ok sorry my mind is jumping from topic to topic, ive felt chatty tonight but also antisocial so yall are getting the brunt of it. but man brock and cilan would absolutely be besties and im glad the anime itself seems to recognize that

#i wouldnt exactly watch a spinoff of just those two but i do think theyd be very very good friends #they could trade recipes and brock could lend some of his old breeding knowledge to cilan #and cilan would def get him out of the house more to do all his various special interests #echoed voice #their special episode was also just really chill and nice to watch even if it involved a gyarados rampage #which makes it sound not as chill but like idk i like their vibes when they help the girl w the pikachu #bc they remind them of ash and they instinctively wanna utilize that big brother instinct #it was so cute and man its an underrated dynamic #stop pitting cilan and brock against each other theyd literally be friends
