Just had what I think was a panic attack, not(?) feeling good!
#light vent#tw panic attack#i was playing a puzzle game with a walk through and I did what it told me to but the game physics wouldn't let me#and it didn't offer any other option and i couldn't get anyone to like. fix the glitch or something so i just broke#and ouuugggh that did not feel good#on the bright side i caught myself and broke out of it on my own!!!#i focused on grabbing(gently! i didn’t hurt myself dw) my hair then i jumped up to grab somd ice from our freezer since i heard that helps-#-break ppl out of panic attacks but i was kinda already out cause i was able to move so not really much point to fge ice#then i screamed into my bulbasaur plushie. and im going to nap now night night <3#oh shit wait did i not actually post this yesterday????#oops ;w;
