saw someone on tiktok argue that the reason anya asks jimmy to give curly his pills is actually not because it makes her feel sick but because she secretly wants jimmy to kill curly (i think is what they implied) and their proof of this was that when jimmy feeds curly his own leg meat at the end, he's really bad at it. (implying that jimmy's really bad at pushing things down curly's throat which would cause him to choke on the pills. i guess??)

and i just, i don't know, maybe the reason anya feels nauseous is because she's pregnant (tbf she's probably uncomfortable with it for other reasons too), and the reason jimmy struggles with feeding curly his leg meat is because. he's forcing him to swallow. his own leg meat. raw. ???? i don't know about you but i think anyone would have trouble keeping that down lol

they also pointed out that anya must be much more competent a nurse than jimmy gives her credit for, which i won't really argue against, but their argument for that was that curly's bandages are kept generally clean throughout the game and that must mean she changes them regularly. which is easily disproven as it's stated in the beginning of the game that they're out of clean bandages.

and yeah anya does manage to keep curly alive for several months, but like i don't think there's a reason to overanalyse that. realistically curly should be dead. but he's not, because the story needs him to be alive in the end.
