I feel like people think "chronically online" is a sort of vibe or personality that just means you know a lot of Internet slang or use social media a lot, and not like, having no offline hobbies or interests and you spend more than 50% of your every day on a device.

#ive called friends chronically online before and they hate it and defend themselves saying theyre not like that #they dont use social media or act obnoxious or they simply go outside etc etc #but they spend over 70% of their day when they arent at work or asleep on their phone or device #or they do use their device while theyre act work or dont practice good sleep hygiene and literally use their device until they pass out #(Me) but trying to make an effort to change that will literally change your mental health and brain. get off your fucking phone.
