I was really into @thehowlingowl art. I love the shapes and the fucking shading! It's so good!!!!! So I wanted to see if I can make something that somewhat there style. This boi is my creation of a Chimera to me. I worked like a day and half on it and was so proud of it. I was gonna give him like snake hair but I thought that was too much. Boi is a mischievous little guy. He got the dog in him. Scorpion tail. Ox legs and goat(or ram??) horns!

Calling all poets, storytellers and coffee lovers!

The Howling Owl is a premier faction neutral coffee shop and bar located in Pandaria and owned by Alaris Sunspell and Saeil Moonblade. Each month we host an event that allows our patrons to recite poems, tell stories, or even share music for the others in attendance to enjoy. These can be original works or can simply be their favorites. Real world adaptations are fine too!

Location: The Howling Owl (Mistfall Village, Vale of Eternal Blossoms, Pandaria)

We will be in the main tavern, the biggest building!

When: Friday, June 14th, Doors will open at 6PM WrA server time

Drinks and snacks will be served until 6:30PM when readings will start. Afterward, drinks and food will be served again. Feel free to mingle and stay as long as you like!

All races, factions and other servers are welcome!

NOTE: Please remember that you’ll have to leave any weapons at the door! No fighting on the premises please or you’ll be removed by security!

Oh no need for apologies, I live for non-human aus

I know there was the monsternauts au that was popular thanks to art by @/thehowlingowl where they were a vampire (Sasha) and werewolf (Milla) respectively and let me tell you I am a sucker for that sort of thing

You also bring up a fantastic point with Mary Shelley's Frankenstein and that alone would also make for a fun au where either one of them are a stitched up, misunderstood abomination come to life

My ramblings aside, I definitely agree with your thoughts of them being in that situation where one's a monster and they manage to befriend the other who's human; bonus points if either one goes berserk and becomd highly protective of the other. As for that idea of siren/mermaid Milla, I absolutely agree she has that vibe (she's got that tropical fish aesthetic)

Maybe I've just yet to find someone who's done this already but

Has anyone considered a sashamilla alien au where either Sasha or Milla are aliens?

I'm thinking of it like a Star Trek situation where the psychonauts are an intergalatic psychic operation or something and it would be cute to see either human sasha be immediately enamored with cute alien Milla that's his new coworker (first out of excitement cause holy shit he gets to me an actual alien but then he gets to know her and falls for her) OR sasha himself is an alien with a special interest in humans and upon being paired up with Milla just subtly studies her and asks her about humans in general and he gets more than he bargains for as she excitedly shows him all things fun

This was just something that came to mind based on Sasha's interest in aliens and I figured a space au would be interesting with him
