Okay they filmed this on the Wednesday (04/12/2019) or very early the next day, as (excluding livestreams) Nimja uploads every Thursday to the YT channel so that's good to know.

Also I hate that these videos are much better quality despite them being by a guy who's first language isn't English

Okay that's all my play-by-play thoughts! I'm really happy they did address the scientific side and didn't just say "it didn't work on us so it's not real lol" because that's what a lot of people tend to do.

to be fair to Ethan, amnesia suggestions are hard. Some people just have a natural ability to be hypnotized (*coughs profusely*) whilst others need to practice to become good. The ability to be hypnotized is a skill, just like drawing or writing or hell, even being a hypnotist. The more you practice, the better you get. Simpler "just go down then up" files are easier to achieve as they have no expectations. Plus, just being relaxed and paying attention to only the video is pretty much a sure sign that we saw Ethan go into hypnotic trance. In fact, trance doesn't even require you to be relaxed - it just needs your focus.

Mark... The main reason it didn't work for him is because he was uncomfortable with it. There's not a whole lot more to say about that (plus, that file is ooooold).

Overall, funny video! Didn't really show the best side of hypnosis, but there are a lot of deeper holes they could have gone down.

Don't worry, as long as they don't do any more hypnosis content this will be the only video from them I take seriously hdjdgdjhd
