just woke up n had this insane dream. ok so i lived in this big ass building it was like a 5 stars hotel then suddenly there was a fire n everybody needed to evacuate the building until it was known what caused the fire (the firefighters were there already n etc the fire was contained). for a while we couldn't go to our apartments so everyone was just so confused ??? at first i was coming home n when i was near i saw all the confusion outside the building, the firefighters, the thing that removes corpses, etc. i was mesmerised fr. the corpse remover was for this elderly couple that was scared n died prob from a heart attack.

ok so i go inside the building. first thing i see is a friend n her family getting out n immediately i go 2her n ask about all the fuss. then she says everything i already explained. so of course i run upstairs to try n localise my family. i do. everything's fine. but what abt my things?? my clothes?? objects?? n shit?? found sum info n if we waited a bit we could go 2our apartments n grab our things real quick. alright! i sit n wait but then i wanna go 2th bathroom n thankfully they made some emergency makeshift bathrooms. you had 2pay (50centz only) to use em but meh idc i grab my mothers pass card cuz mines not w me then i go 2the escalator (needed 2go down) n pay for it. the lady who was there to assist asks me "is the card yours" n im like "no thats my mothers" n she goes "alright but next time must be yours" n i dont even just cuz she was smiling n the time amongst the chaos n etc. i go down. alright. the bathroom is ... something. the curtains covering em were made of a black plastic like a trash bag but i didnt care again n just chose one. midway a cleaning dude talked to me how that shit would b terrible in the next hours (cuz it was rly clean n everything) n he was pitying the cleaning ladies on the newt shift. i agreed n entered a 'cabin'. i found a pair of converse hikes n considered grabbing em 4myself even though i already own a pair. i get out n go try n change clothes in the next room, but it was hella comfortable, had a bed n everything. i changed n laid for abt five minutes them boom some things started blooming from the bed n a warning appeared on tv saying "these r [forgot the name] and u can eat them like macaroni!" then the warning shifted to a red screen n said "but they're disgusting parasites". dude i got up so freakin fast, grabbed my clothes n then i woke up

I didnt play the dinosaur one nearly as much, but theres something super like... liminal is an overused term but theyre super liminal, none of the levels feel connected like you are walking through a wierd dream that vageuly, vaguely follows the plot of the film. 10) At the end of the day as per an absolute banger - tom hext is the MOST visible ensemble member during this number, its great . Harry was being elusive but I ended up spotting him with tom in the factory . On the topic of Tom, he apparently did the hugest bitchiest eye roll ever when fantine says "and i pay for the child, what's the matter with that?" Which is so funny

Back to the gay shit, he walks RIGHT up to valjean, then once theyre basically cock to cock he glances down at his tits, then back up in time to push his face into valjean's for "this time there is no mistake", making sure to spit that T in mistake. 19) milan was kinda looking down for Who Am I and all i could think about were how good his brows looked from this angle . Only note i took for who am i , other than mentioning how javert took his cravat after he takes it off in the courtroom. You can hear on the audio i took me saying "he's gonna sniff that tonight"

Harsh start ("there, out in the darkness"). Very toothy (snarling expression) which i love to see thankyou jordan. Smile on first "stars", little smile on "counted" on Scarce to be counted. Held out arms a bit on "darkness" in Filling the darkness, then soft on "and light" which was luurvely. Had his arms out from "place in the sky" to "and your aim". The 2nd crescendo was VERY strong.. just wow ... additionally , Jordan was pointin riiiight at us at the end and he was thrilled to hear this when we met him stage door LMFAOA

Eyes bulge and eyebrows up on "flick of his knife", which was delightfully harsh. Almost worried on "vengence was his". Harsh on "debt" in debt of a thief, almost shout on "damned" in damned if i yield. Arms out on "i am the law". Harsh on "valjean" and "or" but sings "Javert". 2nd verse hes CLUTCHING that parapet  which was crazyyyy this man is going mental for SURE. Desperate "to hold dominion" and "it was his right". Growled "can this man". VERY strong "reprieved" by the way, holy shit. Desperate as usual on "and must i now begin to doubt". Points to the sky on "heaven" In is he from heaven or from hell. Yells "killed me" in This man has killed me. Shaky, almost sobbing breaths as he steps onto the bridge. Growls "jean valjean". Additional note, i noticed it looked as if he was muttering to himself a little towards the end before the lights fade to black . Which like , mane fuck of whagever bro

77) Quick start on "theres a grief". Small, humourless laugh after "talked of revolution". Held "tomorrow" in Tomorrow never came for a bit longer than usual. He hit that shit on the first crescendo though HOLY moly, what a voice . Harsh on "faces" and "shadows", VERY angry on "don't ask me", and remains harsh on "what your sacrifice was for".

