'Are you dancing? (Are you asking?)' - Inspired by @clumsydragon28 Shikajin Dance AU WIP

I was listening to Dreamers Circus - Then We Waltz and I imagined them both late at night in a nearly-empty bar - after a show has finished perhaps - Shikadai finally builds the courage to ask Inojin for a slow dance in public.
