Of course, thinking about something was much easier than doing. And Rooster wasn’t achieving much if he was completely honest. From the moment that Beatrice pulled him to the words that came out of her mouth, his mind was traveling to the deepest,darkest areas of his thoughts and his eyes were always on her. 

Every time she walked by his eyes would wander, then meet her own shy gaze, an unsaid compromise being shared with their irises only. And he tried to play off how anxious he was to leave the bar, already preparing the quickest route to the car so they could get the hell out of there. 

He checked his phone for the time,seeing that Bea now only had a few minutes left. There was only him and a few other patrons in the bar, the Squad already left - not before teasing him and making fun of his gooey looks towards Beatrice like he always did. 

Beatrice looked over her shoulder towards him, then down at her phone and mouthed the words ‘Five minutes’ while pointing to the door where her things were. He just nodded, holding his head up with his palm with his eyes locked on the sway of her hips, the same eyes that quickly snapped up when he saw Penny’s legs approaching the table. “Are you ogling my employee,Rooster?” 

He licked his lips then cleared his throat, “Just waiting for her to be done,Penny.” 

The bar owner chuckled, gently swatting his shoulder, “I’m just teasing,Rooster.” she props her hands on her hips, tilting her head at him, “How’s fatherhood treating you? I asked Bea, but you were the second on my list.” 

Bradley laughs softly, dropping his head for a brief second only to look back up, “Honestly? It’s…great. Nikki is such a sweet baby too, it makes the whole ordeal really nice and easy to handle.” 

“I can imagine, Bea told me that she’s a quiet one.” 

“Only cries when she really needs to and it’s not even a lot.” he smiles, sighing softly as he looks at his hands, “She’s with Bea’s parents tonight, we are picking her up as soon as we get out of here.” and he was thankful there were no messages from his inlaws asking for help, it was all going fine, “And we were worried about leaving her there, it was the very first time after all but it’s been going fine.” 

Penny grinned, patting his shoulder, “I think you two are doing great.” her words held more weight than she imagined, especially since Rooster worried a lot about his own role in this, “So don’t worry too much, understand?” 

Penny knew about his past because Mav shared about it with her, she knew about the doubts and fears the young Bradshaw had when it came to fatherhood. He just appreciated his Navy family a lot, they really were there for him when he needed them the most, “Thanks,Penny,” he looks behind Penny, seeing Beatrice walking out with her bag on her shoulder, “I’ll keep that in mind.” 

“You should.” she says while stepping back so he could stand up, “You two are young, there is trial and error that could be resolved.” 

Beatrice walked up to them with her sweet smile directed at him and he was hooked immediately. They threw a goodbye at Penny, his hand immediately engulfing hers and leading her out of the bar. 

He didn’t want to appear desperate, he didn’t plan to, but he did keep his eyes on Beatrice since she was in front of him, and those jeans should be illegal. She wasn’t paying attention because her eyes were locked on her phone, typing back to a text from her parents, “They said that Nikki is asleep and to be careful before the rain comes down,” she turns her head up to see the dark sky above their heads, “Oh. We better step up then.” 

But Rooster just tightened his hold on her hand, pulling her closer to him as soon as they reached the Bronco. The car was partially hidden because of the lack of luminosity so he could drop his lips to her neck and nibble the skin just enough to make her gasp, “We will.” he chuckles, almost darkly, pulling back to meet her equally enlarged pupils with a pleased grin on his face, “Shall we?” 

She muttered something that resembled a ‘You are so evil’ but she had a smile on her face, walking around the car to the passenger door and disappearing from his view. As soon as he got in as well there were a few raindrops hitting the glass and the car’s roof. Rooster frowned, latching the seatbelt on, “We better go there before it gets worse.” he comments when he starts the car, arching his brow when he hears her soft giggle, “What?” 

“...I just…I just remembered the time you showed up soaked to the bone.” the car leaves the parking area onto the street, Beatrice’s eyes following the raindrops sliding down the window, “And you offered me a ride.” 

“And you gave me your towels.” he added, “Best smelling towels I ever used.” 

“Honestly I was so nervous that day,well, I told you why.” she whispered, choosing to not elaborate why since he already knew. “But…that was the closest I’ve been to you since you came to my house the first time and…I don’t know, I just didn’t want to look at you too much because you were soaked and it’d give me ideas.” 

Bradley inhales shakily, licking his lower lip with a little laugh, “Ideas,huh?” she hums positively, “Honestly,I’m so open to those ideas right now.” 

“After we get Nikki, then I can share with you.” 

“Promise?” 

