Anon if you’re obsessive over “dreamy” characters to the point you have to steal them from other people, you actually seriously need professional help and an intervention. That’s not healthy. What you’re doing isn’t healthy. I’m going to take a guess that the reason your family and friends don’t know about this is because if they did know, they wouldn’t agree with it either, and you don’t want to be told “no.”

The literal definition of theft isn’t what you wrote, either. You’re twisting it to suit your argument. Theft is “stealing; the wrongful taking and carrying away of the personal goods or property of another.” The definition of stealing is “to take (the property of another or others) without permission or right, especially secretly or by force.” Its that simple, and it’s exactly what you’re doing. You’re taking a paid digital item belonging to someone else without permission and doing it in secret. That’s the very literal definition of stealing. Therefore, you’re a thief. A thief is someone who steals, and you’re stealing by your own fucking admission. It’s that fucking simple.

These characters are a digital product. Someone else paid for the ownership of that product, it’s now their personal property. If you take it and use it without permission, it’s theft. If you refuse to accept that, then you’re delusional.

You’re clearly just a bitter cunt who failed time and time again to get you’re “beloved dreamies” so now you turned into a petty thief. You aren’t quietly playing with “your toys” because they’re NOT your toys and no amount of telling yourself they are will make that reality any different. You need actual psychiatric help if your obsession over digital characters has led you down this path. Yeah, it sucks to miss out on a dreamy. We’ve all been there. But that doesn’t fucking justify your actions. And saying “people have probably done it to me too” isn’t justification either. Fucking get over it and move on, holy shit! Pining after a character so hard you have to steal it from the rightful owner to be happy is fucking dangerous.

Even from an anti-CS standpoint your behavior is appalling. I think CS is fucking stupid and every single one should die out but I’d never stoop so low as to take things belonging to other people just because I want them for myself. Like mod shit and another anon said, I’d take the elements I like and combine them with other elements I like to make my own.

The hoops you’re jumping through to justify yourself are insane. Sincerely, and I mean this in the nicest way possible, get some fucking professional help ASAP before your behavior gets worse. You need to be out of CS entirely if not getting the characters you want is causing you this much pain and making you resort to this kind of behavior.
