This is true. Posted @withregram • @intj__female Most people would cite INTJs as super selfish. None of the ones I know are like that. We give a lot in ways that people may not see because they are expecting whatever they’re getting to be handed to them on a plate with a lot of flair & bravado. Ewww. We are problem solvers & love to give solutions & don’t always take credit for the issues we resolve. We have learned that sometimes it’s better to keep that “selfish stereotype thing” going than to be bombarded with requests to do shit that we don’t need to be doing for people just because we can do it. ANYWAY, I digress. Just plopping this message down as a reminder that us Givers need to set limits because Takers never do, & Takers will suck out your soul like they’re using a straw if ya let them. Fuckin’ Takers. They will drain you dry. There’s nothing worse than waking up in a friendship or relationship or work situation to find that you were either giving yourself & your gifts to an ungrateful asshole or that they were fooling you all along. And what’s worse than that is that sometimes you realize that they were draining you because they were threatened by you & wanted your light dimmed so they could seem to shine brighter. Goddammit.