Beatrice smiles back at him, “Of course.”

They were extremely lucky, because as soon as they got home with Nikki, as soon as the garage’s door closed, the rain began and it was strong and loud but not enough to wake Nicole up. Beatrice looks out Nicole’s window, seeing the flashes of lightning in the distance and the roars of thunder that seemed to shake the house. 

And yet, Nicole slept through it, barely peeking one eye open and just turning her head to the side. “It’s amazing how she does this.” Beatrice hears Rooster comments, turning her head to where he was against their daughter’s crib, one hand propped on his hip and the other supporting himself upright against the railing, “World’s end and Nicole is sleeping through it.” 

“And it’s her first storm too.” Beatrice smiles, looking down at the brown haired little girl who just slept soundly inside, “A cutie…now come on, we need to get out.” Just as she said that,Eleanor and Jack walked into the room, the white dog lying between the crib and the door while her brother lay down under the crib just like he usually did. 

Beatrice sighs as she steps out,running her hands through her hair, “Well, it wasn’t so bad was it?” 

“No, your parents did great and so did Nikki.” he says, crossing his arms as he leans his upper back against the wall, “And if I’m honest, that just makes me relieved. It means that she won’t give anyone trouble if we need to leave her.” 

“That’s true.” Beatrice expected his reply but she got nothing, even arching her brow at him only to see his eyes intensely dragging up and down her body, pausing every now and again at her chest and hips, “...so.” 

“So.” 

She laughs softly, offering her hands to him, which he accepts immediately, uncrossing his arms to hold her palms against his so he could pull her closer to his body as his lips drop to her head, “We need to resolve…some things, don’t we, Roos?” 

“We do and you said you’d tell me the ideas you had when you first saw me wet as a dog and just had the best thoughts for me.” he smirked, lips still touching her scalp, “So,I’m all ears, pretty girl.” 

Beatrice bites her lower lip but nods under his mouth, walking ahead of him with her hand still wrapped around his so she could take them to their bedroom. She had her finger against her lips, telling him do be quiet even though she knew he’d be if that annoyingly cute smile of his was any reply. 

When they enter their bedroom, Beatrice wraps her arms around his neck as she looks up at him, “I have to ask you something I never did.”

Sue, Mary, Penny and Scooter: Penny and Scooter are kinda equal to me in terms if how I like them, I think they're cool. I might do a Scooter headcannon post. Mary is my 2nd favorite character due to headcannons of her and how wholesome the ship is and Sue is my favorite papa louie character. If I were to make ocs based off of characters it might be these 4. Mandi was gonna be here but she's an irl person.

James, Skip and Alberto: I'm not sure who's my fav outta these 3, they're pretty great. I do think out of characters you can play as, Alberto and Penny are the best. I don't know why I like Skip and James. I was gonna put Matt and Tony but they're irl people. They probably overthrow these 3 tho.

Quinn and Radylnn: I used to not like these 2, but I eventually really liked them. Xandra was gonna be here but Quinn and Radylnn are better.

Bruna: Ngl I don't care for any of the ramanos. But if there were one I like the most it's Bruna. I don't have a lot to say for her.

Nye: I don't really care for any of the customerzoppa whatever the fuck it's called customers. But Nye is the only one who I like. I don't have a lot to say about him but he's cool.

Sue: I didn't know what icon character meant but I think it's like your fav or something but definitely Sue. I relate to Sue a lot.

Frezzeria and Wingeria: I finished flash Frezzeria and had a really fun time with it. Probably out of the first 4 the most repayable and not wanting to quit by playing 2 days each day, maybe tacomia cause sue is early. I need to try Frezzeria deluxe tho. Wingeria despite not being over like rank 10 is really fun. Out if them the most underrated. Great playable character options (Chuck and Mandi but I'll always choose Mandi) I need to play these games beyond like rank 2 and 10. This is why I'm going to get the 2 go/HD versions soon.

Mary x Sue: The best ship hands down. I feel like the other canon ships don't have much going on or interesting to do with them unless you try hard enough. But this one you can do a lot. I won't explain them all but see my Sue and Mary headcannon posts. If there were to be a TV show or something I would happy if it they were the only ones. They're that good to me.

(I sadly however don't see them married yet or have any children or see them over 30. Just cause Sue's flipdeck and Mary's cart mentions long standing and old truck met its end doesn't mean they were born in the 1980s. I just can't see them being old.)

Sue: I imagine her being really hot. I don't think I need to explain much.

