Random 5x01 Thoughts

Undercover Lucy was taking full advantage, and doing all the things she’s probably been dreaming of doing with Tim, since season 1. She was the one initiating everything. Tim was just following her lead, except when he wanted to Define their Relationship. I was shook when he initiated that conversation. Is it growth or out of character? I saw some differing opinions. Prior to watching, I thought it would be Lucy who would take the lead and lay it all out for Tim. Put the ball in his court.

I noticed when Lucy is unable to talk it out, to process her emotions, she reaches out to Tim for comfort through physical intimacy. We saw it when she asked for a hug in 4x01 ( she was also going to go to his room!), and now the kiss in 5x01.

I am convinced Lucy purposely left the bathroom door open. Girl didn’t even try to close that door properly. She did it to get a rise out of Tim (pun intended), and was probably hoping he would join her. #Side note:When Lucy came out of the shower, with her face full of makeup, I was definitely curious. Does anyone else shower and not wash their face? Lol. Should I read more into it (you can find symbolism anywhere right?), OR should I suspend disbelief here, and remember that it’s TV. It’s been on my mind, and I can’t ignore it.

I know I’m late to the party (definitely have something to celebrate!). I have so many more thoughts, and will probably make another post later this week. Slow burn ships are my favorite kind of ship🔥. Who else is ready to set Sail?!
