Thoma is such a gentleman. He holds every door for you, and does not hesitate to lend you his jacket when you’re cold. So what if he’s extra chilly? At least his sweetheart is warm.

He often surprises you with flowers, and always brings you to his favorite Cherry Blossom tree when it’s in bloom. He claims that “cherry blossoms change your fate.” And that “we met while the blossoms were in bloom, and my fate changed for the better.”

He keeps every photo that you send to him saved into respective folders. Selfies, memes, sunsets, pet photos, etc. Each type has its own folder.

Fun fact about sending him selfies: if you look “extra cute”, which he always claims you do, he will cease whatever he’s doing to hide his face in his hands and quietly scream.

He loves to go on dates. Visiting the markets, having picnics, or simply just waking around the city and taking in the cherry blossoms.

This man gives me “I will give you all love languages regardless.” Kinda vibes. Like, he’ll surprise you with a stuffed animal, or a treat from the market, he’ll shower you in kisses and sweet words, he’ll literally sinki into his seat to spend time with you.

I like to think that he can play the piano, so he just sits on the bench and plays the softest melodies while you rest on his shoulder.

I think Thoma is a quality time and physical touch kinda guy. He seems like he will absolutely melt if you play with his hair or kiss his knuckles. ALSO he will just lose it if you hold his head in your lap while he naps.

Be prepared for lots of kisses!! He loves to give kisses to you literally everywhere, but his favorite places are the tip of your nose, the back of your hand, and your lips of course.

He’ll never say it, but if you repeatedly kiss the back of his neck, it helps him relax and fall asleep.

Don’t be afraid to tell him your woes and troubles. Thoma will wake up at any time of night to console any ailments that you might have. He’s quick to hold you close to his heart, planting chaste kisses on your forehead, and brewing you a cup of tea.

He will sacrifice his health so that he can lay with you. He almost always gets sick, and has to wear a mask to work the next day, but it’s always worth it.

i have been single for awhile now and i haven't tried a dating app but i'll still share some of my thoughts/advice :) i hope some of it will help!!

when it comes to dating, i think it's important to regularly put yourself in an atmosphere where you can meet new people. i have met tons of people through university clubs, mutual friends, classes, etc. i used to be someone who hated meeting new people but then i told a few of my friends that i'd be interested in meeting their friends and my network expanded quite a bit! one time i went to karaoke with a group of people i had never met before LOL it was scary but it was really fun to see new faces and i ended up talking to one of the guys for a bit afterwards. don't be afraid to put yourself out there and meet people with AND without the use of hinge.

as for keeping the conversation going, i think i'm pretty good at this heheheh. i've been told from many of my friends that i'm quite a good texter. i would highly recommend using a variety of emojis (sometimes this helps convey tone of the text!!). i also have this folder in my phone called reaction memes and they're a just a bunch of really funny/odd photos. sometimes i'll send those and almost always, i'll get a text back saying "where did you get that from?" and then the conversation can progress to a.) why i have the photos b.) what other photos i have or c.) if they have memes they really like, they'll share too!! this sounds so lame but it really has saved some of my conversations. this might be an unpopular opinion, but try to reply decently fast. for awhile, i was like "i need to keep this person on edge!" but i honestly think that the conversation just flows so much better when each text isn't more than an hour apart.

i also think when you are talking to people in person questions can really save the day. the other day i was with my friend and i just asked her if she thinks other people's first impression of her is accurate (to which she said no, and i asked why). people love to talk about themselves - give them the chance to. but also make sure that you're sharing stuff about you too!! and don't be afraid to be awkward sometimes, i think we try so hard to not be awkward and to fill every silence with words or laughter but sometimes silence can be nice too :')

i think it's completely valid to feel a bit discouraged/jealous of your friend. i remember feeling that way when one of my friends first starting dating this guy. it felt like i was the only person who wasn't in a relationship and i was worried that our friendship would take the back seat in her life. there is nothing wrong with you at all for feeling a bit disappointed. i really believe that your person will come in your life at the right time

as for feeling discouraged about your looks and your messaging skills, i would recommend writing a list of 50 things you love about yourself. it sounds cringe and weird but truly, try it out. i'm not here to tell you that "if you don't love yourself, no one will" because i don't believe that. i do, however, think it's important for you to know what you bring to the table in a relationship. i promise you, there's lots!! 💌

I. Spent. All. Damn. Day. Cleaning up my drive.

I backed up photos and folders, deleted emails and documents. I'm going to just have to clear out all my photos and maybe all my documents except the most important. Thanks, Motorola.

