idc if you say it’s lunar new year or chinese new year but when you’re greeting someone, just say “happy new year”, not “happy chinese/lunar new year”. nobody who actually celebrates the festival will add “lunar” or “chinese” in the MIDDLE of a greeting (or you can say “happy year of the snake”!) not being funny but if you think any of the members’ friendships are forced you clearly don’t have any friends or have never been so close to someone before - they’re not doing it for fanservice half the time or over doing it they’re best friends, i honestly dont get your opinion at all

I probably should’ve worded my initial post better. I don’t think their friendship is forced, I just think that maybe they’re told to do a little extra for fan service (don’t even sit here and try to argue that these situations don’t exist a lot of these Kpop girlies, not all or majority obviously, fetishize the bromances between male idols and the companies know and exploit this) and that makes me uncomfortable because I know that if I was put in that situation I would feel so icky. And the thing is that, unless you are them or close friends to them, you have no idea what goes on in their private lives. If you wanna take everything at face value, that’s your choice. I believe that they’re best friends, but sometimes they be doing too much lol. Also am pretty sure I have friends lol different types of people experience different friendships, none of mine have had a lot of skinship like their’s and that’s fine, no need to come to my blog on anon and roast me.