Truth: No longer able to mask, they speak in a more serious and somewhat sad tone. They're more cynical, and they're not nearly as flirty or excitable as they normally are. When it's all over, they don't bring it up or acknowledge how they were at all. Ever.

Ayane

Energetic: She's more likely to get up and start working on something or another, whether big or small. She's also more critical of people resting too much, and she has to be watched to make sure that she doesn't hurt herself.

Botan

Coward: Losing his stoic nature, he's far more timid and afraid of the world, hiding under his bed and refusing to go anywhere near the weapons that he would normally be all too comfortable around. He'd try to keep his composure, but it would fail and he would start apologizing for it.

Daisuke

Selfish: Instead of his usual caring towards everyone, he's completely apathetic to their likes, dislikes, or their condition. Instead, he's focused solely on himself and what he wants, and whenever he can't, he lashes out and tries to hurt people with the secrets or pieces of information he managed to gather on them.

So uhhh basically

These guys?

I'm working to give them little personalities :) Idk when I first started making these little dudes I didn't have the idea of them being the specific Elsen in-game, if that makes sense? Basically these were originally just Elsen OCs lol. But! Now I'm trying to kinda go more towards that idea. Of course I'll probably make more Elsen just on their own. So uh lemme introduce you to the guys I have so far! Warning, spoilers for the game OFF, which should've been kinda obvious, but I can't blame you for thinking otherwise.

Elsen 1 and 2!

So these fellas are actually inspired by this animatic from the OFF animator themself! Elsen 2 is a very anxious Elsen from Zone Two who is really scared of... Well, almost anything! Luckily, his very best friend (and only person he's interacted with in years) Elsen 1 tries to support him in any way that he can. He's from Zone One, though, so he travels from the different zones often. Elsen 1 can't do everything flawlessly and teach his friend how to be the most confident guy, but he can damn well try! The biggest problem in their relationship, though, is that Elsen 1 is constantly haunted by the anxieties and fears that something will happen to Elsen 2 when he's not around, which causes him to be on edge all the time. His other friend Elsen 6, however, is decent at calming him down. These two both count as my second favorites!

Elsen 3 and 4!

These guys were inspired by an animation I made (hasn't been released yet sorry) where two Elsen play the balloon game together! Elsen 3 is a big chess nerd, and literally can play it all day. He and Elsen 4 love hanging out at The Park together, even if Elsen 4 has a better chance at winning each game every time. They just really like each other's company. Probably why they're best friends. If they were dating I wouldn't be surprised. I should really expand on their characters more ngl they're seeming a bit too simple right now.

Elsen 5 and 6!

These guys are put on the same page, but only for organizing purposes, they don't actually know each other lol. Elsen 5 is the Elsen working at the rollercoaster in Zone Two! He's a Zacharie simp fan of Zacharie's work, as the latter made most of Zone Two entirely. When Elsen 5 isn't dreaming about the day he'll meet Zacharie, he just works his job at the rollercoaster. Elsen 6 works in the plastic mailing sector of Zone One, but he also is in charge of making sure Dedan isn't going on a violent rampage. One day a bunch of Elsen in Zone One peer pressured him into checking up on the furious guardian, and he's kept the responsibility since. In the great words of my best friend, "he's Dedan's unintentional bestie". He also has a little satchel filled with containers of meat, wristwatches, and Pedalo ride tickets just in case Dedan gets pissed and needs something to calm down. Outside of Dedan, Elsen 6 enjoys spending time with Elsen 1 and 7. Elsen 6 is probably my favorite so far because of how silly he is!!!

Elsen 7 and 8!

These two Elsen also don't know each other either lol, though if they did, I don't think they'd get along very well. Elsen 7 is the only Elsen in Zone One to have all the jobs there. He works in the mines for four hours, then works in the cow barns for another four, then works at the plastic postal service for another four, and then works at the meat bottling section of Alma for four hours before having the rest of the day to do whatever he wants (if it's still daytime when he gets to his house). It's tiring work, but he's fine enough with it. Not like he has any dreams or aspirations. Well, depends on what you call a goal. Though, trying to get any higher personnel to even look at him wasn't really a well thought out goal from the start and he only kept himself in the same four jobs because he saw no other purpose in life. Elsen 8 works in the sugar factories in Zone Three, and oh boy does he suffer. By working there he's discovered exactly how sugar is made and he hates it. Probably the only Elsen in that zone who isn't addicted to the stuff. He dreads every waking moment because he doesn't want to stay in his job, but doesn't have a choice at all. Maybe the sugar addicted Elsen were right. Maybe sugar does make it easier to ignore every fault in reality.

