Jess just gave her friend a narrowed-eyed look and made a 'i'm watching you' gesture with two fingers before plonking herself down onto her bed. Content with letting her friend raid her closet.
"I should hope so or I am veto'ing my mum's request and dressing in ripped jeans and a band shirt" Jess said with a shit-eating grin, knowing she'd end up doing no such thing. Crystallin would almost definitely never allow it.
Thankfully for the fae, Jess's closet was a treasure trove of given belts, pins and very nice jackets, some of which glowed with a slight enchantment that if focused on would just reveal to be a simple 'no dust, no grime, no spills' spell.
The upside to being on a large amount of supernatural and magical beings' call lists? she'd been given lots of pretty items as 'thank you' gifts when she'd been called out to help with a problem. Admittedly most of the items there, apart from a singular white cropped blazer and some bright purple and orange stripped tights were in dark colours.
A dark brown jewellery box sat on a shelf full of mostly silver pieces, some with jewelled inlays, others with simple designs. There was a protection charm or two mixed in with the necklaces. It was a bit of a tangled mess but it existed.
Family Dinner
@hadesrebelofadaughter
Crystallin had intended to drop off Jess's mail and continue doing her own thing for the afternoon. However, there was a very fancy letter that Crystallin had a good hunch on who the sender might be.
Jess had been talking about an upcoming dinner and had been kind enough to invite her, but Crystallin had insisted on getting proper permission. After all, she didn't want something going wrong trying to visit the underworld when she wasn't dead.
With the letter carefully set on Jess's dresser where she could easily see it, Crystallin had opted to lounge on the girl's bunk with a magazine to pass the time. Eventually Jess would return to her cabin for something.

The lady who led Crystallin up to her room was very apologetic, but she did carry some of Crystallin’s things in recompense.
“I’m afraid you’ll have to share a bathroom with Nere Noreth. But don’t worry, he gets up very early. It’s between your rooms, so make sure you lock both doors, though. But if you have any questions, you’re better off asking Naqa Aayikan opposite,” The lady paused, trying to find the right words as she put the bags down and unlocked Crystallin’s new room before apparently deciding not to explain and letting Crystallin find out for herself, “And please, no staring at Nere Noreth. Anyway-” She smiled brightly, picking up the bags and using them to nudge the door open.
The room was very small. It looked like it had been some sort of walk-in wardrobe from the bigger room next door which had been converted. The bed was a single one, shoved up against the wall with the small window, and the wardrobe was in the corner. Along the side was the small desk and the door to the bathroom was behind that. As if to pacify Crystallin, the lady opened said door to show her inside. It was large and spacious- almost the size of the bedroom, with a large walk-in shower that had a chair in it.
Unfortunately, all the cupboards were full.
The lady smiled nervously and mumbled something about Crystallin having to sort that out with Nere Noreth.
“Dinner is at seven; until then feel free to wander around and get your bearings,”

Reunion
Somehow Vali was walking in circles. Just over a month ago he’d left this town, but now he’d ended up here again after some adventures and hitching rides. Last time he was walking these streets, he’d been in a bad place, but probably still rosier and less of a wreck. Being young and pretty really got you far, but he’d run out of money a while ago and had been sleeping rough too many times. He could hardly remember why he’d even gone onto this endeavour to start with. It had gotten out of control quite some time ago.
His feet hurt and he sat down on a damp bench. Vali remembered the sweet lady he’d met here in this part of the city and considered going back to her. This time he had his wallet and papers with him, that was a positive change. But he felt so much worse and unproportionally older.
With a sigh, he took his backpack off and sat crossed legged, hugging it and rested his head on top. He clumsily got his cracked phone out of his backpocket and stared at it. Nine percent of battery life left. With the device as wonky and it was that wouldn’t be enough to dial a number and establish a connection, so he couldn’t ask her... Vali grunted and stashed it away. With a groan he got to his feet again and let his feet drag him to Crystallin’s neighbourhood. He still felt like turning around and not bothering her, but he was desperate and quite honestly, he missed her. As he looked at her front door, fighting with himself, he suddenly heard the rolling of thunder and rang her bell.

@the-self-exiled liked this for a starter from Draco
Draco sat on his boat, reading a book when he heard the door open, his eyes lifting from the page once he’d finished the page. “Well hello my fairy.”

Not This Again (Closed)
@the-self-exiled
“Crystallin, I’m a werewolf again’ Jess whined, flopping down onto her bed and she buried her face into the pillow. This had happened once before but Jess had spent the entire time away from Camp-for obvious reasons- but with her helping out with the younger kids, she couldn’t this time. “I hate grey faces”
#theselfexiled#(She got hit with this M!A again and I immediately wondered how Crystallin would handle werewolf!Jess)#(Have fun~)

Ziencora laughed looking over at Khari’ahl smiling brightly at her. She nodded before looking to Crystallin and started walking inside. “You didn’t need to delay it for me little one, we warriors can sometimes be delayed here and there depending on what happens outside the walls,” She chuckled keeping her on her hip as she walked. “You are getting too big for this,” She teased.

