this is how i feel about my job as of today
#lana talks#i’m just gonna complain in the tags you can stop here tbh#i am a public school accessibility education teacher#i have been at my school through three different principals#i Love my kids and my coworkers#but am and being stretched thin#there are No interventions between tier 1 whole classroom and tier 3 which is sped and my students with ieps#anyway i am four students away from hitting the legal limit#i have four students to assess#who May qualify#i have to complete scrap my schedule because i have to fit new kids in
