Main fandom right now for me is Star Wars/TBB I guess, so I'm going with that.

I wish I saw more trans!Hunter art! I headcanon Hunter as trans and I really like seeing art of it- if anyone has any, feel free to share it! I love seeing trans hc art in general, but trans!Hunter is very special to me, I really am attached to that hc lol.

I would love to see more redesigns! Not in a selfish way, I know they're very hard to do, but I LOVE seeing how different people interpret characters/stories, and how they would've reflected that in a design if given the chance. Especially if not confined to the limits of animation, or (lets be honest) sub-par live-action/cgi. I love seeing redesigns of clones with traditional Maori style tattoos, translated to work in the SW universe. I really love AU redesigns too! like that Apocolypse one floating around lately. I really love seeing the numerous ways the same character can be changed!

Lastly....this is gonna sound so silly. The long-time MLP/FNaF fan is going to jump right out. But I wish there were fanmade SW songs. I still listen to classics like Discord (this one is my alarm sound <3), Rainbow Factory, Five Nights at Freddy's (I will NEVER forget seeing the advanced screening of the FNaF movie and hearing this during the credits for the first time!) and countless others. I think SW has a LOT of untapped fansong/fan music potential.

Hm...I don't think so? I tend to be understanding when people don't share headcanons. That being said.... Hunter is trans and is a cat person, you can't change my mind. I don't care that he canonically has a dog. He wants a cat. And every ninja in Naruto is bisexual. All of them!! And I think Wrecker intentionally went bald! Kakashi is trans too, Kishi told me himself.

U - Three favorite characters from three different fandoms, and why they’re your favorites.

MLP - Rarity! I love how she is always defending herself and her work. She defies every stereotype her archetype has, and does so with grace and poise. Most of the time. I love how she isn't afraid to let loose when she has to. Sure, she'll complain, but can you blame her? She's a dramatic business owner who knows her own worth and I LOVE her!

TBB - Wrecker. hnngg. Hrhrnrnrr!! hutuggggrrhhet!! Hot man. Big man. Hot. But seriously, I love how kindhearted he is. I love how he always tries to see the bright side of things, and tries to show that bright side to others. I love how he's so full of real joy, all the time, he is the glue of the Batch (before Omega, and without her, too.) and holds them together. He is not only the most emotionally intelligent clone but also one of the most emotionally intelligent SW characters ever imo. He's so smart with his weaponry expertise too, and I'll always be bitter we never saw more of that in canon other than the 3 or 4 small scenes we did get (and were forgotten. Seriously, where did his tank go?). He is the most suited for civilians life, he integrates and participates in every culture they come across with ease and its evident literally everyone likes him. He is aware of his own faults and limitations, and will apologise if he causes harm. He never once hesitates putting himself in harms way for his family. He is everything to me.

Naruto - Sakura! Sakura, my beloved. I love it when females characters get to be angry. We need more of that. She is stubborn, she is fierce, and she still isn't afraid to love or be loved. From the GET GO she was dedicated to Team 7 (I admit it was more evident in the manga than the anime) and was willing to put herself down to elevate Naruto's goals, despite them not really getting along super well at the time. Her devotion to her companions despite everything they've all been through as shinobi, as individuals, is nothing short of admirable. Her dedication to herself to improve, to do better, was so exhilarating to see in action the first time, and every time since. Kakashi used to be my favourite character, and I still love him a lot, but over time the Sakura brainrot has set in. I wish Kishi and the wider fandom liked her as much as I do <3

So this pretty much happened when Radiation went "yo jit make something" and I was like "okay", and then later I was like "bluuuuuuh don't know what to write", and then Radiation went "do trollcops", and I went "no that's dumb, stupid dumb, what is trollcops even", and Radiation went "DO IT JIT YOU BUTT", and I was like "NO RADIATION I HATE EVERYTHING". And then, Mellotron samples happened, and here we are. Also, it should be pointed out that in the version with vocals, Trollcops (Radio Play), there's a name drop of the fan music piece that htis is based off of. Yes, it takes this long to re-use things, sometimes.

Besides that, I dunno, just enjoy it.