Then, if absolutely everything from audio to video is going to save, I'm going to need to make drive purges a regular habit. Which, fuckin honestly, I should probably be doing anyway. You never know when google is going to take a dump.

The last thing I need to do is then, compress all my images, photos, screenshots, studies, memes, and all, into pages that maybe eventually one day I'll collate and get printed as a collection of photo books. Maybe I'll buy two copies; one for leaving like it is and one for cutting up and turning into a scrapbook or some shit. Ehhhh probably not. Honestly, I'll probably just stuff the book full of sticky notes.

Unfortunately, I definitely don't have time for that OR my Tumblr offline. I've had a lot of fun working on the Tumblr offline: What I've been doing for that is, scrolling my screenshot from my phone three times, and then each page is two columns, and sometimes I have to snip up the screenshots, and then sometimes I make little notes, like "I don't remember this" or "this is a Star Trek reference" or "this gif depicts Sandra Bullock facepalming Samuel Jackson". This post is getting a little meta for my liking.

Anyway. My sister is, rightfully, on my butt about finding a job. I shouldn't have wasted my day on my drive, but I wouldn't be able to continue working on the graphic novel without it, and I don't like letting any one part of the graphic novel get too backed up or piled up and at this moment, the scans of my original inks are getting backed up. I also need to figure out what the fuck is wrong with my printer so I can print my portfolio cover and the rest of my sheets of colored pencil lineworks.

Jin's phone was vibrating on the table and everyone stared at it,

"Are you going to answer?" He shook his head placing some rice into his mouth and continuing to eat but it continued to buzz and he'd had enough, he turned it over when no one was looking to see what was so important, he scrolled through the messages and they were all you asking for attention, then the last one was a picture of the rap line dressed as the Powerpuff girls. He watched his phone out of the corner of his eye, he was ignoring you on purpose and he knew that you were spamming him to get him to talk to you but he was determined not to let it work, but every time he checked his messages he would find himself laughing at the copious amount of memes you were texting him,

You spammed his phone with them all even though he was in the middle of a meeting with Bang PD and other important people but you didn't care, you just wanted him to see them and pay attention to you.

You were still spamming his phone when he walked through the front door after his day at work, he stared at you and then to his phone,

Tae was supposed to be paying attention to what was being said in the meeting but he wasn't, he kept sneaking glances at his phone under the table, laughing and proceeding to send you more memes in return. You were in the middle of a meme battle and it was safe to say that you were winning, you were saving memes from Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest and all other forms of meme potential and it had started as basic memes but it was slowly turning into just BTS crackhead culture memes and it was making it harder for Taehyung to hide what he was doing. Namjoon, who was sitting beside him, glanced down at what he was staring at and started laughing along with him.

"What's so funny?" Jin asked when he noticed Namjoon and Taehyung laughing down at something under the desk, all eyes were on them now and you sent another meme but this time to the group BTS chat,

"That." Taehyung muffled through his chuckles, everyone checked their phones and saw a link that was sitting there.

"Put it on Hyung!" Jungkook yelled clicking on the link and trying to put it on the big screen behind Jin, succeeding and then watching as the music started. BTS Memes song, it had everyone crying with laughter within a matter of seconds and you were at home crying into a pillow trying not to laugh too loudly and annoy Tae's neighbours.

Jungkook was halfway across the world and complaining to you that he was bored, he was in a meeting with the rest of the boys talking about a new comeback and it was all things they'd discussed before but were going over again so he text you asking to entertain him. Which looking back on it now he thought might have been a mistake because every two minutes his phone would signal a new message and sitting in his messages was a new meme, each of them getting funnier each time.

"Something funny Jungkook?" Namjoon asked and Kookie shook his head looking up at the leader who went back to talking again, less than three minutes later Jungkook looked down again and started laughing so hard he snorted. As if you knew what was happening you sent a fanart drawing of Namjoon scolding Jungkook off for something along with unimpressed looking memes of Namjoon. He slapped his hand across his mouth and stared up at everyone who was looking at him in the room,

"Y/n's sending him memes, she sent me the same one." Jin laughed looking at the fanart and then showing it to Namjoon who proceeded to pout out like a baby.