Elsen 9 and 10!

Y'know the old time-y art that appears when each element is explained? Elsen 9 was the guy behind those! Well, in the OFF universe anyway. You get what I mean. But anyway he absolutely craves attention and validation. Any support is good enough for him! He will probably try to be your friend if you merely smile at him! Also I actually haven't decided on where he lives yet because he's mostly a traveling artist, but I think he lives in Zone One. May be subject to change though. Elsen 10 became a real sweetheart the day he realized how sad everything felt. He thought that no one was getting enough appreciation for all their hard work, and with the help of Elsen 12, he started being a really nice person. He always tries to work his hardest in Zone Three, and makes sure to give some appreciation to his coworkers as well! What a guy!

Elsen 11 and 12!

These guys actually know each other! Yippee! Elsen 11 was from Zone Two and was REALLY worried about safety. So worried in fact that he was scared that his necktie would choke him, so he took it off for that reason. Unfortunately, he also got kicked out of the residential area of Bismark because no one could tell he was an Elsen anymore without his tie. Damn. He moved to Zone Three — albeit very reluctantly — and got a job there. He didn't have a home until Elsen 12 let him in his own. This is kinda where I shift into Elsen 12's description! Basically Elsen 12 was an absolute saint and loves everyone. He was entirely content with his life, but he still wanted to be a good person. He helped Elsen 10 be a better person like him, and taught Elsen 11 how to face his fears. He's the glue that holds the three of them together! But, unfortunately, he one day fell onto the tracks of the Zone Three tramway and got into a bit of an accident with a certain black and white batter. He hasn't been seen since.

So uhhh yeah!!! That's my whole ECU as of rn! Of course I'm going to be making more Elsen in the future, and I'll be posting them here when I do! I know this little thingy isn't going to get really popular, especially since the OFF fandom is a bit dead rn, but still feel free to make your own ECU content if you want I guess, all art, fanfictions, and even more Elsen characters are welcome by me! Inquisitor Drawing Meme 1: Skyhold Outfit

So I designed Dalisay's outfit with a lot of heavy references from Pre-Colonial Philippine outfits and it was fun to give her a lot of headpieces NGL. Dalisay’s vallaslin is different cause homebrew Dalish clan do be like that, she has the snakeskin which means safety, protection, health, shield and strength while the one on her forehead are people holding hands/family which means harmony and unity. These are what I imagine the Sylaise tattoo of her clan/people to be.

My DA4 Main WS protag Himagsikan on the day of their rigged trial that led to their disownment and exile after years of leading and protecting their people while also trying to make peace between Clan Magsumakit and the others who their father had offended. Himagsikan's hair was cut to brand them as a criminal and traitor and also to bring shame to them, their jewellery and fine silks were also taken back by their father to be given to their younger sister and the protective spells that's been put in every tattoo of my Dalish clans were taken back thus leading it to become the plain white colour it originally was.

Clan Magsumakit will regret the fact that they didn't fight to keep the young leader within their clan after Himagsikan's exile.

Also, all these tattoos mean something! Each of the tattoos used by my various Filipino-coded Dalish OCs have either their wishes, dreams or sometimes their parents' wishes for them tattooed with the different symbols that meant the different wishes they have. For Himagsikan it's mostly tied to strength, guidance, courage, protection with only the sun and moon meaning life. You could tell their wish is uhhhh obvious

Hi guys so this morning at 6 am, my elder sister found out  my younger sister had vomited and was shaking but limp but also in a way jerky in her movements, i took out money from my paypal to try and help with hospital funds but my dad just messaged us saying that we’ve exceeded the amount we had on hand (currently running on minimal sleep while also trying to run the house)

I’m opening commissions right now to try and help with the excess costs because apparently trying to make sure my family is healthy would mean paying an arm and a leg at the hospital

OK SO first oc’s name is haitani reiko. if u havent already noticed she is in fact a haitani 😭 her nickname is sleeping beauty bcuz for abt like 2-4 years she’d been in a coma n shit but during a battle the haitani brothers were in against another gang she had woken up 🤯 and as the good bros they are they immediately left the battle to see their sister. so its kind of a given that theyre a bit overprotective of their lil sis. but she doesnt like how her whole identity in the gang world is being the younger sister of the haitani brothers so she wants to go out n kinda create her own identity yk? she isnt rlly a fighter but she joins a few minor gangs to get her name around. and i dont rlly think im gonna write her in anything rn cuz her character is rlly weak. but here is an old fanart i did of her :3 (i do have a picrew of her that i’ll show u at the end of this ask <3)

