do y'all see what i mean? the walks are all so awkward in a way that makes me suspect they were instructed to use the walk i've seen at other BTSSB shows (and just EGL shows in general) that is sort of an elegant promenade you might expect during a debutante coming out mixed with lots of coy smiles and glances, but they were all too genuinely nervous to do a performance of shyness.

the timing of everyone coming out is so awkward, the girls veer all over the runway to a level that i've never seen before. you'll have some issues with sharing space at pretty much any show, but it's like they all forgot another girl was coming out behind them? or expect her to be in a bigger hoop skirt? the two girls who try and kick up their ankles at the same time and absolutely beef it. compare this to the 2023 autumn collection or their show spring Premium Tea Party show. very polished, very intentional. what happened here.

the Baby The Stars Shine Bright runway show from nyfw this year is so awkward and painful to watch i'm obsessed with it. none of their other runway shows have ever had such terrible vibes from what i can tell. oh to have been a fly on the wall backstage that day.
