ok this scene has been going through my head for like 3 weeks now. its basically my fever dream of daisys mcu introduction.

Yelena slowly snuck forward, taking care to remain perched against the wall and out of sight. She quickly took a look around the corner to scope out the room ahead. It was a large area, full of pipes and machinery that reached up to the ceiling three stories higher, obscuring the exact amount of hostiles guarding the stations generators. Even like this she could tell there were a lot, though. "Shit. I'll get you back for this, Val." she muttered under her breath. Cursing herself for having volunteered for this part of the mission, she mentally prepared herself to take on the skrull soldiers. What she didnt expect was those soldiers to suddenly start calling out to each other, for the sound of blasterfire to break the relative quiet of the maintenance area, and the sickening sounds of bodies being violently slammed against walls. Not wanting to miss this unexpected chance, Yelena cocked her rifle and sprinted around the corner, just as a blonde woman in a grey uniform finished off the last of the skrulls with a punch square to the face. "Who the hell are you?" Yelena asked suspiciously, not lowering her gun. The woman turned around to look at her, narrowing her brows at the thankless assassin. "The one whose gonna save your asses. Agent Daisy Johnson, with Shield. Hill sends her regards."