next is i think my fav child, futamo aisume<3333 im not even gonna lie he was kind of a self insert oc but i still love him 😭 hez written as shion’s child hood best friend, having the nickname “the great’s shadow” so hez kind of the side guy that patches up shion when hez injured, but he can still fight. he was in tenjiku w shion but once they were defeated shion kinda just left him behind (also cuz he went to jail lol) so idk prob wakasa took in futamo and brought him into brahman. hez got a similar kind of loyalty as sanzu to mikey and koko n inui and hez rlly blunt. the black cat to shion’s golden retriever imo<333

and last but not least there’s takumi! ngl i kinda just doodled him a bit in an old notebook but i loveddddd him. hez basically just bonten’s bartender, the guy who deals with everyone’s worries n someone they all trust to vent to a lot. sometimes all of bonten go to visit him at once but most of the time they all just go for a quick drink by themselves. takumi’s closest to maybe ran ig? ran’s a bit of a flirt to everyone so hez naturally like that when he meets takumi, and like takumi was kinda just like this is kinda funny, i like this guy. so he kind of matches ran’s energy at a subtle level. i wanna say takumi is an ex gang member from like a different region but when he moved to tokyo and started looking for a job, he had his connections from the past that led him to bonten.

so yeah! a bit messy kinda made some stuff up on the spot but those r my ocs<3333 love them all v much and i miss them so much my ocs era was good. so so good. but here are their designs :3 (in order of reiko, aisume and takumi)

4. When scared, does your OC fight, flee, freeze or fawn?

Wuld: He freezes. Fawning doesn't work for him, because it's not easy to ingratiate himself to someone already intent on killing him—because that's what scares him. (There have been two alternative circumstances aside from what Loezia puts him through where Wuld has been scared: once by the wolf howls in Yaewur, once when that birch Fucked Him Up).

It would make sense for him to flee, and I think he would as a first resort if he hadn't been a slave for the majority of his life. Where was he supposed to escape to, and how? It's baked into him.

Fighting is not an option because his enemies are almost always in greater number.

So he freezes, and he tries to grasp the situation as best as he can, and then, if he sees an avenue, he'll use one of the other options. Sometimes he fawns in the only way he's capable in that moment. Sometimes he flees after he gets his brain in gear. He might fight.

Loezia: I'm trying to recall if Loezia has ever been personally scared. He's been scared for others before, but almost never himself. If we're branching out, his typical response to, say, confrontation or hatred is to fawn in some way, which we've seen primarily in Geran, wherein he's trying to defuse someone else's discomfort by agreeing, or disengaging, or whatever else he can do to get out of the situation. He usually does this in the least offensive manner possible, unless he's up against a teenager, in which case he acts a little different.

But if we're talking in hypotheticals . . . Like what Loezia would do if he were scared in any given situation, I think he would fight. Most of all because he's drilled and trained for it to be reflex. If that doesn't work he'd fawn. Fawning is usually a follow-up if one of the other three doesn't work, anyway.

7. What's one way your OC has changed since you first came up with them?

I don't know if I have a different answer for Loezia with this one, unless we were to talk about how the plot so far has changed him.

Wuld: He's become transparent, whereas before he was almost entirely opaque. I had an understanding of his concrete essentials, but he was impenetrable at first on the fine details. I didn't know he was obsessed with Loezia until a good few chapters in, for instance. He gave me a lot of grief. At this point, though, I've got his code thoroughly cracked and have for a long time. Some characters are just tougher to parse than others.

13. If you met your OC, would the two of you get along?

Wuld: If we're strangers, ngl I think, like any normal Earth-bound person, he would freak me the fuck out. Reality is a totally different realm from fiction, and I think there are pretty clear tells between cosplay and "those are real appendages." Luckily, I think my reaction to fear is freezing, which is a lot easier for him to handle, and not at all threatening to him. Not unless it turns into something different, and I am not the kind of person to attack a creature with giant wings.

After that initial moment, and given the excuse to attempt getting along . . . He's not very forthcoming, but I think I'd have the earnest curiosity that makes Loezia so disarming to him, so I think he'd prefer me to other people. Whether he would let me close, and whether I would be able to handle how he lashes out and twists language in that process is a different matter entirely. I think we'd get along in the sense that he wouldn't hate me, but I would not be able to weather what Loezia is managing with admirable perseverance and gentleness.

