okay so god knows I too have made fun of Louis for not knowing how to cook or what to do with a vegetable but I have a confession to make, which is that I actually picked up a good trick that I, someone who has been making my own food for decades, did not know from Louis' Full Time Meals video! It was to make crunchy little strips of cucumber with the peeler rather than simply peeling it and then slicing it crosswise; the thing is I don't know if it's actually a cool trick I just didn't know or if Louis misunderstood the instructions and accidentally invented something great!