78) He Does wipe his tears! (Cosette entrance). (Bonus note from mossy hi: marius tries to sit down, cosette attempts to help him but he refuses and struggles to continue instead) Also for thst whole scene he was kinda facing away from cosette with a very upset expression which made me ughhhhhh:-((((. Seemed better when he looked back at cosette though YAY

79) valjean kinda hunched as he walks off after the confession. Tiny inconsequential note but i liked it

80) i love watching the ensemble for this scene SO much its so good . Tom hext with his wild hair gelled back is great, obviously And apparently was staring at thenardier's arse for most of it . Generally just a fun watch the whole scene i highly recommend

81) marius pulls thenardier by the shoulder when he tells him to go away lmfao. Also there was a dude in the back clapping when he punched thenardier and is like "whaat?" when nobody else claps with him LMFAO

83) i really recommend looking at everyone dancing offstage at the end of beggars - harry did a little hip wiggle dance . A few do variations of a conga line dance . Djavan"s servant character usually kicks his legs up as he wheels the table offstage . SO much fun (additional nlte: djavan's character in that scene in my top 3 ensemble characters)

84) gentle yet gorgeous climb from milan for the Epilogue . Nods on "Bring. Me. Home" URGHHHHHHH....... AND he rests his face in cosette's hair and doesnt move until "i'll obey". Nods at cosette on "i will try" who nods back. MANE FJCK OFF

85) very cozy hug between valjean and the bishop . Faces in shoulders and everything . AS USUAL HARMONY ATTHE END INSAAAAANE they are, as i wrote on my notebook, nut-busting

ok i always hesitate to compare varian and cassandra because i know varian is the fandoms baby but i am always comparing them when it comes to the fandoms reactions to the characters

and theres definitely several factors at play as to why people react differently to them, but the main one im thinking of is the things that made the characters break the way they did

moreso how varians is a very external and fairly universal thing. his father was basically taken from him (by varians own creation no less), and he was begging for help that he sadly would not get for reasons that we understand, but hes a teenage boy and was going through the worst thing he ever couldve, so of course he wasnt understanding, he was begging for help from someone that shouldve been able to help, but because of the circumstances, that just wasnt possible. you really cant argue with the motivation there.

but cassandras pain was always more of an internal thing, something that isnt laid out so clearly for the viewers to grasp, especially if they dont care to pay her enough attention. her motivation is there from the beginning, even. in the first few episodes we saw her trying to be someone, be something, by trying to win that one competition and such. i think its even in the beginning of that episode that we see her do something really cool and some kids start cheering and shes proud for a second, before its revealed the kids were simply only cheering because rapunzel was arriving, which sets up the episode in general.

this theme of her trying to be more but never getting to, and being outshined by rapunzel, or not seen/heard by anyone including rapunzel, it lasts through the entire show. but her breaking point comes when this theme is brought to its strongest, with gothel.

shes shown that her own mother was gothel, and gothel abandoned her to take care of rapunzel instead.

personally i think that that alone is pretty damn understandable of a motivation even without the further context, but seeing as this theme has been going through the entire run of the show, its just even worse. rapunzel never means to make cassandra 2nd place, but she has been before she even had memories or thoughts. of course cassandra would break about that.

but if you dont care about cassandra... it just looks like shes throwing a little tantrum about it.

but spending your whole life in the shadow of others, and then several years in this one specific shadow, its not fun. its not great. you grow resentful, you wonder why its like this, you blame others for not bothering to ever truly look your way. at some point you fully blame everyone else and not yourself because youve been doing everything you can and it still isnt enough for them.

im gonna go even more off track here but i also think about that one episode where its a flashback and its an episode that i think bothers some people when it comes to this, i know it bothered athena p (good youtuber but her opinions on my favorite shows hurts me inside). when cassandra had the chance to live her dreams, go to the kingdom of women warriors, but she chose to stay home and be rapunzels friend.

and i guess my best summary of it is... wouldnt you rather stay home and have your first friend ever, whos offering themself up on a platter to you? instead of going somewhere far away that youve never been to before, surrounded by strangers? she could likely always try going to that place later (i headcanon that she does after the show after all), but i cant really blame her for wanting to stay home if she could.

so of course it has to suck that the whole reason you gave up on getting your dream sooner only hurts you more. that she put her dream on pause to make her first friend right there at home, and that friend only (unintentionally) hurt her.

and idk like i said i definitely think theres more factors at play as to why people like one more than the other (for example theres way less time for varian to do fucked up things even though he does do a few lol, but cass has a lot more time)

(also i didnt even MENTION that she was being manipulated the entire time she was using the moonstone but whatever. i can absolutely see people being like 'wtf just dont listen to zhan tiri lol ez' and that would just scream that they dont understand manipulation but whatever whatever whatever)

but yeah i just think a big thing is that. not everyone has experienced what cass experienced, not everyone paid enough attention to her to even care about what her whole deal was, not everyone even sees the big deal with the things she went through. but varian has this very understandable reason that you dont need to think too deeply to see why he does what he does.

Jk its actually a pretty busy day theres a guest at my house so as a precious little dilligent child i lay on my bed n blank out (sleep) in my dream i spawn in a ✨fancy✨ bathroom with a tv in it!! (Yea thats y i called it fancy theres a tv) Like who tf put a fcking tv in their bathrm?!?! Anyway i look around, theres a shower, place to take a sht, a sink, well just like an ordinary bathroom (w a tv) n suddenly the tv turn on n play ✨clerance✨ i mean that one show yk? (Iykyk) i...dont really remember wats in it but it was smth terrifying abt a bathroom that looks like the bathroom im in!! So i get traumatized n ran away from that bthrm, outside was just like a black void, till i found a white door n open it n theres a skibidi- jk. Theres no skibidi its just a white school corridor with no window, just three white doors n a bench, i go to the 2nd door, cafetaria. Theres lot of people, talking, eating, just like an ordinary cafetaria, suddenly theres my dad, i was so scared that time;-; i keep following him so i wont lose him, he was so quite but idc i dont want to lost:'v i buy some candy n i said "yo dad, im going out, catch ya later" he js nodding as a yes, the i js get away from that place,i sit on the bench. eat my kendiy:)) then theres a girl that i never meet irl, lets just name her... drawer:), i dont really mind drawer so i js eat my candy peacfully, then my rl bestie came:D lets call her MOTHER FATHER GENTLEMAN- mfg doesnt say anything so i give her my kendie but she reject it:( so i continue eat my candy:) n then suddenly a huge BLACK beast (no dema, its not u) run to my direction n, i was so scared;-; drawer scream, mfg keep quite, n idk wat to do!! So reflex we hide under the bench, that creature still mad so we decided to hide on the three rooms, drawer go to cafetaria, me n mfg to the 1st door, we separate in two.... So i continue eat my candy:], that room was...very memorable.... My kindergarten classroom. It was verry crowded, teacher who is ignored, maniac laughing n screaming js pure chaos, i realize that the black creature could attack anytime, so i decided to lock the door, but sadly...the door was stuck omg we're fcked- i keep trying to lock the door, mfg...she...shes trash- n then from afar i see a girl w white dress n a long ahh hair is approaching my direction... God im fcked up- i kept trying to lock the door but it js wont happened i turn around to check mfg, the kids, the teacher they're all gone... It js me, mfg, n an empty whiteboard i was so panic but theres nothing i can do, so i open the door...let her approach me...n...grab her fcking neck, squzee it to death, in reflect i drag her out i found the exit, outside was my school yard (i still grab her by her neck btw) she keep screaming "BLINDD BLINDDd" so i open her eyelid so fcking wide, direct it straight through the sun, she keep screaming, i look to the sun too, theres a red text sayin "being" right next to the sun....