Loezia: No. Or rather, I think sans any barriers, yes, but there are barriers, so no. Because he has a unique dread of allowing people close, he does not want to open himself up to people, and I am not the kind of person to force myself on others—which is kind of the only avenue through which someone might otherwise get to know his thoughts—no, I don't think we would . . . well. Okay, see, we would get along in the sense that I would leave him alone. We would not get along in the sense that we could carry a conversation.

Loezia and Wuld are complete anomalies to each other in their ability to get under one another's skin (and, in Loezia's case to Wuld, stay there). Wuld's easier to disarm so long as you're kind. Loezia, on the other hand, is resistant to all things, and I am just not pushy enough to get through to him and inflict the agony of intimacy.

1. Who are your favourite character(s) at the moment?

I definitely have had some pretty strong Harbinger brainrot over the past few weeks (Dottore, Pierro, Pantalone and Capitano especially), but as always Ayato and Zhongli hold a very special place in my heart!! Yae Miko and Tighnari also got me going a bit feral right now ngl

2. Who are your least favourite character(s) at the moment?

There are definitely a few characters who I can't stand (female pyro vision wielders---) but I feel like that's more to do with how they've been written in the game, I feel like I could be convinced to like a lot of them once I've read some good headcanons and such!

I have pretty strong connections with a few characters throughout the series, but I vibe really hard with Xiao and Gorou (if you couldn't already guess--) and sometimes Sucrose! There's also something about Albedo that's got me like. Hm. Nods. Same hat.

5. What are your favourite headcanons you've come up with?

My appearance headcanons for Capitano are definitely right up there - if MHY disappoints/diverts a lot I think I've come up with enough original content and ideas for him to just make my version a fully fledged OC.

OH ALSO Adepti being empaths !! That's a very special headcanon I hold dear to my heart, I dunno why I came up with it but I really really like it, especially with Xiao.

6. Favourite headcanons belonging to other people?

I saw a Pyro Delusion Pantalone headcanon the other day that was really really super cool, I'd never even considered him having a delusion until I saw that and it vibed!!

Generally I enjoy any trans or ND headcanons for characters too, even if they don't line up with how I view them/characterise them it's really nice to see such a broad range of ideas for one character!

7. Do you have any self-ships (romantic or platonic)?

So many. So so many. I have a variety of 'sonas' for various AUs/timelines (though the one that I've made the most content for is. An arranged marriage AU with Ayato jkdskjhgf) and I make a lot of varying content for them (which I probably won't be sharing here because I'm shy but just know. I love them.) with all different characters and different relationship dynamics, I've been shipping myself (or versions of) with fictional characters for years and it's a huge comfort to me and such a fun fun way to experiment with writing different scenarios and such!

8. Thoughts on alternate universes (AUs)? Any favourites?

I LOVE AUs so much i have about a million myself and I adore seeing the kinds of things others come up with !! A lot of my writing tends to be done in a non-canon AU where the events of the game havent/don't happen just to keep things simpler hfkjhsdgk

I'm always an enjoyer of modern AUs, but at the moment i'm holding a particular fondness for the 'Fatui adopt Kaeya AU', which lowkey may have slightly inspired the last fic i started working on ehe

9. If you were from Teyvat, where would you live?

Mondstadt!! It just seems chill and nice and there's such a wide variety of people there, the vibe seems accepting and laid back and it seems like lots of people from different walks of life congregate there! Failing that maybe Sumeru just because mmm pretty

10. What kind of Vision would you have?

Anemo, probably! That's the one i most commonly write my sonas with! Though I don't think I'd be entirely opposed to a Dendro vision in some cases too!!

11. What weapon type would you use?

Hmm I guess maybe catalyst? (something something not another god damn anemo catalyst short model boy)

12. Favourite fandom tropes/goofs?

One i always find funny is like. siblings with big age gaps getting along great (Albedo/Klee, Ayato/Ayaka, Jean/Barbara, etc) but ones closer in age constantly trying to MURDER each other (Diluc/Kaeya, and Aether/Lumine r the only ones i can think of rn).

I also love the found family tropes I see around, and the Nahida and Scara content I've seen recently have been top notch!

13. Least favourite fandom tropes/goofs?

It's a common thing with a lot of games and characters where the fandom reduces them down to a core trait or two and act like it's completely canon, or take certain lines and such out of context and base their entire characterisation off of that - on a surface level theyre silly and fun but when it's literally everywhere

A few i can think of off the top of my head are like 'senior citizen zhongli' where he's reduced to nothing but a bumbling old boomer and the whole 'stalker/obsessive ayaka' bit.

