#txt#its been awhile since ive been arrested to the point of starting my day in a state of agitation due to “The Character”#finished season 1 of tv show last nite in a feverish haze w my friend.#never before have i felt like the people writing an adaptation have seen through my soul to extract the exact Vision i have for a character#armand housewifing himself so he can adopt the placating gentle caretaker role and feel absolved of all wrongdoing....#i get it i get it i see where they're going#them doing weird human/vampire servant/master roleplay for. for why? for why did they do that?? its INSANE.#my favorite footnote character from the book getting major role glow-up is the best feeling. god. christ.
