My predictions for S4V2:

El breaks up with Mike in person and for good

the Upside Down breaches the Rightside Up Hawkins. Hoping for a cool CG sequence where all the muck and vines from the UD crawl up and cover the town

Jason comes close to killing either a supporting or main character

Murray dies in Russia

Vicky reappears and someone other than Steve is going to notice Robin's crush on her

Will's painting will be revealed

There will be a scene where Mike finally realizes Will is in love with him and Mike's feelings will be left ambiguous (edit: i think it might also be possible that Mike only just starts wondering if Will is in love with him, not anything definitive)

But then! another scene further along will hint that Mike might feel the same way

Argyle is going to get someone from Hawkins high

There will be a scene with Argyle contemplating on dropping off Jonathan and co. at Hawkins (or maybe earlier in the trip) and promptly booking it but something will convince him to stay and help

Argyle will not die. this season. maybe. (actually i think it's also pretty likely he'll go the way of Alexei. just suddenly offed. my expectation depends if he mentions he has family in Cali. yes family: survives. no family: dies)

the Pizza van will survive

Vecna attempts to go back to the Rightside Up

Jonathan and Nancy have an emotional talk

We do NOT find out this season how Will survived in the Upside Down. what we do find out is why the UD seems to be stuck on the day he disappeared

The significance of setting S4 during late March is revealed (this is mostly for my sake because i need to know why this time especially is important enough to "invalidate" Will's canon birthday)

Mike hugs Will properly
