even in my entire playlist for him, when I think of monet, I always falter back to debussy, I mean, Claude + Claude moment. Debussy's Danse Sacrée et Danse Profane seem so quintessentially monet-like. calm, though with an understated magic, but also rebellious and venturing, i thinywe see the water lilies and the rivers and think that impressionism was just kind and tranquil when what they were really doing was actually a revolution
