I thought that I did adequate #surfaceprep but I ended up getting #orangepeel in places. I decided to try a little something more complicated than a straight line, but the #minwax #oilbased #stain bled under the #frogtape during this #experiment - but the tape wasn't to blame! The #secondcoat of #minwax #polycrylic #waterbased #polyurethane always goes on a lot #smoother than the #firstcoat . I had a chance to #refinish the lid to a #halloween #coffin that I made months ago, so I took it. It was a rush #paintjob and I just wasn't happy with it. So, I took it down to #primer in some places, and I'll put on another coat or two, but with a little more care this time. Oh! And I had to make the #nonmarring saddles for my #sawhorse before I could even turn it over.
