An excellent day was had at the Antelope Island 50k. Wasn’t sure what to expect after my injury last October and ended up going out and crushing my PR by 20 minutes on a long course. Ran a 4:46 for 32.4 miles, 8:50 avg pace and walked away with 9th overall. I am stoked. #shusidahorunningco #rungum #runsquad #therapeuticassociates

I have to give a huge shoutout and thank you to @taistatestreetpt and @rbarnespt. 5 months ago I was dealing with an injury that stopped me in my tracks. After excellent treatment, new routines, and awesome tools such as the Alter G I bounced back and ran my best race to date at this last weeks 50K. I never could have imagined I would be back running this strong. If you need any help, check these guys out, they’re amazing. #therapeuticassociates
