completely unenforceable rule is you should only get to make youtube essays on actual random people if you can prove you're treating them with the respect and dignity they deserve, and not a curiosity to be laughed at. acting like you are, but clearly doing so through a patronising lens that views their personality as entertainment, doesn't count.
