sorry for genshin posting but why is wriothesley’s jacket. like that.

it’s worn like a cape but it’s barely over his shoulder. and shoulder Singular its only even grazing one of them. it’s not pinned to anything to keep it on. it looks heavy how doesn’t it fall off. the only thing i can think of is that these straps:
