It's been an emotionally challenging week. I'm on the verge of something...that next uplevel of expansion and I'm aware of the gap and have been impatient to just get on with it and be on the other side. And I'm moving my consulting business in a new direction towards a vision I've had for awhile now and that brings a whole set of new learnings and gap of growth. As I continue to evolve and step into the new, I am ever so aware that I'm navigating through all of it without my trusted advisor, my Dad. It brings up moments of sadness, tears, wishing he were here to call and talk over my ideas with and share updates with. I have said out loud a few times this week, I need your help and I wish you were here. I'm pretty independent and self-sufficient, but as a solopreneur, it can sometimes be a lonely road. Today, as I was leaving a meeting, I was waiting for the elevator and I looked up at the various company names and logos on the wall of the inhabitants of the co-working space. One company name stood out...The Regis Company. My Dad's name is Regis (Rege).
