The Lantern Key world map remade in RPG Maker MV with my own pixel tiles.
Makes a pretty good map for my book too.

"It is likely my success that pushed a group revenge seekers to my door. I was expecting the arrival of my sweet heart; instead 'shenanigoons' arrived and swarmed my seaside estate. They didn't care for politeness and quite simply helped themselves to food and what coin they could find."

What a wild ride it has been, eh? 2021 is, at least for me, the year I self-published “Crown, Heart and Sword”. Plenty changed for me over the course of the year, and I got put through the wringer more than once, but even looking back on those low points I’m glad to be here, closer to my dream than I’ve ever been. One step at a time, one word, one pixel.
In 2022 I hope to finish the e-book version of my novel, practice recording an audiobook version, keep working on pixel art for The Lantern Key remake, and of course allow for other creative interruptions too, because they usually end up teaching me a lot. Go with the flow. That’s my hope.
May your adventures be hopeful and triumphant too. I’m glad to have shared my musing with you, no matter how “Farfetch’d” they may have been at the beginning. That’s how it always starts, right? So, thank you!
