VINCENT: “So how are you and Pancakes getting along?”

ELIZA- “Doing fine. He went back to school early, he is looking to find us a small apartment on campus. He thinks it will be cheaper than staying in the dorms this year.”

VINCENT- “I don’t see how that would be possible. Maybe you two could use a third roomie? Maybe if the three of us shared the expenses it could be cheaper? I just don’t know if I could live with Pancakes... he thinks he is funny, and he isn’t at all. His humor is not humorous. I really don’t know what you see in him Eliza. I think what we had was so much better.  We were good for each other.”

ELIZA- “Oh, you think so huh? But then you decided to hit on my sister. Who happens to be old enough to be your mother.”

VINCENT- “Eliza, you know that wasn’t me, she came onto me...”

ELIZA- “But you certainly didn’t do anything to stop her. That’s water under the bridge, Vincent, and I am with Bob now.  And I don’t think it would be a good idea for the three of us to live together.”

Vincent scoots closer and puts his hand on Eliza’s leg...

VINCENT- “You never know, Eliza, it could be good for all of us.”

ELIZA- “WTF!!  Vincent, what are you doing? Get your slimy hand off of me...

VINCENT- “Whoa...sorry didn’t mean to get you all fired up. It was nothing...

ELIZA- “Yeah right!  You don’t touch me, Vincent. You Lothario’s are all the same! Nothing but womanizers, and looking to score your next victim, well I am not playing your games, Vincent, and I am sure Bob will not think it was humorous..

VINCENT- “Eliza...it wasn’t like that... I respect---

ELIZA- “Don’t even go there, you do not even understand the meaning of that word. I’m done talking.  I have a birthday party to finish hosting...

I download this house for my upcoming Sims 2 Pleasantview snapshot story. Took me ages to find the original post to re-blog!

This house is so cool. All I did was change the bathroom and bedroom's walls, floors and obviously adding the furniture, a lot of which I am proud to say Nina's room is very cluttered/messy while Dina's reflects her elegant demeanour that I see when I play/portray her. (photos incoming)

CLASSIC REWIND SERIES

When Newcrest came out I had rebuilt a few Sims 2 houses in Sims 4. I was just going to share about 5 houses. Well I had so much fun doing each of them I filled the ENTIRE world! So I present to you almost every Sims 2 house built in Pleasantview in the Sims 4. You can pop them in the game and flashback to all your Sims 2 memories!

This is the Caliente sister’s residence at 170 Main Street. This is the second of three of these condo-type houses I re-made. I always liked these little builds from the Sims 2. It’s pretty basic, but I really love how I figured I could create faux chaise lounges. I just put the ottomans inside the chairs from Perfect Patio and EA made the meshes perfectly so they didn’t glitch out... AMEN. I didn’t think I was going to be able to make these houses but then HOT TUBS came and then I could!! Don’t forget Don’s house to go with!

So 10 more lots coming soon!!! Let me know what you want next, otherwise I am going to just pick randomly.

KATRINA- “Well it looks like everyone is here Eliza.  I don’t know why we couldn’t have done this a little later, with this move and everything is an uproar, I think we should have waited.”

ELIZA- “Your daughter’s birthday is TODAY, Katrina, not in a few weeks when it is more convenient for you. It’s a big deal when you become a teenager, or did you forget?”

NINA- “I don’t see what the big deal is. Nobody had a birthday for me when I turned 13.”

ELIZA- “Well if I had been around, you would have,”

DINA- “Can everyone just stop arguing and try to have a good time...Please!?”

DINA- “Please try and just ignore mother, I do, and it works for me.”

ELIZA- “I’m sorry, you are right, today is about you and we need to quit bickering. I want you to remember this day because it was good, and fun, not because your mother and I fought all afternoon.”

DINA- “I love you Aunt Eliza, I am going to miss you once you go back to school.”

ELIZA- “Love you as well.  Maybe you can come and stay with me over Winterfest.”

KATRINA- “Armand, I think I have lost my daughter to my sister.”

ARMAND- “I wouldn’t worry too much about your daughter, Kat. All teenagers, especially girls do not get along with their mothers.”

KATRINA- “I think she needs a male influence around the house. All kids need that. But, for now I will have to be both mother and father. I know Eliza means well, but by giving into her, causes her to be spoiled.”

ARMAND- “She will be going back to school, soon, so hopefully her influence over Dina should be limited after that.  Maybe I could have Don talk to her. He doesn’t go to school until late October.  Maybe another teenager would help.”

KATRINA- “Maybe.  But, Don? He is not a very good role model, Armand.”

ARMAND- “It maybe what they both need.  I will talk to him.”

VINCENT- “Taking a break, Eliza?”

ELIZA- “Yeah, I cut the cake if you want to go in and get a piece.”

VINCENT- “I’m good for now, thanks.  So you ready to get back to school?”

ELIZA- “More than ready, believe me. If I have to stay here too much longer, my sister and I would have issues, for sure. She needs a good class on parenting.”

VINCENT- “Well, she is kind of self-centered, or so I have noticed.”

ELIZA- “Kind of?  That is an understatement.”

VINCENT- “It is good you have been here though, the girls will appreciate it.”

ELIZA- “Dina does, but Nina is jealous and thinks I favor Dina over her.  Which I don’t but Dina is younger and more fragile right now and needs attention.  I think Nina is already set in her ways so to speak.”

VINCENT- “Yeah, she seems pretty independent, and some what like her mother. Come on over here and sit down, take a load of those feet and relax a little for just a while, anyway.”

Eliza- “I am not concerned about me living here, Kat, it’s the girls I worry about.”

Katrina-“They are my main concern, why do you think I agreed to this arrangement with Armand.”

Dina- “Mom, what are we going to do for my birthday.  I don’t know anyone here, and my friends live too far away for any of them to come. What a crappy birthday for me.”

Nina - “We can invite Don and Victor, they live close.”

Dina- “Ewww, I don’t even know them that well, and what fun would they be anyway?”

Eliza- “How about we get the party room at the Willow Inn in Willow Creek and have the party there so you can invite all your friends, Dina?”

Dina- “Can we mom!? That would be awesome!”

Katrina- “We will see dear, we have a lot to do before we move, so let’s see how things go.”

Nina- “That’s a no, Dina. Be ready to share your 13th birthday with the Lothario brothers.”

Eliza, Katrina, Nina & Dina

Eliza - “Sis, how do you expect to pay for this??”

Katrina - “I am not buying the house, Eliza, I will be renting it.”

Eliza- “But ...how will you pay----

Katrina- “Armand said that I could pay him rent as I am able, no contracted monthly amount.”

Eliza- “Oh, I see…”

Katrina - “What does that mean?”

Eliza- “You know what I mean, Kat, you may not have to pay in money, but---

Katrina- “My daughters are standing right here, Eliza, and I don’t like what you are insinuating. As women, we all do what we must to survive.  This is after all a man’s world.”

Eliza- “Not anymore, Kat, only if you allow it. I will never depend on a man to take care of me.  Once you do that, you lose control of yourself, and are bound by obligation. No thank you.”

Katrina- “Trust me Eliza...once you and Bobby marry you will see how it is.”

Eliza- “That is a long way off from now..if ever! And if that does ever happen it will be .AFTER I get my degree and have my own life and am able to take care of myself.”

Katrina- “A pipe dream, you don’t live in the real world Eliza, you live in a world of dreams. And why do you care where we live, you are going off to school in a few months.”
