no look first of all the fact that they FORGOT abt the gang recycles their trash and pitched a similar episode in itself is fucking Funny

but ALSO... Recycles Their Trash is different from what they were pitching cuz that episode is like a combination of various other episodes and schemes all mashed together... i actually think an episode thats like. just them re-doing a season one scheme almost exactly the same without even realizing it would be great LMAO

#see what i want more specifically is like...#at the beginning half of the ep you think theyre gonna be doing a whole new scheme cuz the set up seems like its whole own other thing #but then its litrlly just them doing the gay bar scheme all over again n visually its nearly identical LMAO #but thing is the dialogue has to be different so the gang doesnt realize what theyre doing is the same thing...#cuz the dialogue is what usually clues them in that theyre repeating smth theyve done already...#and esp in Recycles Their Trash dee is keyed in from the start bc they just repeat similar jokes n dialogue... gotta just do visual ref #so the joke is just for us the audience gettin to see it #WHAT line could possibly replace 'boys are out tonight huh!?' tho... thats the only thing. where do u go from that #its basically just boggs reboot but instead of 'for women' its... this #they do an exploitative scheme but bc theyre not using the wrong language they think theyre doin smth new #also decent enough commentary on media/culture rn blahblahblah #i have low standards i just think itd be funny cuz tbh i rlly liked the boggs reboot ep too lol #parker texts
