Post 16! BREAKKY! I looooove this awesome Mug Cake recipe! I've been having them every morning because they're not just easy to make, they're DELICIOUS! The base consists of three ingredients: coconut flour, an egg and a banana! Everything else is in there for its super food goodness and flavour. I put cacao powder, cacao nibs, coconut and chia seeds in this one! Mix it all up and microwave for two mins! Then BAM! Deliciousness achieved. Top with Manuka Honey and you're set! #thelifestylist

Post 15: P L A N K Planking is an awesome excercise that's been overshadowed by a 'flavour of the month'! Real planning doesn't involve laying on your belly as stiff as a board, it involves balance, strength and determination to keeping your core activated! I've recently begun planking on the half ball to keep me more focused on my form. I gently rock from side to side, forward and back to keep my abdominal and obliques burning for as long as I can! Team this with another core exercise and you've got yourself a killer super-set! #plank #thelifestylist #fitness

Post 12: EGGS! I absolutely ADORE eggs!! Poached eggs especially, they're just so oozey and soft! Yumyumyumyum!!! Eggs are an excellent source of protein with about 6 grams per egg and are only about 77 cals each! Crazy! I have them for breakky with Rye bread and extra light philly. So nourishing, filling and a great energy source for the day! Looking at my photo makes me want all the eggs in the world!!! #delicious #thelifestylist

Post 12: Mug Cakes. My favorite thing to make when I feel peckish is definitely this!! There are only 3 ingredients you need so you can form the base of the cake; a while banana, 1-2 table spoons of meal (almond meal, walnut meal or coconut flour) and an egg! That's it! Everything else is added because of it's super food goodness and taste! I put a teaspoon of chia seeds, some acai berry powder, cacao nibs and honey in mine! If you put too much flour/meal in with the egg and banana, just add a touch of almond milk to loosen the mix a little until it looks like a cake batter. Pop it into the microwave for 1.5-2mins and BAM! Done! Enjoy peeps! Share this muggy goodness with your mates!! ✌ #thelifestylist

Post 10: Catching Those Z's Sleep is totally something we take for granted. When you get a proper nights sleep you prevent binge eating, crankiness and an unproductive day! Post 9: Cheat Meals. When I plan for a cheat meal, my week of food prep and eating leading to that meal are totally on point. Its all about giving yourself that chance to relax and enjoy whatever you put in front of yourself! Today's indulgent meal was at lunch with excessive amounts of dumplings and copious amounts of soy sauce teamed with fried white bait!! So. Much. Post 8: Cuddle Appreciation. When the bf isn't around, this guy (or my other kitty) takes his place. Cuddles and snuggles have such an amazing soothing, warming feeling on the soul that's absolutely impossible to ignore! This guy is Frankie and he's about 6 months old. We weren't even meant to have him in our home but I'm so glad he's here! He's full of head boops and love! Today, take the time to cuddle somebody or something. Post 5: J U I C E! My current obsession: Pressed Juices. They cold press all their juices and bottle them daily then take them straight to the fridges at their stores for us to nourish our bodies with! Aren't they lovely, all that work just to nourish us! Having a veggie juice a day in between your lunch and dinner not only helps to combat 3:30itis, but gives you a hit of energy that'll see you through till bed time! My fave is called Greens 4 and is a combo of spinach, cucumber, lettuce, celery, kale, parsley and lemon! Try and avoid having a fruit juice in the afternoon (have it for morning tea instead) as the sugars in the fruit won't have enough time to burn away in your body. #thelifestylist #juicelover
