[ New Coffee 'Toy' • Freshly Roasted Beans ] Dropped by @theroastthings, coincidentally @brew_ving was sorting the freshly roasted (Roasted on Oct 19th) 'Sumatra Mandheling Gayo Highland' aka "Tim Tim" Variety (Does anyone know why is it been called Tim Tim?), awaiting to give it a try during tomorrow's brew bar at @thebulbcoffee! Finally, my first visit to Exhibit Cafe! Friendly cafe co-owner (Mr. Loo) explained and shared lots of coffee beans knowledge, wondrous coffee equipments (check out their online store on Rakuten) & ways of differentiating quality beans after brewing my cup of Marayuma Coffee's Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Reko using Handpour method with the Cores (Gold Metal Filter). Love the taste of thick residue due to Cores brewing method.
