I have some horrendous ass psychosis and unfortunately my trigger for that is very unavoidable, but a weird thing has been helping me that the moment a delusion, hallucination, or whatever dawns on me, I immediately imagine Ganondorf repeatedly in my mind, but not like Ganondorf as is but like specifically THIS png of Ganondorf and it pops up like those ERROR.EXE tabs that overlap a bunch with that ding-ring-ring-ring sound when your computer crashes, especially old windows, except it's Ganondorf repeatedly and me repeating that name in my head

It weirdly helps so thoroughly and makes my mind clear, but I find it so strange, sure I could imagine him in any other way but it is ALWAYS THIS.
