Cleo! Bad Cleopatra! You can't take your aunt's s'mores!" Namjoon scolds the pony. "Now, tell her you're sorry young man," he throws his hands on his hips in a sassy manner which makes you almost fall over laughing. The pony rubs his head against you as a apology. "It's okay baby, I forgive my favorite nephew," you pet his nose and kiss it and he trots away to go to his mother. Namjoon laughs and sits back beside you, looking at them. "Mable is getting old......," you both knew what he meant by that. "Yeah...., I know." "Think Tae will be okay....?" "Let's hope so....."
---Taeyhung and Jeff-----
"What size do you wear?" Tae asks, he insisted on opening his truck door for her, and the store's door. He bought her a pair of boots and gloves before taking her out to your place. "I'll show you Y/N's first, then mine"
"This is Mary Lou and her new calf, she hasn't named her yet," he watches her happily pet them then takes her to your horses, "this is Cortney and Karen," after you've gotten to know them all he shows you all around before taking you home.
"I have horses too, well I have a horse and a pony," he takes you out back.
"Oh, they started without us, I won't let you miss the s'mores," he promises. "Cleo! Mable!" Cleo comes to them and she happily plays with him for a moment before Mable finally gets there and she pets the old horse.
-----
The night is spent enjoying s'mores and getting to know each other by the fire.

Story: Messing with the stars
Chapter 1
Bobby
I always end up here. It is as if her voice drags me back. It’s a miracle that no one has noticed how often I sit here to see her.
She finishes rehearsing, I grab my backpack and race to the parking lot to catch up with my friends.
Lottie, Gary, Lucas and Hope are waiting for me in front of Lottie's car.
"Bobbycakes, where were you?" Lottie looks annoyed, the others just get in the car.
“Sorry, Lottie. Mr. Hughes wanted to talk to me about my homework.”
My eyes move like magnets to her, like every single day. She has her dark brown hair tied up in a beautiful braid. Her green crop top matches her beautiful eyes perfectly. She laughs as she walks home with her best friend, Kassam. The two quickly bonded over their love for music and had being inseparable ever since.
“Bobby, are you listening?” Lottie brings me back to the real world, she looks angry. But decides to just get on the wheel. I walk into the passenger seat and turn to see her beautiful face one more time.
“Did you hear that this time it will be obligatory for us to participate in the school play this semester? It will directly impact our Drama class. ”
Everyone sighs in frustration.
“Why are we taking Drama again?” Asked Gary, clearly annoyed.
"Is mandatory this semester, an attempt by the school to make us more creative and versatile, or something like that." Says Hope, somewhat disinterested. After all, she is known for being good at whatever she does. She doesn't mind leaving her advanced math class for a semester in order to recite some lines.
"It wouldn't be a bad thing if I had to kiss that beautiful theater freak." Gary is smiling, definitely imagining himself in that situation. Gross.
“Alison Light?” Wow, Lucas seems to have been paying attention to her too.
"Hell yeah mate, she’s gorgeous." Lottie rolls her eyes, and Hope dramatically changes the conversation.
Alison Light, aka Sunny or Sunlight. (Or at least that's how I would call her if I had the guts to speak to her.) Everyone else calls her Ally, and I'm embarrassed to say that my friends call her theater freak.
There is a rumor, that Sunny's dad passed away 5 years ago. Her mom found a job in London, so they had to move from Scotland. Alison took refuge in music, which has always been what she loved the most, entered the choir, the school band, each play, whatever was involved with music, she did it. That's how she earned the ‘theater freak’ nickname from everyone else, especially, Lottie and Gary. Unfortunately, everyone listens to Lottie and Gary.
I came to school a year later. Lottie immediately thought I had the potential to belong to her group, to this day I have no idea why. She told me that if I wanted to belong, I had to be around people with potential, and when Sunny approached with vibrant eyes and a huge smile to introduce herself, Lottie pushed her to the side, and made fun of her for having a 'crush' on the new kid and behaving ‘desperate’.
I didn’t defend her. I followed Lottie down the hall, and didn't turn to see her even once.
Every day when I see her in the hallway I wonder why I chose a scary stranger instead of the girl with the most beautiful smile I have ever seen, and the conclusion makes me quite embarrassed.