Toby Fox:

Don't tell anyone, but this is actually a remix of one of Jit's old fansongs called Under the Hat, which was a battle theme for Dad. So if your heart still pines for him... his soul and pipe are contained deep within this track.

Havoc to be Wrought was spawned from an idea for a short story I had in my mind about a man climbing the old bell tower of an abandoned church investigating strange sounds that had plagued a small town, only to be forced into a confrontation with the “King of Owls” once he reaches the top, and ending with the KoO cutting the bell rope that the man clung to and screeching in the night.

Things changed though.

Once I had actually started writing and refining it, I decided to change its message, from a mad owl thing to the mysterious demon in the troll’s session which had been recently mentioned in the comic (I wrote this sometime in Fall 2010). Also, yes, that is why there is distorted owl screeches at the end, although they were more meant to evoke the horrorterrors crying out in pain than owls by the time it was finished.

Contains some very powerful organ and some great chord progressions, but also some structural choices I am not completely proud of, which remained in the piece until its release months and months later because the original Finale file crashed on me before I had a chance to save it. So, rather than attempt reconstructing it, I went with what I had, and it stuck.

Erik Scheele:

This is the second of the solo piano pieces on this album, at least in the main tracks, and a really late release as well, given that it first appeared in the comic some time around a year ago. I've held it back from getting released just so it could go on this record, so I'm glad it could finally go out.

This is also the only piece on the album that doesn't have a specific event to go along with it. Instead, I went for where it appeared in the comic when placing it, and see it as more of a small interlude. The intermission between Act 1 and Act 2 of a musical, if you will. The art is meant to go along with this as well, a sort of non-canon get-together of the first set of trolls and kids we know, and I can imagine them playing this record while they chill.

hey, so!! i was in the car for a couple of hours yesterday and all i did was listen to music and make animatics in my head. so here are a few songs i thought i could ramble about that fit certain arcs/characters

pitiful children - be more chill

“then i invaded” because that’s what. yes. c!wilbur moment.

basically, he’s convincing tommy that everyone is “incomplete” or “in pain” because of the “obsolete operating system” that is dream’s “rule”. that’s a lot of quotation marks right there. he’s saying how they’re going to “save” them by making them loyal (“let’s complete their chains”) to l’manberg. “let’s teach the pitiful children, who just haven’t a clue, just what to do” - you know, the whole “you’re naive, that’s good” thing because c!wilbur is scarily smart.

he’s trying to make c!tommy think the world will be better - “shiny happy people singing sweetly, gone is human error and fear” (again, criticizing c!dream) - if they make l’manberg and if l’manberg wins. the usual.

“every issue tucked away so neatly, if you feel a sob or tear, just turn that knob and switch that gear” probably my favorite lyric in the musical. this could be c!wilbur hiding the fact that he has Issues because of the stress he’s putting on himself, as well as the fear of being controlled, via trying to gain more power with the elections and pretending that he is fine and definitely not spiraling.

the next “pitiful children” switches into wilbur trying to convince dream to give him the tnt to “save” people. jeremy changes from tommy to dream; dream sees tommy beaten down and exhausted from the rebellion and does what he thinks is necessary.

the instrumental pause are the events of the 16th, and the next chorus and last upbeat verse is dream thinking everything will be “wonderful” again and no one will feel “left out or unsure”, that he can fix what wilbur broke - that he can have his happy family back, and being determined to get it. “when we rule” refers to the final disc confrontation and the vault.

basically, the song could be used for c!dream and c!wilbur’s parallels.

over all it’s a banger song. yes i did have a bmc phase, next.

unaligned - the undertale neutral route fansong

c!ranboo, 100%. it matches him so well.

his indecision, not wanting to be on any side, is what keeps him “unaligned”, because he doesn’t know “which route’s better”. light or darkness matches up with his aesthetic as well.

this is a dream smp army (sapnap, dream, george, punz) song, no questions asked. the freaking hype i feel is exactly the rush i got from seeing them kill it. it being l’manbergians - and, hey, look. i never said dream was some weak-minded woobified idiot, alright? i despise l’manberg with my soul, so that is the true evil, but in the l’manberg war, dream’s a brilliant anti-hero. he did kill people, but he was very fun doing it, and he was in the right, and they asked for it, so. anti-hero vibes.

