Well, shit ... I know this objectively; but god, the instinct is pretty much the opposite.

Does it even exist? I hope so, pretty sure ... but it most definitely takes work.

Corollary question: can it be recovered if needs/desires change? ... can one improve communication to facilitate the repair/recovery, if self communication/connection/confidence is lacking?