14. If you could change anything about one characters design, who/what would it be and why?

I think some of the adepti should have more non-human traits (xiao deserves horns tbh) and as a general statement i'd love to see characters with facial/body hair and more variety in body types or at least skin tones! I understand it's not exactly like realistic but it would be nice

there was also an interesting detail with Zhongli's design that was fixed - he wore his vision backwards! I think it was super neat and an interesting reference to the fact that it's not a real vision, but sadly they fixed it :(

15. What's your favourite voice line from the game?

I know a lot of people joke about Zhongli's idle lines being really annoying (and while hearing the oSmAnThUs WiNe line 8 times in just as many minutes can get really irritating) but i find them kind of comforting - I play in English and really enjoy the cadence of his voice, it's super comforting to me, so most of his lines are big faves - I also find his 'disliked gift' line super funny where he tries to redirect the player by telling them stories ashkjgf

I also like how Kaeya teases you for standing around (though it kinda makes me wanna flick him), and Tighnari's "who ate a poisoned mushroom this time?" join line is fun!

Semantic Error is inspired by the bl kdrama/manhwa 'Semantic Error' but I changed it so oc is a female and both of the people who are going after her are guys (Jungkook and Jimin...again lmao) I read it and I really liked the dichotomy of the personalties of the two main characters so yeah I'm excited to get back to that one at some point lol

Falling is one that was supposed to be a one shot but then I started building more of a plot around it after I posted it. I just loved the idea of an Angel Jungkook becoming a Fallen Angel but is still in love with Guardian Angel oc. I love it but ngl I almost feel like I want to rewrite it. I don't know though we'll see but I'm going to continue the story either way.

Seven Days to Fall Again has two more chapters left but yeah I don't blame you if you wanna wait so you can read everything all together haha.

Haha oh gosh yeah I think a lot of my followers found me because of Do it for Him and I'm super grateful to the person that requested it because yeah it really was unique and I really liked experimenting with that kind of plot line.

Tbh Do it for Him really didn't get too much attention until like a month or two after I posted it. Like it just blew up over night which was absolutely insane!

I got so many asks (as you can see from the masterlist lol) and it was so freaking cool! I owe that story a lot since I feel like it really brought me a great audience and I'm so thankful to everyone who has supported me even after reading Do it for Him.

Jungkook is a horrible person in that fic but I'm happy I was able to do that since he's supposed to be a yandere character but the part that scares me is that people wanted/thought they were gonna end up together.

I did give up buttttTTT somethig else happened. We, the whole class, came up with a plan to just not do it. These notes were for practical marks in the final examination. So we thought if the whole doesn't do it then the teacher won't be able to fail all of us. We tHOUGHT we could beat the system🤡. 7 Anti LO Asks

1. Do you know what really gets my blood boiling about this comic? Persephone and Demeter's relationship.

In the myths, Demeter and Persephone loved each other more than anything. Their reunion is so important - it marked the coming of spring and growth. A whole cult was dedicated to this for crying out loud. Yes, the myths were far from perfect, but the Persephone and Demeter myth showed the strength of a loving mother-daughter relationship with Demeter searching endlessly to find her child that was ripped away and had her innocence forcibly taken.

Now, RS is not the only author to make Demeter this over-bearing mother type in order to put more positivity onto the Hades-Persephone relationship. However, RS takes this trend to a whole new level - to the point where I would even consider it misogyny.

How is it, she takes this beautiful mother-daughter relationship and makes it out to be an abusive and controlling one, and then takes the Hades-Persephone relationship from a forceful one to a loving, perfect relationship with no problems? How is it ok to ruin one relationship to elevate another?

I understand that many versions of the myth try to downplay Hades' actions, and even make it so Persephone actually falls in love with him and there is no rape. But it doesn't change that this relationship was problematic, and meant to represent the loss of innocence.

Then fans have the gall to claim this comic is feminist and then claim on top of that that Demeter and Persephone's relationship was the same in the myth? These fans clearly don't know the myths, and neither does RS.

Making Hades a good person is fine. Changing it up a bit to make Persephone's loss of innocence something else is also fine. But ruining Demeter and Persephone's relationship? Especially when Persephone has to spend half the year with her? So horrible. 

2. im sorry, but rachel cant introduce KRONOS coming back and then dropping it for several episodes to focus on a stake-less trail and persephone not knowing what lingerie to seduce hades in. like thats too much of an earth shaking development and huge stake plot point to just ignore for months to focus instead on something as minor as hxp's relationship, which only points out a huge flaw: why is hxp's relationship so minor in this? isnt the whole point supposed to be about them?