I went from thinking that Bendy and the Ink Machine was a well-put together, thought-through, and meaningful and all that, to thinking that it's a mess that only looked that way for a while. Evan’s a really chaotic dude, and as the series wears on he gets increasingly frustrated whenever the boys’ investigation stagnates, and add that on with how bad he wants to kill the entities hurting his friends and I think this song fits very well

Why I Chose It: well obviously the art metaphor is appropriate. also, the whole message of the song is “i’m better off alone, it makes it easier for me to thrive, being around people just makes things worse for everyone involved”, which is a big theme for steph as a character since she isolates herself because she doesn’t want to spread her “infection” and potentially get more innocent people killed.

Why I Chose It: well, because at first i was like “...surely this isn’t an actual t12 fansong?” when i heard it (it is not). seriously, though, way too many of the lyrics in this song are applicable to noah’s situation of being powerless, pursued by enemies he doesn’t have a chance against in a direct conflict, and the entire time being watched by uncaring strangers who see his personal hell as entertainment.

Why I Chose It: the song is about worrying about someone who’s clearly going through some problems in their life but won’t--or can’t--admit to it, and considering that i first like...had notions of Feelins about milo after i read the excerpts from his journal that detailed just how awful and traumatic his life really was it seemed appropriate to use this song

Aurelia Hammerlock: American Love - Smallpools

Why I Chose It: the song uses a few metaphors relating to ice and snow, and it’s about a rich woman in a romantic relationship with a (implied to be poor) man, and idk it just seems extremely appropriate to the relationship.

she doesn’t panic from the warning signs / she’s hiding under foreign cotton and sheets of ice

it was colder by the pond / so she wore a pair of my gloves

a bay and gable in a small lake town / she wants to buy it from her dad just to tear it down

Usagi: Blood And Bones - Blake Robinson Synthetic Orchestra

Why I Chose It: i dont have a really complex symbolic reasoning for this one. usagi is a necromantist (not necromancer, the distinction is apparently VERY important to him) who calls the zombies he reanimates his “friends” and this song is about making friends with murderers.

i had a lot of friends / till i drove them ‘round the bend / and then they left me all alone

if blood and bones are what you want / i suggest that you look behind you

happy march 9th! for you all don’t know today is the day that the text on neil’s phone read 0 and he was taken from the foxes by his father’s men. here is my sixth aftg fansong appropriately titled “march 9th”. i’ve been a little under the weather with a head cold so my voice is a bit of a mess but i wanted to share with you all on this special day! 

as always a big thanks to @reneewvlkers​ for putting up with me and my constant badgering and to @korakos​ for writing such a fantastic series that has been an inspiration in my life.

9. Favourite word(s)?In english, shenanigans, or anything that has a nice rhythm to it really.

10. Do you know anyone famous?Really famous no, the closest of someone famous I know is an indie game dev (makes Tales of Maj’Eyal, anyone who likes roguelikes with plenty of re playability potential and extensive lore should check it out I helped him make an April’s fools day event once)

11. If you started a band today, what genre would it be, and what would its name be?I have nooooo idea

14. Describe your ideal partner.Aro Ace here so I don’t the whole relationship thing, not even sure I’d do a queer platonic partnership if I had the opportunity has much as I need people I also don’t like people

Describe your ideal house.Somewhere in a small enough town that it’s not crawling with people but still big enough to have a decent grocery store, a garden with space for fruit trees and some vegetables, high ceilings, a big kitchen, a library room, at least three bedrooms two upstairs including mine and one with equipped for handicap access (including a bathroom), a game/media room would be nice too, oh and a big bathtub and shower in the main bathroom

16. If you could enact one law, immediately, what would it be?tired so I can’t remember what it’s called right now but you know the thing where everyone gets a livable stipend from the state every month ? I’d do that

18. Do you like to garden?Kiiiind of, I like the results of gardening but watch me complain about it every step of the way
