Polly gets little manic moments that we'll see in PPP but I may be a little manic so-

The first thing polly will do when going stir crazy is CLEAN.

their adhd is strong and often they are messy but they learned from their pops that cleaning helps

so now when they feel the Too Much Energy come about they will grab the broom and mop and duster and go nuts.

They will HYPERFOCUS and forget to eat

They will not always be OSHA compliant and have hurt themself before climbing on things

The boys have had to stop them at times

Dust once fell asleep hugging them as they screeched and tried to wiggle free. They did not succeed.

Axe also has simply Held Them to get them to stop and eat something.

They were caught trying to reorganize Nightmare's office bookshelves. He held them in his tendrils while he finished his reports.

Cross will have them spar. Killer tried to tire them out but he failed and ended up with a clean bedroom.
