still havnt made another psych appointment 🫣
#i dont want to go to another brain washing place again 😭😭😭😭😭#like if i had a nickel id have two nickels etc etc#and there was a place i used to go... but my brain is convincing me that they are brainwashy#when ive been there before and theyre not!!! plus they already have my records and stuff#so it would be easier 🤧🤧🤧🤧#but like i made an appointment at a place that the other didnt aprove of once and they literally turned around AT the place !!!#and i could fight like but its like you just get so tired and they were like convincing me i wasnt real and stuff and it sucked! lol!#but if i make an appointment there it should be okay? like weve been there before....#i don't understand how everyone ends up with these great therapists and psychiatrists all of mine have sucked#well not all of them#but the good ones always move away or something LOL#edit: like is it something about me or so i just have bad taste?#i think its something about me like physiatrists always think im lying and like selling drugs or something#when im literally. like i just want people to believe me. and then they dont so i have to push harder to get help#and i guess i push wrong or something because they just hate me more and trust me even less#i just want to scream!!!#ive never had snyone super bad or anything.#im just being whiney because my appointment got cancelled 😭😭#they didnt even tell me until i called to ask how to connect to telemed 😵💫😵💫😍🤯#syst
