Part of Noelle wanted to see Gina figure out how to get in touch with a lich that hasn't been seen or heard from in a couple centuries, but at this point, she was pretty content to wash her hands of this.

"Also, Julian technically has claim in my home realm now, given his campaign to help clean up some of the fallout from the war. So he would be one of the more accessible ones, and possesses an outsider's perspective. That might be a useful place to start."

I'll include instructions on their use and how to read the device so you can engineer one that's better suited to you, since it's written in my home language."

I think Harley does see every meeting as an opportunity to make new friends and connections. I really do think that she prefers the company of other people so that she can get out of her head and negative thoughts.

She sighs. "Of course, I'm not really trying to impress you or anyone. So I don't know why you expected perfect knowledge and all answers from me. If you want a better understanding of the arcane, Dr. Robotnik has mastery of it that far exceeds my own through his magitek."
