anyway let's get down to some business-y jobs that only archangels (like michael or gabriel) do for the entire dimension of heaven. every archangel and angels that weren't mortal uses it pronouns but can use human pronouns if the situation needs it.

starting with raphael, you already know the basics. It works as both a therapist and a doctor, with many branches of therapy places and hospitals scatter around heaven. and writes a ton of books about the physical, emotional and mental health. mostly resides in central heaven but can go from place to place if needed.

next is uriel, big warm bear hugger. controls the daytime and night time. magically creates and distributes blankets, clothes, etc for people to use. its form is a combination of a duck and tiger, very huge, too. like. ten story building tall. usually moves very little unless its wings need to become roofs for people during rainstorms or hot days.

michael watches over earth and doesn't do much in heaven. however he has control of heaven's army if the situation needs them. his army produces transportations for heaven's residents to use.

and gabriel. it's the patron of information and news and such, so it mostly does paperwork in central heaven's library for various things. however it also provides information in various medias like tvs, newspapers, digital media and radios. it scares the other archangels because of how easy it can receive information within a moment's notice, regardless it doesn't put its nose to every single information unless completely revelant. which means it probably knows of cairyx's weakness and whatever species that guy is. and gabriel has a lot of sass and can beat anyone in a rap battle. it doesn't have a high eq level though (with its eq being 5 at best and -1 at worst), which makes it somewhat antisocial.
