A-   Activities: How do they spend their time with their s/o?

Honestly, Ty Lee loves to do whatever her s/o likes to do! However, she does prefer being out and about; one of her favorite things to do with her s/o is go out on the town, whether they’re shopping, seeing a show, attending a festival, or just meandering around! She’s such an energetic girl, so she loves to be in high-energy places. That being said, she’s happy just spending time with the person she adores!

B- Body: What does this character appreciate about their s/o? What part of their body are they most proud of, and in reverse, what body part are they ashamed of and how do they respond to their s/o gushing over it?

Ty Lee loves everything about her s/o, but she likes their face most of all. She loves to rest her hands on their cheeks or pinch them; loves to gaze into their eyes; loves to nuzzle noses and give forehead kisses! To her, it just encapsulates everything she loves about them! 

Ty Lee isn’t really self-conscious about her body, so she isn’t really ashamed of anything. But she’s still a bit modest, so she gets blushy when her s/o compliments anything about her! It sends her over the moon!

C- Cuddles: Is this character a cuddler? What is their favorite way to cuddle?

Oh, Ty Lee is very much a cuddler! Her favorite way to cuddle is curled up in her s/o’s lap, her arms wrapped around their neck and her head snuggled into them. She just loves the closeness and the warmth.

Ty Lee wants to travel the world again, this time freed from Azula’s control. She wants to see the sights! After getting her fill and satiating her wanderlust, she’d like to settle down in a big city and have a family. She wants children, but not too many; she grew up in such a large family that individuality was lost, and she doesn’t want to do that to her children. One or two will be plenty!

E- Equivalence: Is this character the dominant force in the relationship, are they passive, or is the relationship more or less even?

Ty Lee is strategically passive, meaning that she knows how to avoid conflict without necessarily rolling over. She stays calm and level-headed, never letting her emotions sway what really matters. In this sense, the relationship ends up even; though she can seem passive in the moment, the issue always ends up getting resolved at a different time. 

F- Fights: How does this character respond to arguments with their s/o? What would they fight about, and who would cave and apologize first?

As I mentioned, Ty Lee is very level-headed. Her attitude helps keep things from escalating, allowing for her and her partner to calmly talk about what’s up. Usually there’s a mutual apology, and so arguments are rarely ever a huge deal. 

G- Gratitude: How does this character show their s/o that they are grateful?

Ty Lee shows she’s grateful through hugs and cuddles! She’s a very physically-oriented person. Of course, she’s also not shy and will say plainly what’s on her mind, but she’ll probably do that snuggled into her partner as much as she can!

H- Honeymoon: If this character had a honeymoon with their s/o, where would they go?

The beach! Ty Lee loves the sand and the surf! There’s nothing better than lounging around soaking up the rays, playing in the water, and hitting the bars and clubs for lots of dancing!

As I hinted, a sore spot for Ty Lee is her individuality. Because she spent so long overshadowed by her sisters, she worries about being to plain or boring for her s/o. She will need gentle reassurance that she is just fine the way she is and that she is the only one for them! 

J- Jealousy: Is this character the jealous type? How do they deal with being jealous?

Despite her insecurities, Ty Lee doesn’t really get jealous! She just doesn’t see it as something to waste her energy one, and besides, she wants to trust her partner. 

K- Kiss: What does the character want their first kiss to be like with their s/o? How does it end up happening?

Ty Lee is very romantic, so of course she fantasizes about her first kiss! She hopes it’s super romantic. She dreams about a romantic candlelit dinner, slowly moving closer and closer while talking... Ah! Every girl’s dream!

L- Love Confession: How does this character first profess their love to their s/o?

Ty Lee isn’t shy about her feelings, so she’ll come right out and say it when she feels it! She wants her s/o to be on the same page as her. Of course she’s a little nervous because that can scare some people away, but she doesn’t want to sit there and stew on it in anxiety, either. 

M- Marriage: How does this character view marriage? What is their ideal wedding like?

