hey what if eyrie’s fray was just a young version of their daughter that died like hey eyrie here is the worst part of your guilt and helplessness pleading with you to love and forgive yourself
#i say that as I cannot find a way in which eyrie wouldn’t resolve their DRK stuff until after EW#she is the crux she is the catalyst by wh in their grief and guilt took shape#ngl I might shift around timeline stuff to where eyrie’s newphew dies before their daughter does#as in they lose their newphew—their brother’s only child#one thar came after years of difficulties—a blessing#only for eyrie’s daughter to be born a few months later#but she too passes on not long after#there is a lot of spite between eyrie and their twin#odvirn losing his son only to watch his twin be graced with a new baby#and for them to lose her#he feels vindicated. a now you know how it feels it loose that which is most precious#death is haunting eyrie and eyrie is haunting death!#both in a sense of the phenomena of death and the shards of Charon haunting them#oh don’t even get me started on eyrie’s maternal grandparents that was a whole bag of worms for their mother#oc: eyrie kisne#i will have to go back to the drawing board on eyrie’s fray