This has nothing to do with anything but I saw a meme about it and then I wondered, have you any 1D pics saved to your camera roll? If so, are they organized in any way or do you just save randoms? Are there old ones or new ones? I don’t imagine you have a 1D folder but maybe I’m off base. I hope you’re well!

This is going to confirm me as an old - but I'm not really sure. I save photos I want to keep on my laptop, backed up by cloud storage, rather than on my phone. And I don't deliberately save any 1D photos. I don't really think of my camera roll as a thing.

I've taken 1D pics at various times, but not for a while for obvious reasons. I don't deliberately save 1D pics on my phone, but I might have taken screenshots or had images shared with me on whatsapp. There probably are 1D photos on my phone, but I don't think about them. If I want to find a particular image then I would search for it, rather than look on my phone.

a/n: Hey guys! This was inspired by a conversation I was having with my dearest @snugglemejeon about how cute it would be to take cute and silly photos with Kook. Hope you guys enjoy! Thanks for reading :)) 

Also, I am working on requests, sorry it’s taking me so long :( I’m thinking of creating a WIPs page just so you all know what I’m working on. Ya know, since it takes me forever to get requests done. Would you guys like that? 

With your back pressed comfortably against Jungkook's mattress, your arms were spread wide open as you stared at the ceiling, listening to the music your boyfriend played from his phone. Your legs were draped over Jungkook's lap as he sat with his back propped against the pillows and headboard. He used one hand to hold his phone as the other was positioned on your upper thigh.

"I like this one," you told him quietly over the soft song, making him hum in agreement as he gave your thigh a small squeeze.

After a few moments of silence, Jungkook sat up a bit as he dropped his phone to the bed. "Hey, you should show me those photos you took earlier," he told you, referring to the photos you took of him and Jimin when you three went out to dinner together earlier that night.

Reaching for your phone that sat on the bed next to you, you tossed it towards him, the device landing in the plush blankets near his sweat pant adorned thigh. He grabbed the phone, smiling softly at the photo of you both on your lock screen. A little giggle left his lips when he opened the phone to find the dorky photo of himself, sporting a wide grin while he wore a pair of pink children's sunglasses. Opening up your photos, just as he was preparing to click on your 'camera roll' folder, he noticed the cute couple photo of you both in a separate folder. Inspecting further, he noticed the folder was named 'My Kookoo'. 

Looking over at you as you reclined flat on your back, your eyes now shut as you listened to the soothing music, he clicked on the photo folder, the softest smile gracing his features as he took in the contents. It was full of all the snapshots you two had taken with each other, as well as several posed photos of himself. However, what had Jungkook feeling the fondest was the amount of candid photos you had saved of Jungkook where he was completely unaware you were taking photos of him.

"Wow, baby, you're obsessed with me," he teased, flashing you a mischievous grin as he excitedly awaited your response. Opening your eyes slowly as you tried to register why he suddenly said the random comment, you flashed your gaze towards your boyfriend. Upon finding his bratty expression and the teasing glint in his eyes, you propped yourself up on your elbows, cocking your head at him in confusion.

Looking down at the phone, realization struck you as you immediately gasped, your eyes widening, the heat of embarrassment already flushing your cheeks. You scrambled as you sat all the way up, pulling your legs off Jungkook's lap to crawl up the bed quickly, leaning over him to try to snatch your phone away. Your boyfriend pulled the phone away, holding it above his head out of your reach. "Jungkook, no," you whined in embarrassment.

"It's cute, baby," he cooed, smiling happily at you. "It's embarrassing," you corrected him, to which he shook his head in disagreement.

"Don't be embarrassed," he shook his head as he smiled fondly at you. "Honestly," he started as he reached an arm out, wrapping it around your waist as he pulled you down so you were laying on top of him. "I'm flattered that someone so pretty is so obsessed with," he giggled as you looked up at him with a glare, resting your chin on his chest.

"You're so annoying," you pouted, eliciting an amused giggle from the man.

"Maybe so, but you love me anyway," he teased, waving the phone around. Suddenly, he pointed the phone towards you and snapped a photo of your cute angry face propped up on his chest. "You're so cute, baby," he told you with an adoring grin.

Scoffing, you rolled off his body onto the mattress next to him as you sat up and crossed your legs underneath you. "Hey, come here," he whined, immediately sitting up and scooting towards you until he was positioned behind you. 