3. I think LO completely dropped the ball over Hades’ characterization. 

From the first ep I thought ok, this is good, we have some bones to see he’s not that lucky in love and is just tired and lonely, and while ignoring the creepy actions towards Persephone, I thought ok, Artemis hates him, Hestia hates, even Ares hates him, maybe once Persephone finally sees the underworld and probably gets to know him it’ll be a clever twist and they’ll be proven wrong. The underworld will turn out to be fair and just, the citizens will love Hades, he’ll be revealed to be a good leader and king and not like his brothers, it’ll be like everyone saying Hades of myth isn’t actually that bad, and it’ll help reinforce why this sweet and bubbly Persephone wants him, she sees the real him, not the mean rumors and assumptions, this is perfect.

And then it just didn’t happen. The exact opposite happened, actually.

We’re shown the LO underworld is cruel and unjust, where the poor dead are forced into slavery and Hades created a harsh class divide with him and him only on top, the citizens hate him, the underworld gods don’t trust him and openly seem ok if he’s taken out of power, he’s not a good leader and king and doesn’t even want the job yet keeps it for his own ego and grip of power m, and on top of it all he is just like his brothers, if not worse. He loves to get violent over any little slight against him, he hoards wealth and resources to enrich himself while his citizens starve and struggle to survive, he’s corrupt, he controls all the media and laws to bend to his will, sleeps with his brothers wife for centuries behind his back while claiming to be holier than thou, he has sex with his secretaries who are made dependent on him for any way to survive, and now he lusts after his barely legal intern who is also now dependent on him for her way to survive, and that’s only what I remember off the top of my head.

LO perfectly set up to prove Hades isn’t the devil or the false pop culture assumption that he’s evil and to show some actual facts from myth, and yet Rachel only ended up reinforcing exactly that and even making him even worse with her made up ideas, all while thinking having Persephone ignore or excuse it somehow makes it not bad or even a good thing. It’s honestly kind of impressive just how bad of writing that actually is. 

4. Chapter 172 is not that interesting. It’s setup had me excited to see Hephaestus and Hera and learning more about echo, but it’s cut so short. Because again the story can’t leave HXP out for 2 seconds.

I can also see why Zeus is gonna go insane. 

5. i agree w/ other anon. LO should have pulled a PJO or a BoZ and just made up OCs and have them interact with the gods than whatever Rachel thinks shes doing, which is lying she's being accurate and faithful while completely changing all of it, removing what is needed, and adding what isnt so that it lines up with no actual myth besides like, various 50 shades fanfic she read in 2015 and some popular tumblr text posts.

6 . the animation studio behind blood of zeus literally can only draw one face for the men and one face for the women and they were still able to make the gods all look distinct and hot while LO can't even bother to use more than 6 colors and can only have the women look as tiny as possible with the biggest boobs while the men are all just lego men.

Okay so like I stopped reading LO way back before season 1 ended, and a majority of my knowledge of the series comes from what I read here on your blog which is enough for me lol and I decided to read the latest 5 chapters just to see what's up (on zahard. I refuse to give the actual series any views)

And I just. Could not take the whole scene with Daphne running from Apollo seriously? The anatomy and art inconsistency was so distracting that i genuinely could not find it serious. Even when Thanatos discovers her hibernated body I couldn't take it seriously because of how she looked?

And when Hades had that call (??? Was it a call? Or his inner dialogue? I couldn't really tell ngl) with Zeus and said he's causing Persephone unnecessary distress, and that she didn't pose any threat. B!tch??? She killed a ton of mortals??? She has no control over her powers???? She's literally a fugitive for the aforementioned things??? She apparently woke Kronos up? (Idk if anyone knows about that, again my knowledge only spans to whatever I read here) Hello????

And I have a lot to say about the chapters starting the trial but I'll only mention one thing; Hades saying "I don't think blindly supporting my little brother would be doing him any favours (as a ruler)" had me cackling. This is coming from a guy blindly supporting a girl he's literally only known for a few weeks, who's like what, only recently turned 20? Sit tf down Hades you're not cool, you creepy ass overgrown smurf.

Overall I still hate this series lmao. Regarding art though I feel like I wouldn't be so miffed about the anatomy much if the character designs were consistent and the story was compelling. They literally change hairstyles and body types frame by frame, and it's distracting.

The timeline from what I read here is laughable. 4 years in publication with almost 200 chapters and you're telling me only like a month has passed canonically. That's wild and such poor writing.

And as someone who literally will sympathise with any lead character pretty quickly, the story makes me hate them. It makes me want to root against them. I also hate the fact this trash is somehow top ranked on webtoons when so many other stories are far better then it.