I chose Lottie because I was tired of being the kid everyone made fun of regardless of the consequences, the one who was just a joke. The boy Caitlin Evans cheated on by pretending she wanted me to be her boyfriend just to humiliate me in front of the whole school. I saw the opportunity to be someone different, and I took it. Letting go not only poor and humiliated Bobby, but also the opportunity to meet Alison in the process.
The next day I walk with the boys to the auditorium. Most of the students are already there. The music is quite loud, and her perfect voice immediately reaches my ears. As we get closer I can finally see what's going on. Kassam and Alison are doing a duet of the song "Into the Unknown" which in my opinion is not easy to sing. I’m annoyed to admit that they sound perfect together. Their harmonies are beautiful and their notes are totally clean and well placed. All of us who do not normally belong to this class, have our mouths open.
“As you could hear, this class has talent to spare. I will not accept less than what I know you can give. Everyone will sing a part of the song you wrote me yesterday on the list.” Mr. Hudson loves music as much as Alison, and has been an important person in her life for the past few years. He has always been kind to me, and has invited me multiple times to participate in his plays due to my and i quote ‘charming personality ’.
Auditions started. Surprisingly my friends did a pretty decent job. I would not choose them as the protagonists but they were not bad.
I always wanted to try theater. I've been watching it for years, since I've never missed a play by Alison, no matter how delusional it sounds. And I always liked singing, but believe me or not, I have stage fright. Also, even if I sang, the chances of me beating Kassam in the lead are microscopic.
"McKenzie, let's go. I have a feeling you will do a good job, I am excited to hear you.” Mr. Hudson, I honestly hope I don't fall off the stage while I go up, for me that will already be a victory.
The music starts playing, but I am unable to open my mouth. I turn to meet her green eyes, which for the first time in years seem to speak to me. She tries to tell me to focus on her, and I do. The song starts again, and this time I manage to start singing the words, which sound more whispered than anything else.
"Of your kiss, your touch, your love" Sunny starts singing with me, everyone turns to see her, but she seems determined to help me sing this song. I remain somewhat fearful during the chorus, and she takes the second verse like a queen. Focusing on making me feel comfortable, still staring at my eyes and taking my hand.
Suddenly, she is the only thing I can see.
The connection I felt the first time I saw her feels stronger than ever as we dance together across the stage, our voices sounding perfect next to each other, like they're meant to fit together.
I'm definitely not half as good as Kassam is, but without a doubt my connection and chemistry with Sunny is much stronger, or at least that's what I want to believe. A man has to have hope. It was a magical moment, like when Troy and Gabriella meet and sing 'Start Of Something New' together. Don't judge me, I saw her with my sister Gemma.
The song ends and everyone is shocked. Lottie seems about to pass out, and Lucas looks at me in disbelief.
"I've found my stars." Mr. Hudson whispers, his eyes lit up.
"What? No way! They were supposed to be solos, not duets ” Lottie yells, clearly about to lose her patience.
"My decision is final. I've never seen so much chemistry, it's like they were meant to be together. ” Seems like I'm not the only one who thinks so. I knew Mr. Hudson was a smart guy.
"This work is going to be the best we have ever done, I assure you." Sunny blushes slightly, we are still holding hands, and I honestly don't feel like letting her go, but she starts to pull apart gently.
"Thank you, Sunny." I whisper, she looks at me with mischief in her green eyes. That's when I realize what I said. WE ARE NOT NEAR THE STAGE OF NICKNAMES, GOOD ONE IDIOT.
"Omg, I'm so sorry, Alison. I, You probably don’t even know my name and I’m calling you by a nickname, this is so embarrasing.” I start to mumble things that I don't understand myself.
She smiles at me, trying to calm me down. "It's okay, Bobby McKenzie. Professional joker, awesome baker, beautiful eyes. From Scotland, just like me.” She emphasizes my name, so I have no doubts that she knows who I am. And I almost passed out with the beautiful eyes thing. Fuck, she's so sweet.
“Sunny sounds adorable, I was getting tired of theater freak anyway. And like Mr. Hudson, I could see your full potential. You just needed a hand.”
I blush, hard. She likes it. Both the nickname and the fact that she made me blush. I can see it on her face.
Lottie grabs my arm and starts dragging me toward Hope to leave.
This time I don't let history repeat itself.
"I'll see you tomorrow... Sunny." I wink at her, trying to sound and look as cool as possible.
She smiles. "See you tomorrow, partner."
