I think Harley does see every meeting as an opportunity to make new friends and connections. I really do think that she prefers the company of other people so that she can get out of her head and negative thoughts.

Harley looked up at her girlfriend with tear filled eyes, hugging her knees to her chest as she rocked herself back and forth in hopes to calm herself.

“He only fucked me for his pleasure.” Harley sobbed, flashing to her time with The Joker. “I never was able to get pleasure from it,” she spat.

Barbara honestly had no idea what to say to any of this, but hearing Gina continue to ramble on about the various things she'd do... it was only making her more excited and anxious for what was to come, especially seeing the diagrams Gina was drawing. She was getting the feeling she likely wouldn't be leaving this lab for a little while.

While she waits for Gina to finish planning, Barbara looks around the room for a place to sit, since she wasn't going to be remaining in her wheelchair for the transformation. Given how big it looked like Gina planned to make her, it would probably be for the best she be sat somewhere else for it.

"And here I thought you'd be the bold type. Well, that's okay. As for the clothes, I wouldn't worry about them too much; they're not going to fit for a while after I'm done with you~" But she'd take them anyway. Gina made a mental note to surprise Barbara in the future.

"Well, I suppose you're already pretty bold choosing dessert over fruit or the like. I suppose then that I'll skip having you mixed in the bowl and the like... That said, I suppose I could still bake you..." She's talking to herself already, drawing diagrams on a white board. Which, based on the crude drawings, likely mean that Barbara was not going to fit into her own apartment once Gina was done with her.

"Oh! I suppose I could frost you. But I could also dip you into chocolate for the frosting..." Again, she appeared to be talking to herself; clearly, once Barbara signed up, she was along for the ride...

Ino doesn't so much as say a single word, just approaches her girlfriend and lays one on her. She was affectionate, and was willing to steal kisses any chance she got. And best part of having Kara for a girlfriend, was that she'd let Ino be as affectionate and clingy as she wanted.
