There's no way to move forward without a reform of the education system but they need to start in city schools bc I (who went to a rural less-than-20-students-total school for the 1st 8 years) am more well adjusted than all of my classmates combined and that's saying something. Considering how I don't even think I'm real and all.

#they act like literal children and reject everyone that doesn't conform to their norma #they believe in a “us vs them” mentality when it comes to everyone #for example teachers and students #our class vs our parallel classes #our year vs the year younger than us #our school vs the other schools #the “normal” people vs the annoying/weird people (aka my friendgroup)#they believe so desperately in a social hierarchy and that being at the top could benefit them somehow #it's very... illogical and superstitious #that's the word. superstitious. like you'll become lesser than if you break the made up rules. if you dare see a teacher as human or deem #people other than the members of your in-group as “normal”#it's all bullshit and counterproductive #everyone is human always so let's not get weird about it