Ty Lee doesn’t view marriage as a necessity; she’d be perfectly okay with a common law marriage. But if her s/o wants a ceremony, she’d be happy to oblige! She wouldn’t want a normal, stuffy wedding; she’d want one that’s lots of fun and a little cooky! 

N- Nicknames: What does this character like to call their s/o?

Ty Lee loves to use funny nicknames that borderline don’t make sense, like “snugglewumpus” and “googlybear.” She thinks it just adds to the fun, and it makes her laugh that Mai and Zuko want to die every time they hear her say it. 

O- On Cloud Nine: What is this character like when they’re in love? Is it obvious to others, or are they good at hiding it?

Ty Lee gets super dreamy when she’s in love, just staring off into space with a sweet smile as she thinks about her s/o. Therefore she can’t hide it at all, and everyone knows! But it’s so cute, seeing her so in love, even if Zuko and Mai don’t want to admit it. 

P- PDA: Does this character like PDA? If so, what kinds of things do they do in public to show off their s/o?

Yes, Ty Lee likes PDA! She loves, loves, loves to hold her s/o’s hand in public; it makes her feel so happy! Little smooches and hugs are a must too, and if the opportunity presents itself for her to lay her head on their shoulder, then she will take it in a heartbeat!

Q- Quirks: What random traits or quirks does this character have that positively affect the relationship?

Ty Lee is super funny, so she always knows how to make her s/o laugh! When they’re feeling blue, she has to make them laugh to feel better. When they’re arguing, she’ll crack a joke that throws them so off guard they can’t help but laugh, and that lightens the mood enough for them to think straight. 

R- Romance: Is this character a hopeless romantic, or a bit on the low-key side? Are they cliché when it comes to romantic gestures, or can they get a little bit creative?

Oh, Ty Lee is definitely a hopeless romantic. She loves romantic gestures, cliché or not! They make her so happy, and so she performs them for her s/o all the time! Her favorite are surprise dinners. 

S- Secrets: Are there any secrets they hide from their s/o? If so, how do they deal with it when those secrets finally come out?

No, Ty Lee doesn’t feel the need to keep secrets in a relationship. She’s an open book, and she will tell her s/o anything they ask.

T- Thrill: Does this character prefer routine in their relationship, or do they like to shake things up every once in a while?

Ty Lee is nothing if not spontaneous, so she definitely shakes it up, and quite routinely! She loves to spirit her s/o away for random outings and dates. Life is meant to be lived, after all!

U- Understanding: Is this character level-headed and empathetic toward their partner, or do they sometimes have trouble figuring them out, which leads to some butting heads?

As I mentioned, Ty Lee is very level-headed and knows what to say to calm her partner down enough to get them thinking clearly. So usually, any butting of heads is short-lived and minor. 

V- Value: How does this character value their relationship with their s/o? How does it hold in comparison to their goals, ambitions, etc.?

Ty Lee loves being in a relationship, she loves it. She has her ambitions and dreams, of course, but she very much wants them to be a part of that, just like she wants to be a part of theirs!

Ty Lee loves to dance, and more importantly, she loves to dance with her partner! Anytime she can, she’ll sweep them up into some random dancing. It makes her so giddy!

Like I said before, Ty Lee’s love language is primarily physical touch. She just loves holding, snuggling, kissing, and hugging on her partner!  

Y- Yearning: How does this character deal with time apart with their s/o?

Ty Lee gets very mopey and pouty. She’ll definitely latch onto her friends more because she’s lonely, and she’s prone to random outbursts about how much she misses her partner. She can’t help it! That’s her other half! She will definitely stick to them like glue when they get back so she can soak up all those snuggles she missed out on. 

Z- Zeal: Is this character willing to great lengths for their relationship? If so, how far, and how long does it take to get to this point?

Oh yes, Ty Lee will go to great lengths for her relationship. It’s very important to her. It takes her a little less time to reach this point than most, but she just has a lot of love to give!