“Crystallin! How the hell is my favorite fairy?” He meant it. Well... he didn’t know many fae but deep inside he knew that Crystallin would be his favorite, no matter what. She was always a joy to see and would ease his mood without a doubt.

“ … . Crys, babe, if you’d put twelve billion candles on a cake, it’d be a cake so big even I couldn’t finish it.”

love calculator!! (because I clearly enjoy tormenting my muse)
Send 💕 and my muse will use The Love Calculator to see how compatible they are.
Dr. Love thinks a relationship might work out between Tink and Crystallin, but the chance is very small. A successful relationship is possible, but you both have to work on it. Do not sit back and think that it will all work out fine, because it might not be working out the way you wanted it to. Spend as much time with each other as possible. Again, the chance of this relationship working out is very small, so even when you do work hard on it, it still might not work out.
“I’d say we could push through it if I didn’t know any better.”

Rhado Dorrn took a moment to relax, sitting on the edge of a bed. It had been a busy morning. Now that things were settled, there were more children about, and that meant more little brats breaking their limbs at the very worst, and bruising them at the very least. One had tried to climb up Aradir’s balcony from the gardens on a dare- of course, the boy had fallen. A worse fate, Rhadho Dorrn had told him, than had he succeeded. The winged elf knew that their liege lord did not appreciate people being scared of him, but sometimes it came in rather useful.
In any case, the child was asleep in a bed nearby. He would not be doing any more climbing for a while, although Rhadho Dorrn had told his parents that this was not an excuse for him to goof off and ignore his education. Of course, the girl who had dared him in the first place was also being punished; she was in the next room, cutting up linens for bandages. Rhadho Dorrn had told her that if she cut her fingers off he wouldn’t be putting them back together, hence why she was taking a long time. One of Crystallin’s people, a Hound, was also there with her, making sure that she actually did the work. Again, she would not be getting out of lessons either; Rhadho Dorrn expected her every evening after they were done. Even from this distance away, he could hear her sniffing; the windows were open, and her peers were playing in the gardens below.

"Good morning Dr. Hopper!" Crystallin called cheerfully, waving her free hand as the other hand cradled a cardboard box.
Archie made sure to keep Pongo close to his side as the dog urged him to cross the street to visit with people who clearly wanted to visit with him. Archie relented, crossing and smiled warmly at Crystallin.
“Good morning. What do you have there?”

Salazar turned as he heard someone approaching, he seemed tense but the second his eyes met her his body relaxed and a smile tugged at the corner of his lips. “Well what brings you to my office?”

Jess had gotten up extra early that morning and had gone for a long run around the outskirts of Camp, they’d done pretty well last year but Jess had kind of felt like something had been off about the whole thing which really didn’t sit right with her. She’d known people had had fun-the younger kids especially- but she couldn’t shake the feeling either way.
When she finished her run, she jumped into the showers before heading back to the Artemis cabin and walking inside. Unsurprised to already see Crystalinn up and she flashed her a grin before going and sitting on her bed, starting to braid her hair.
“Hey C? Can I ask you something?” She asked after a moment or two

Fear In Me
{{~Cont from here~}} { @the-self-exiled }
Ziencora smiled watching the plants dance and drink in the water. She hadn’t noticed how nervous Crystallin looked until it was too late. She didn’t see the vine, alive and very close to Crystallin’s ankle. Suddenly it would wrap tightly around it and rip her feel out from under her. The vine would shake the girl away from Ziencora quicker than she had time to react, pulling her into that darker hall way. “Crystal!” She shouted hissing out. The plants that had enjoyed their time seemed to pull back and if they could scream, they would. Ziencora ran after her, only for the vine to pull the girl into the darkness and thorns surrounded the entrance. Ziencora hissed and cursed in another language. “Crystal! I will come for you! DO YOU HEAR ME?! I’m coming for you!” She shouted almost in a roaring sound. She looked over the thorns, her pupils having changed to slits as she looked over the coiling plants in front of her, hissing and daring her to come through. Ziencora was glaring it down, studying it. Her nose slightly curled up, snarling back at it. “...Harm her, and you’ll discover how unkind I can be...” She whispered to it, but she had turn and go back to the castle. She needed help and knew who exactly who could help her.

@the-self-exiled
Crystallin stared at Ole. He’d managed to get home… but he had only made it as far as the floor. Now even as a small faery she was quite capable of lifting him weight-wise… Logistically she was still much smaller than him. This was going to be difficult. As she started dragging him by the armpits towards the couch she gave a little huff. “An’ just where is this Jesus person so I can give him my thoughts on this?”
“I think he’s hanging out with Acat.” Oleander hummed, kicking his feet and pushing off the floor to help her slightly... even though it only created more work for her. “I should go hang with Acat too~!”