Reaching his arms around your waist, he pulled you backwards to sit between the v of his legs, your back pressed against his chest. Suddenly, his chin was on your shoulder and he was looking at you with wide eyes, pulling a silly expression to try to get you to crack a smile, though you stubbornly resisted. Removing one arm from your waist, he raised the phone up and took a few photos of you both, to which you immediately pouted your lips further for the dramatic effect of the photo.

"Stop," he let out in a mixture of a whine and a giggle. "I miss your gorgeous smile," he grinned fondly at you. "Let me see it," he stared at you with big eyes, a smirk playing on his lips. He continued taking photos as he pressed kisses to your neck, your jaw, and up to your cheek, where he captured the moment your smile broke through in the form of a giggle. "Finally," he yelled out, pressing his lips harder against your cheek before gently rubbing his nose against it, causing you to laugh more.

"Why are you taking pictures?" You asked with a smile.

"You need more photos of both of us together in that folder," he told you. "You know, to balance out the crazy amount of candids you took while I was completely unaware," he teased.

Rolling your eyes, the grin stayed plastered to your face. "I'm not obsessed with you," you defended, to which he simply hummed in feigned understanding. Taking the phone from him you scooted towards the bottom of the bed and turned around, pointing the phone at him. "Smile," you told him, which he immediately obliged. Jungkook's smile started off soft and sweet, and the longer you took photos, the more stretched out his grin became. As he smiled wider, he also widened his eyes. Wiggling his head around, you giggled at his silliness. 

Quickly, you crawled towards him, attacking him in a hug, making you both fall back onto the mattress. Your body was partly positioned on top of Jungkook and partly on the mattress, your legs tangled with his as he looked down at you in utter adoration. Taking the phone from you, he took a photo of you both staring at each other.

Out of nowhere, he pulled a meme face making your burst out in laughter. You pulled a silly face as well, both of you laughing, making faces, and smiling as you took photos together.

Way too many photos later, you both were still cuddled up on the bed, your arm around his waist, one of his hands gripping your thigh that was swung over his hips, his other hand was wrapped around your shoulders. Jungkook hummed into your hair as he pressed a sweet kiss to the top of your head.

"Will you send me those?" He asked you softly, to which you nodded your head against his chest. "Thanks," he kissed your head again. "I want to add them to my folder."

Lifting your head to look up at him with an expression of happiness and surprise, you gawked at him, cocking your head. "You have a folder?"

"Of course I have a folder," he smiled giddily. "Baby, if you're obsessed with me, I don't even know the word to describe what I am with you."

Biting your lip to hold back your ever-growing smile, you tickled his side teasingly. "I want to see it."

Squirming briefly due to your light tickles, he giggled. Jungkook shook his head, trying to collect himself as he wiped the grin off his face and replaced the expression with a feigned stoic one. "Oh no," he pushed his tongue to the inside of his cheek to try to hold back his grin. "That's way too embarrassing."

Scoffing, you lightly slapped his side. "You're such a brat," you smiled fondly.

Removing his hand from your thigh for a moment, he grabbed his phone from its spot next to you both, holding it out for you to take. You immediately grabbed the phone, smiling widely at the lock screen of you stuffing a big ass burger into your mouth from dinner earlier that night. "Really, Guk?" You giggled.

"Hey, that might just be my favorite photo of you ever," he chuckled as his hand went back to your thigh. Unlocking the phone, you smiled at the photo you both took a few weeks ago, you on his back, both of you smiling widely.

Going into his photos, your eyes immediately fell on the photo that was his lock screen, shoving a burger into your mouth. The album had a simple title. An emoji. A globe emoji. "Oh, so I'm your world," you teased your boyfriend, making him squeeze your thigh in response. "You're like ten times more obsessed with me than I am with you."

"Yeah, I know," he giggled. Opening the album, you saw several of the photos of you both that you had in your own album, posed photos you either forced him to take or he insisted on take of you, as well as a large collection of candid photos of you. He had photos of you doing everything from sleeping to scrolling on your phone to cooking to eating to laughing to working to watching TV. As Jungkook watched you scroll through the photos with a big smile on your face, he felt an overwhelming amount of love for you. "How could I not be completely obsessed with you, baby?" He asked you softly.

Looking up at him, you bit your lip as a teasing grin graced your face. "You seem to be quite smitten with me, Sir." Jungkook shrugged as he wore an adoring expression.

"Eh," he smiled affectionately. "You're alright I guess."
